Honduran man on Texas' 10 Most Wanted list arrested in Austin
AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Department of Public Safety said a Honduran immigrant, who the agency said was in the U.S. illegally, was arrested in Austin Tuesday.
DPS had placed 25-year-old Anderson Ronaldo Reyes Giron on Texas' 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List.
According to the department, Reyes Giron was arrested on charges of deadly conduct for discharging a firearm and theft of property.
DPS said Reyes Giron was taken into custody outside a game room in central Austin. DPS Special Agents, Texas Highway Patrol Troopers, and Austin Police Department North Metro Tactical Unit Officers assisted in the arrest.

Round Rock Juneteenth Festival plans to honor victims from last year's shooting
ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — It's been nearly a year since the deadly shooting during a Juneteenth Festival in Round Rock. Safety is on the minds of many as the event will kick off Friday for the first time since the shooting. Organizer Cluren Williams told KXAN they plan to remember the victims who died at the celebration. 'We're going to actually start doing a memorial for the family,' Williams said The shooting at Old Settlers Park killed two women and injured 14 others. Law enforcement said a fight broke out between two groups, and shots were fired. According to an arrest affidavit, it was likely part of an ongoing violent feud between two gangs. Court documents said the shooting began as a confrontation over a 'rap diss.' Four more suspects arrested in connection to Round Rock Juneteenth celebration shooting The Round Rock Police Department said all of the victims were innocent bystanders. A total of seven people have been arrested. Suspects range from a juvenile to a 20-year-old. The City of Round Rock told KXAN leading up to this year's event, it held regular operational meetings about its safety plans. This year's event is in a different area of the park due to ongoing construction of bond projects. It's in a smaller area but is still an open park setup with a stage. The Department of Homeland Security has revealed the identities of the four migrants who escaped a Newark ICE facility on Thursday night, identifying all four as "public safety threats" who are still at large. The agency is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the four migrants who broke out of Delaney Hall, a privately run ICE detention facility on Thursday night, amid chaotic scenes both inside and outside the facility. According to DHS, "the four criminal illegal aliens currently evading federal law enforcement are public safety threats." In a Friday statement, a senior DHS official said that "DHS has become aware of four detainees at the privately held Delaney Hall Detention Facility escaping" and that "additional law enforcement partners have been brought in to find these escapees and a BOLO has been disseminated." Four migrants have escaped a detention centre in New Jersey amid reports of a possible uprising. The men, whom authorities say are 'public safety threats', broke out of Newark's Delaney Hall facility on Thursday, where individuals are being held ahead of possible deportation proceedings. According to reports, they were able to push down an outer wall and escape the property, which was recently converted into a detention centre at a cost of $1 billion as part of Donald Trump's mass deportation drive. The men have been identified as Franklin Norberto Bautista-Reyes, Joel Enrique Sandoval-Lopez, Joan Sebastian Castaneda-Lozada and Andres Pineda-Mogollon, who are Honduran and Colombian nationals. 'We are concerned about reports of what has transpired at Delaney Hall this evening, ranging from withholding food and poor treatment, to uprising and escaped detainees,' he said.
