College Football 26 'Toughest Places to Play' revealed: All top stadiums 1-25
With EA Sports College Football series slated to return for another year, several aspects of the extremely popular video game are being revealed in the lead-up to its July 10 release.
Another of those aspects happened on Tuesday with the reveal of the 25 Toughest Places to Play list, which saw some changes from this time a year ago. Texas A&M's Kyle Field is no longer at the top of the list; in fact, it didn't crack the top 10 in this year's rankings.
Alabama's Bryant-Denny Stadium was still highly ranked, as it should be. After all, the Crimson Tide have only lost three games there dating back to the end of the 2012 regular season. A familiar SEC venue was ranked in the top spot while others moved in and out of the top 10.
With that, here's a look at the 10 Toughest Places to Play in EA Sports' College Football 26, along with stadium information and where each stadium ranked in last year's list.
Note: Last year's rankings are the initial rankings as revealed in summer 2024.

Who will win college football national championship? SEC, Big Ten dominate preseason title odds
Can Ohio State go back to back? The Buckeyes begin the season as the co-favorites to win the national title with Texas. Both Ohio State and the Longhorns are at +500 to win it all ahead of their Week 1 matchup in Columbus. Advertisement So far, Georgia is the only team to win back-to-back titles in the College Football Playoff era. The Bulldogs took down Alabama at the end of the 2021 season to win the national title and then demolished TCU at the end of the 2022 season to win it all. Those two titles for the Bulldogs came in the four-team version of the CFP. Ohio State's title a season ago came in the first 12-team playoff as the Buckeyes had to win four games. Ohio State blew out Tennessee at home and Oregon in the Rose Bowl, then held off Texas in the Cotton Bowl and Notre Dame in the national championship game. Both the Buckeyes and Longhorns enter the season with new starting quarterbacks. We shouldn't have to introduce you to Texas' starter, as Arch Manning is the summer Heisman favorite ahead of his first season as a full-time starter. In Columbus, former Alabama signee Julian Sayin is in line to take over for Will Howard. Sayin was the No. 2 pro style QB in the class of 2024 when he signed with the Crimson Tide and enrolled early. But he entered the transfer portal a month after he signed with Alabama following Nick Saban's retirement and went to Ohio State. Arch Manning didn't get many snaps in Texas' CFP semifinal loss to Ohio State last season, but he'll be leading the Longhorns in Columbus in Week 1 this season. () (Icon Sportswire via Getty Images) Sayin is +1800 to win the Heisman ahead of July and his teammate Jeremiah Smith is another one of the top favorites at +1000. Smith was simply dynamic as a true freshman in 2024 and was one of the best wide receivers in college football. Advertisement They both will be getting plays from a new offensive coordinator in 2025 as well. With Chip Kelly now the offensive coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders, Brian Hartline will be Ohio State's new play caller. Kelly called plays in his only season in Columbus after Ryan Day relinquished play-calling duties. Former Detroit Lions coach Matt Patricia is also Ohio State's new defensive coordinator after Jim Knowles went to Penn State. Knowles, a Pennsylvania native, is now the highest-paid defensive coordinator in college football. Overall, the top five favorites to win the title all come from either the SEC or Big Ten. Georgia is the No. 3 favorite at +650 ahead of Penn State at +750 and Oregon at +800. Gunner Stockton is set to be Georgia's QB after taking over for Carson Beck in the SEC title game. The Nittany Lions return QB Drew Allar and a host of other key contributors as they look to make another postseason run. Penn State dominated SMU in the first round and beat Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl before losing to Notre Dame in the semifinals. Advertisement Oregon won the Big Ten title in 2024 thanks to a regular season win over Ohio State and a Big Ten title game win over Penn State. The Ducks will have former UCLA QB Dante Moore as their starter with Dillon Gabriel off to the NFL. The potential loss of WR Evan Stewart for the entire season because of a knee injury could loom large. The first team outside the two powerhouse conferences on the board is Clemson at +1300. The Tigers could be the best value pick among all the favorites. QB Cade Klubnik broke out in 2024 and both the offense and defense return a ton of talent. Notre Dame is at +1400 to win it all and ahead of both Alabama and LSU. The Tide and Tigers both missed out on the playoff field in 2024 and have the best odds of any team that failed to make the postseason a year ago. 2025 national title odds Ohio State (+500) Texas (+500) Georgia (+650) Penn State (+750) Oregon (+800) Clemson (+1300) Notre Dame (+1400) Alabama (+1500) LSU (+1500) Michigan (+2200) Ole Miss (+2500) Tennessee (+3000) Texas A&M (+3000) Miami (+3000)

Rivals Five-Star: Five committed prospects on flip watch
INDIANAPOLIS - The Rivals Five-Star has wrapped up but after talking to numerous players and getting a sense on a lot of recruitments, here are five players who could be on flip watch as June wraps up: Advertisement MORE FROM INDY: Highlights and analysis | Teams that should be pleased | Gorney Awards | Biggest surprises RECRUITING INTEL: Mid-South | Florida | West | Southeast | Midwest RIVALS FIVE-STAR MEDIA DAY: All the news, notes and interviews | The All-Lobby Team | How solid are the commitments? | Roster RIVALS FIVE-STAR INTERVIEWS: Jaden O'Neal | Trae Taylor | Chase Calicut | Samu Moala | Jake Kreul | Felix Ojo | Peyton Houston | CJ Sadler | Richard Wesley | JaReylan McCoy | Carter Scruggs | Nolan Wilson | Carson Sneed | Derrek Cooper | Devin Carter | Jayden Wade | Joel Wyatt | Kaden Henderson | Nick Abrams It would be a massive surprise if Brown backs off his Ohio State pledge for so many reasons. The 2027 five-star receiver is from Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne. He loves position coach Brian Hartline. Brown loves how the Buckeyes have developed so many receivers and have such a great history at the position. Advertisement But Tennessee is sending mail to Brown every day and the coaching staff is working hard to not only stay involved in his recruitment but to flip him at some point as well. Others will make a move because Brown is so talented but if Hartline stays in Columbus then Brown probably stays committed. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH OHIO STATE FANS AT As programs work to finalize their quarterback situation, there are a lot of moving parts and Cherry is being contacted by some big guns. The four-star quarterback from Chattanooga (Tenn.) Baylor School has been committed to Louisville since January but when LSU missed on Bowe Bentley, the Tigers reached out and gauged interest with Cherry. Auburn has also been in the mix as the Tigers figure out the situation with Landon Duckworth (who has Auburn and South Carolina as his two favorites) so Cherry could have some options moving forward and the word is he's listening. Advertisement SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH LOUISVILLE FANS AT The four-star cornerback from Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin has been committed to Michigan since last July but Jennings has been taking visits and seeing what else is out there especially through June. The word coming out of Rivals Five-Star is that Miami would be the biggest threat to flip Jennings if he's looking to stay closer to home. Even through all his visits, Jennings hasn't backed off his pledge yet and while Florida, Georgia and others could be in the mix, the Hurricanes would be the one to watch. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH MICHIGAN FANS AT It's no secret that while Sneed has stayed committed to Tennessee, the four-star tight end from Nashville (Tenn.) Donelson Christian Academy has heavily considered other programs. Advertisement Ole Miss and North Carolina will be two to monitor but the biggest threat to the Volunteers would be Florida. Sneed loved his visit to Gainesville and the plan coach Billy Napier laid out for the four-star tight end as there's some concern that Tennessee doesn't throw to its tight ends enough. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS WITH TENNESSEE FANS AT Tofi committed to Cal in early June and it was a big win for the Golden Bears since Oregon was the biggest threat throughout his recruitment. There are reasons to believe the four-star offensive tackle from San Francisco (Calif.) Riordan sticks with Cal as well since he loves the Polynesian culture on the coaching staff and his brother plays in Berkeley, too. Advertisement But only a couple weeks after his pledge to Cal, Tofi took a visit to Oregon as the Ducks have not backed down. He also showed up to Rivals Five-Star wearing an Oregon t-shirt and said over the next few weeks he plans to make a final decision in his recruitment so the Ducks are clearly a threat.
