Milan risk missing out on Bennacer, Theo Hernandez and Chukwueze cash
Milan are facing problems, as Olympique Marseille won't pay the Ismael Bennacer option, while Atletico Madrid offers for Theo Hernandez and Betis for Samuel Chukwueze are too low.
The Rossoneri have failed to qualify for any European competition this season after finishing eighth in the Serie A table, which means they will have to tighten their belts a little.

Though Tijjani Reijnders is on his way to Manchester City, they were still hoping to bring in some fresh revenue with other player sales.
Milan had hoped to cash in on players

The first was Bennacer, who had an option to buy for €12m which Olympique Marseille are not prepared to pay.
Because the midfielder made only 12 appearances in his six-month loan, Calciomercato.com argue Marseille are hoping to negotiate another loan experience instead.
On top of that, Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Gianluca Di Marzio warns that the opening Atletico Madrid offer for Theo Hernandez is only €15m, considerably lower than they were hoping for.

It's a blow after the player rejected a far more lucrative proposal from Al-Hilal.

Chukwueze is also on his way out, but negotiations with Real Betis are still at very early stages.
It is unlikely to match the €21.1m plus up to €7m in add-ons that the Rossoneri paid to sign him from Villarreal in 2023.

Speaking to the press after the game via FCInter1908, Taremi confirmed he has no intention of leaving San Siro. Advertisement Mehdi Taremi signed a multi-year contract last summer after leaving Porto as a free agent. Indeed, despite receiving offers from across the continent, he chose the Nerazzurri colors. However, his first season in Serie A didn't go as expected. Forced to play second fiddle to Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram, he only made seven league starts. Moreover, the 32-year-old scored an unenviable three goals across 43 appearances in all competitions. For further context, his only goal in Serie A came from the penalty spot. Therefore, rumors surrounding his future have quickly gained momentum at the end of the season. Advertisement Yet, Taremi has no doubt and wants to stay Inter. Reports: USMNT midfielder Musah to join Napoli in €25m transfer
Reports: USMNT midfielder Musah to join Napoli in €25m transfer Show Caption Hide Caption Weston McKennie: Landon Donovan's dig at Christian Pulisic was sad U.S. Men's National Team standout Weston McKennie reacts to Landon Donovan's comments regarding Christian Pulisic. Sports Seriously Yunus Musah looks to be on the move, though the AC Milan midfielder won't be leaving Serie A. According to multiple reports, Musah is on the brink of joining Italian champion Napoli in a move worth around €25 million. Napoli coach Antonio Conte is said to be an admirer of the 22-year-old, who looks to be part of a revamped midfield that is also set to include former Man City star Kevin De Bruyne. Musah will help replace Philip Billing, who was on loan from Bournemouth this past season and will not be retained. Musah has spent two seasons with Milan after joining from Valencia in 2023. The midfielder earned plenty of minutes with the Rossoneri, but never completely found his footing during his time at the club. The U.S. international managed 40 appearances in all competitions last season, playing a variety of positions including right back, right winger and central midfield. Though he was at times a lock starter, Musah's minutes declined over the final weeks of the 2024-25 campaign. He was removed twice as a tactical sub in a four-game span in March and April. Musah is set to trade Serie A's eighth-place finisher for its champion, swapping a season with no European competition for Champions League play. It will be a welcome boost for his USMNT chances. Musah was set to be on the Gold Cup roster this summer, but requested to be removed due to a personal issue. Musah has 46 caps with the USMNT, including starts in all four of the team's games at the 2022 World Cup.
