Even as the dust began to settle on Easter Monday's 2-0 defeat to Cobh Ramblers at Mounthawk Park, there was no disputing Conor McCarthy's disappointment at his side's first half showing. In fact, it's fair to say that the Kerry FC boss was livid with the opening 45 minutes.
'I apologise for the first half, it wasn't good enough. That's not what this club is about. That performance isn't acceptable, and the players were made well aware of that. In fairness to them, at least they reacted but, in terms of that first half, that's not what we're about,' he said.

The catch for her first point was a particular highlight of the game, and a really spectacular piece of skill.
