The incident occurred on June 20 before Justice Nirzar S Desai. The man, logged in under the name 'Samad Battery', initially appeared on screen with a Bluetooth earphone around his neck. Moments later, he adjusted his camera—revealing he was sitting on a toilet. The footage further shows him cleaning himself and exiting the bathroom before rejoining the hearing from another room.
Court records indicate that the man was a respondent in a petition seeking to quash an FIR, where he was also the original complainant. The matter had been amicably resolved between the parties, and the FIR was subsequently quashed.

Congress workers detained outside Bengaluru BJP office during protest over Emergency post
Several Congress workers were taken into preventive custody on Saturday when they gathered outside the Bengaluru BJP headquarters to protest against insulting former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the name of events condemning the Emergency. Patna: Two days after a daring theft on the New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Duronto Express (12282), no arrests have yet been made. Valuables worth lakhs of more than 12 passengers, including women, were stolen in five coaches on Thursday night. The thieves escaped unchallenged by pulling the alarm chain between Paraiya and Kastha near Gaya, along the DDU-Gaya Grand Chord section of East Central Railway (ECR). The absence of security on board has drawn widespread criticism.
