KIM Kardashian's pal heard the reality star scream as she was held at gunpoint and begged for her life in horror Paris raid.
Simone Harouche, 45, testified at the Palais de Justice in central Paris on Tuesday morning.

Harouche was spotted arriving at the court on Tuesday morning wearing a floor length black coat, accompanied by her lawyer.
The reality star's stylist was in a nearby room in the hotel when the terrifying raid took place in 2016.
She reportedly locked herself in the bathroom and called Kim's security guard when she heard screams.
She told the court how Kim begged: "I have babies & I need to live."
She said: 'I think that that moment changed her life for ever.
"I think that it changed for both of us, but particularly for her, her loss of freedom.
"She has a completely different lifestyle.
'In terms of security she can't go alone, she doesn't go alone to places any more.
"To lose your sense of freedom is horrible.
'I just want justice to be served.'
Harouche was the first person Kim ran to after managing to free herself.
She told the court: 'I have seen her through the death of family, I have seen her through divorce, through the worst of times, very very difficult times, I have never seen her like this.'
Describing her own journey home, the stylist said: 'When I got on the flight I started crying and I cried pretty much the whole plane ride home.'
Harouche is one of Kim's oldest friends with the pair knowing each other since the age of 11.
Kim, 44, is expected to start giving evidence inside the grand courtroom at 1pm UK time.
The reality star flew into the French capital on Monday on a private jet supported by her mother Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
This comes as her lawyers said last week that Kim was finally ready to "confront" her alleged attackers.
French lawyers Leonor Hennerick and Jonathan Mattout said: "She is committed to attending in person."
They added that she would go in with " dignity and courage".
The landmark trial has attracted a lot of attention with queues outside the court starting at 6am this morning.
Around 500 foreign media accredited by the French justice system will also be in attendance along with a huge police presence.
Ten people are on trial for stealing the luxury jewels - including Kim's $4million diamond engagement ring.
Of the ten being tried, five are on trial for armed robbery and kidnap charges while the rest are on for complicity in the heist or possession of a weapon.
French media has dubbed the gang of criminals 'Grandpa robbers' because many are in their 60s and 70s with ailing health.
Most have criminal records spanning back decades and have spent much of their adult lives behind bars.
The alleged ringleader of the group, Aomar Ait Khedache, 68, has been questioned but is deaf and mute and had to write his answers down.
He has also reportedly written a letter to Kim from jail apologising for the trauma he caused.
Most of the defendants are expected to receive lengthy jail sentences if found guilty.
The trial is expected to continue until the end of May.

Kim was left fearing for her life during the horror attack after the gang bound her hands and feet, and taped her mouth.
The attackers then carried her to the bathtub wearing only a bathrobe.
And the court has heard that it was likely the dressing gown came undone at some point during the heist and the robbers saw her partially naked.
The reality star has previously spoken of how she thought she was going to be raped and killed during the raid in an emotional interview on US TV.
Kim said: "I was like, 'Okay, this is the time I'm going to get raped'.'
She added that she that worried for her sister Kourtney, who was out clubbing, and said: "I'm gonna be dead in the room and she's gonna be traumatised for the rest of her life."
What happened to Kim Kardashian?
by Harvey Geh
Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, 2016, marking the biggest robbery of an individual in France for more than 20 years.
At the time the reality icon was in the French capital for Paris Fashion Week with her former husband Kanye West - before the rapper returned to the US to pick up his Saint Pablo tour.
Now left in Paris along with her sister Kourtney and various other entourage members, Kardashian stayed in an exclusive set of apartments so secret they are dubbed the No Address Hotel.
The penthouse suite Kardashian was staying in at the chic Hotel de Pourtalès - which is popular with celebrity A-listers - costs an eye-watering £13,000 per night.
On the evening of October 3, after the star had attended a fashion show with her sister, Kardashian decided to stay in the apartment alone while the rest of her crew - including bodyguard Pascal Duvier - went out for the night.
At around 2:30am, three armed men donning ski masks and dressed as police burst into the apartment block and threatened the concierge at gunpoint.
Two of them are alleged to have forced the concierge to take them to the reality icon's suite - with the worker later telling police that they yelled: "Where's the rapper's wife?"
Kardashian said she was "dozing" on her bed at the time, after uploading social media posts telling viewers that she was home alone, which she believes gave the robbers a "window of opportunity".
The star said the robbers grabbed her, tied her up with plastic cables and taped her mouth and legs before dropping her in the bathtub.
Before locking her in the bathroom they had held her at gunpoint and demanded specifically for her ring and also money.
Cops said the robbers left the room after seizing the jewels and escaped on bikes - while carrying a haul estimated to be worth about $10million including a $4million 18.88-carat diamond engagement ring from West.
Kardashian said she then managed to free herself from the restraints and rushed to help.

90s music star dies after battle with cirrhosis

90s music icon Douglas McCarthy has passed away at the age of 58, his bandmates confirmed. Born and raised in Essex, the musician co-founded electric body music band Nitzer Ebb, who thrived throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. The group announced his passing on their official social media channels on Thursday. Their statement read: 'It is with a heavy heart that we regret to inform that Douglas McCarthy passed away this morning of June 11th, 2025. 'We ask everyone to please be respectful of Douglas, his wife, and family in this difficult time. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'We appreciate your understanding and will share more information soon.' While Douglas's cause of death is yet to be confirmed, he was forced to pull out of a European tour with Nitzer Ebb in March 2024 due to liver cirrhosis. Douglas said at the time that the disease had been caused by 'years of alcohol abuse... for over two years I have not been drinking, but recovery is a long process.' Nitzer Ebb was formed by McCarthy and bandmates Bon Harris and David Gooday in Chelmsford, Essex, in 1982 before the band went onto pioneer the British industrial music scene. With a stripped down and aggressive style, the group shot to stardom by combining combined synthesizers with incredibly raw vocals. Front man Douglas was at the forefront of his band's success, leading Nitzer Ebb with a style he described as 'shouting and pointing'. The band released their debut album That Total Age in 1987 before going onto release a string of projects the following decade including Showtime and Ebbhead. They broke up in 1996 but got back together in 2006 and had been touring ever since. Later this year, McCarthy and his bandmates had been set to embark on a tour of North America. A host of supporters paid tribute to Douglas following his death this week, including co-founder Bon Harris. The 59-year-old described his band mate as 'one of the most extraordinary people I have ever known', calling his passing a 'profound loss'. Other tributes read: 'I hope he knew how much he was loved and appreciated by his fans', 'Just heartbreaking. Very underrated band and he was a very nice guy when I met him in 1990. RIP.', 'So sad to learn of his passing. Just saw NE (Nitzer Ebb) without him last month in Detroit and, of course, it wasn't the same without him. His voice and sound was so influential and it rocked my world in the 90s. Was lucky to get to see them perform 3 times. Was said to learn his liver was failing from alcohol abuse and he had to quit touring because of it. RIP Douglas McCarthy!', 'A true pioneer. Absolute energy and passion into every song. Really struggling to come to terms with this'.

Ex on the Beach legend announces he's engaged to stunning pilates teacher ten years after finding fame

EX on the Beach legend Joss Mooney has announced he's engaged to a stunning pilates teacher. Ten years after finding fame on the hit MTV show, personal trainer Joss, 38, shared a series of snaps from the magic moment in Marbella, Spain. Posed on one knee in front of his partner Emma, he gazed up with a beaming smile in the courtyard of a stunning villa. Dubai -based Emma covered her mouth in shock before pulling Joss in for an adorable kiss. Wearing a sparkly silver minidress, she flashed the sparkler for the camera while tucking into a tasty-looking banquet with her other half. Joss, donning a casual blue shirt, puffed away on a cigar while enjoying the special day. In his caption, he penned a romantic open letter to his new fiancee, telling her he's on "cloud nine" and promising to "stand by her side" forever. He wrote: "Dear Emma, As far as clichés go, I've spent most of my life chasing things. Success, experiences, material rewards. I thought those were the things that would make me happy. And yes, I've built a good life but deep down, something was always missing. "Now I know why… And I could look back and say it was wasted time, but the truth is, it all led me to you. "You came into my life at a time and place I least expected. I wasn't searching anymore and I'd stopped looking for 'the one.' And then there you were. "I still remember the first time I spoke to you. The way you looked at me. That moment is engraved in my memory forever, along with last night when I dropped to one knee. "Now I truly understand what happiness is. It's not what you have, it's who you share it with. Everything else is just extra. Watch as Helen Briggs reveals she's given birth to fourth baby "Right now, I feel like I'm on cloud nine. The old me would've kept this to himself. I'd of cringed at this kind of message…but today, I'm proud. I'm proud to say I've found my person. "Thank you, Emma. For loving me, for believing in me and for making me the man I am today. "I promise to love you, protect you and stand by your side for the rest of our lives. 10.06.2025." The couple received heaps of support from their celeb friends in the comments section. Towie star Jasmin Walia commented: "Josssss (lyn) so happy for you !" Geordie Shore 's Kyle Christie added: "Congratulations to both of you, always thought you were already married @roguesnaps." Love Island alum Tom Clare chimed in with: "Congratulations!" with Scott Thomas saying: "go on the boy," followed by a string of heart emojis. Claudia Fogarty, Gabby Allen, Holly Hagan, Cally-Jane Beech, Davide Sanclimenti and Anton Danyluk also sent words of support. Joss first rose to fame in 2014 when he joined Ex on the Beach series one, arriving as Talitha Minnis's ex. He also had flings on the show with Emma Jane Lang and Chloe Goodman, and returned for Ex on the Beach: All Stars. He later competed on MTV's The Challenge, becoming known for his athletic ability and competitive streak. Off-screen, Joss had a short-lived romance with Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison and was later linked to Shelby Billingham, Olivia Walsh, Kayleigh Morris and Ellie O'Donnell. But in recent years, the fitness coach has kept his love life mostly under wraps - until now. He and Emma have been together for over two years, currently living between London and Dubai. Joss Mooney's illustrious love life HE made waves on Ex on the Beach over a decade ago as one of the show's most notorious heartthrobs. Since then, Joss Mooney has had his fair share of on-screen drama and off-screen romances - but now, the fitness star has finally found lasting love after years of living the Lothario lifestyle. Talitha Minnis (2014) Joss entered Ex on the Beach Series 1 as Talitha's ex. Their fiery reunion set the tone for the drama-packed season, which aired in April 2014. Emma Jane Lang (2014) She arrived halfway through the series as another one of Joss's exes. The pair had a steamy connection, but things didn't last off-screen. Chloe Goodman (2014) Chloe and Joss shared a brief flirtation in the villa, adding to his growing rep as a ladies' man. Shelby Billingham (2014) Joss and Shelby had history before the show — and when she showed up in episode 6, it sparked more tension. Rumours of an off-screen reunion followed. Vicky Pattison (Late 2014 – Early 2015) After Ex on the Beach, Joss was linked to Geordie Shore's Vicky. The pair were pictured together several times but never made it official. Kayleigh Morris (2016) Joss returned for Ex on the Beach: All Stars in 2016 as Kayleigh's ex. Their on-screen chemistry reignited interest in their past, though it didn't last long. Olivia Walsh (2016) Also in Series 5, Olivia arrived as one of Joss's exes. Viewers saw sparks — but nothing serious materialised beyond filming. Ellie O'Donnell (2019) Joss went Instagram official with influencer Ellie in 2019. The couple looked loved-up in snaps but quietly split after a few months. Emma Louise (2023 – now) After years of high-profile flings, Joss went Instagram official with pilates instructor Emma Louise in early 2023. The couple now split their time between London and Dubai. On June 10, 2025, he popped the question during a romantic dinner in Marbella — and she said yes. 5 5 5 5
