CLAUDIA Winkleman has posted a make-up free snap after undergoing an eye operation.
The Traitors host, 53, gushed about her doctor who looks after her sight following a successful procedure.

However, Claudia revealed she will be forced to go without her trademark eyeliner for weeks as she recovers.
Although she didn't go into detail about what she had done, it's thought to be laser eye surgery, which is used to correct vision problems.
Posting a snap of her cuddled up to her eye doctor Julian, Claudia wrote on social media: "This amazing human makes me see.
"He's operated on my eyes before and he did it again today.
"No eyeliner for weeks and I sleep in googles (no words) but I'm eternally grateful.
"Do NOT zoom in on my left eye - it's wonky.
"Thank you Julian. I paid for the treatment, this isn't an ad.
"I just love him. It's very possible I'm still a bit sedated. Night night."

Ruth Jones has revealed the devastating impact menopause had on her life as she battled mood swings that had left her becoming a 'different person'. It comes after the Gavin and Stacey star, 58, announced on Wednesday that her and husband David Peet's 26-year marriage was over, claiming they split 18 months ago and are now 'legally separated'. The Mirror reports Ruth shared insight into her health woes at the Bath Literary Festival last month where she was promoting her latest novel By Your Side. She said: 'When I started the menopause I was amazed by how it affected my moods. I'd be on the phone with one of my best friends and weep: "I don't know what's wrong, I'm a different person"'. Before adding: 'I started HRT and almost over night it kind of went away'. The new novel's main character Linda is also a divorced woman in her 50s - who the actress said was loosely based on herself - and admitted she'd love to play the role in a rumoured TV adaptation. But Ruth insisted she would not be planning a new sitcom based on the menopause to follow Gavin and Stacey, after her own experiences with the condition. Confessing: 'I just don't know how I'd write about it in a funny way'. Ruth's former husband has left his life behind in the UK to relocate to a small village in Canada to be with his new girlfriend. Others suffer from hot flushes, sleeping difficulties, mood swings and brain fog, which can last for months or years and might change over time. HRT replaces the hormones and is the main treatment used to treat symptoms — which can be severe and disrupt day-to-day life. Menopause happens when your ovaries stop producing as much of the hormone oestrogen and no longer release an egg each month.

An estimated 200 people gathered outside for hours to see the star's performance, but after standing for so long under the sun emergency services reportedly had to be called moments before her appearance. A source told The Sun: 'As word spreads more and more people are flocking to the Palladium to see Rachel's performance and it's turning into a bit of a nightmare. 'Crowd control is bad enough on the public street but with the heat it's becoming really dangerous. 'Ambulances were parked outside the venue for almost an hour before racing to the hospital just minutes before Rachel appeared.' MailIOnline has contacted London Ambulance Service for a comment and further information. Rachel is playing former First Lady of Argentina Eva Peron in the show, which debuted in 1978 and was written by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber. The play follows her rise from a poor background to becoming a powerful political figure and cultural icon in Argentina. For her performance of the iconic song, Rachel donned a white strapless dress and sported a platinum blonde wig styled into a chignon. Another explained that they 'go to the theatre to share the same space with a performer'. Others, however, said the move would help encourage more people to go to the theatre. Abi, a 21-year-old student from London, said: 'I think it's making theatre more accessible. 'It's actually adding to the ambience of the show. 'The speech she does at the end of the song does hit completely different seeing it outside. It adds so much more to her performance to see her do it to the people.'
