Erratic Boulders, the Tunisia-based art association, has officially dropped Inlandquake #TN, an experimental music compilation that delves deep into the country's most unconventional, chaotic, and innovative soundscapes. After months of meticulous crafting, the release offers a fresh sonic perspective from one of North Africa's most underrepresented creative hubs.
The compilation showcases a diverse lineup of artists, each pushing boundaries in their respective fields. From Emna Mâaref's fusion of traditional Oud with electronic textures, to Virus2020's boundaryless soundscapes blending acoustic and electronic elements, Inlandquake #TN introduces listeners to an exhilarating mix of genres and styles. Artists like Nvmb Stupor, Sarla, and Blue Rain also bring their own experimental touch, adding depth to the album's ever-shifting sound palette.
Erratic Boulders, a collective founded by Dion Monti and Rim Harrabi, aims to provide a platform for collaboration and innovation, bringing together artists, curators, and promoters from Tunisia, Europe, and beyond.
The compilation also comes ahead of a release tour across Europe, with live performances in Switzerland and Paris featuring some of the album's standout artists. These performances will bring the unique energy of Tunisian experimental music to a wider audience, offering a glimpse into the underground sounds that have long been bubbling below the surface.

Asser Yassin Joins Hend Sabry in "Dam ala Nahd" TV adaptation
Yara Sameh Egyptian actor Asser Yassin will once again team up with Tunisian actress Hend Sabry in the upcoming TV adaptation of writer and journalist Ibrahim Eissa's latest novel 'Dam ala Nahd." It marks the first collaboration between the two stars on the small screen and their second in 18 years after the 2007 film "'El Gezira." Mariam Ahmadi is directing the series from a script being adapted by Mohamed Hesham Obeya. "Dam ala Nahd" consists of 15 episodes and is produced by Sadek Al-Sabah. The novel follows Mai El Gebali, who had no idea that her exclusive interview with the "butcher" before his execution would turn her life upside down. With each meeting with the "butcher", he reveals secrets he never confessed before during the investigations. Along the way, El Gebali begins to question everything she'd previously believed in, disrupts her relationships, and puts her life in danger. Yassin was recently seen in the TV series "Alby We Moftaho" and Sabry in the hit Netflix TV series "Finding Ola" Season 2. Yassin, born February 25, 1981, began his career on the stage at the American University in Cairo. He was spotted by Director Khairy Beshara to play his first role in the 2006 TV series "Qalb Habiba", followed by the blockbuster "The Yacoubian Building" in 2007, and landed his first major role in a film "Zay El Naharda" in the following year. In the same year, he got his big break playing a leading role in the film "El Waad" (The Promise), starring opposite legendary actor and superstar Mahmoud Yassin. Nick Jonas to Star in KISS Biopic "Shout It Out Loud"
Yara Sameh Nick Jonas is in final negotiations to play KISS frontman Paul Stanley in a biopic about the famous rock band from McG. The project, titled "Shout It Out Loud", is being fully financed by STX. The band first formed in 1970s New York and became known for its glam rock look, always performing in face paint and elaborate costumes. It found hits with songs like 'Rock and Roll All Nite' and 'Deuce'. Theband's performances included theatrical elements like pyrotechnics, rockets, spitting blood and smoke. Casting is currently underway for the role of KISS icon Gene Simmons. Darren Lemke wrote the latest draft of the project, which has been developed by band members and Universal Music Publishing Group's Jody Gerson and Universal Music Group's Bruce Resnikoff, who control the band's music rights globally. Polygram's David Blackman also developed the project. Simmons and Stanley will produce, along with Mark Canton and Doc McGhee, Gerson, and Blackman all serving as producers or executive producers. They are joined by Leigh Ann Burton; McG, and his Wonderland producing partner Mary Viola; David Hopwood; Courtney Solomon; and Dorothy Canton; as well as Sweden-based Pophouse, which acquired the global rights to the KISS brand, including name and likeness. Jonas comes from his own musical background, as one of the members of the band The Jonas Brothers, and a subsequent solo career that includes hits like 'Jealous.' Here's Our First Look at "The Seven Dogs"
Yara Sameh The official teaser trailer for Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz's highly-anticipated film "The Seven Dogs" has been unveiled. Bad Boys For Life directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are helming the film from a script by Mohamed El-Dabbah. The pic is based on a story by the head of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority Turki Al-Sheikh and the Big Time team. The cast also includes Menna Shalaby, Tara Emad, Hannah El Zahed, Menna Shalaby, Sayed Ragab, Hala Sedki, Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt, Saudi Arabian actor Nasser Al Qasabi, and more. It will be the first film to be shot in Big Time Al-Husn Studios, one of MENA region's biggest film and television production facilities, with additional shooting at Riyadh Boulevard. Riyadh will serve as a stand-in for multiple international cities, including Mumbai and Shanghai. The film is considered to be the largest Arab film production to date with a budget exceeding $40 million. The $40M project is being hailed as a gamechanger for Saudi Arabia as it continues its drive to become the Middle East and North Africa's biggest film and TV hub. It is produced by Jeddah-based entertainment company Sela, with Ivan Atkinson (The Gentlemen, Wrath of Man) lead producing. "The Seven Dogs" marks the fourth collaboration between Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz after blockbuster films "Welad Rizk 3: El Qadya" and "Kira & El Gin" and season 2 of the critically acclaimed TV series 'El Ekhteyar ll'. In the film, Ezz plays Interpol officer Khalid Al-Azzazi, who apprehends Ghali Abu Dawood (Aziz), a high-ranking member of the clandestine global crime syndicate known as 7 Dogs. A year later, the organization resurfaces, trafficking a dangerous new drug—Pink Lady—across the Middle East. With time running out, Khalid reluctantly join forces with Ghali, the only person with intimate knowledge of the syndicate's operations. Their uneasy alliance propels them on a high-stakes mission across multiple global cities as they strive to dismantle the organization and prevent the drug from flooding Arab streets. Amid escalating tensions and looming.
