Lauren Sanchez says Jeff Bezos a 'monster' in gym as she pushes herself to be game-fit for wedding
has likely been exercising ferociously ahead of her wedding later this month to Jeff Bezos.
That's according to Nofar Hagag, who runs the New York and Miami Pilates studio Nofar Method.
The billionaire Amazon founder, 61, and the journalist, 55, are set to tie the knot in Venice, Italy, in a $10 million June 24-26 celebration.
Lauren is likely getting ready to flaunt her toned physique in whichever gown she chooses, Hagag predicts.
In a 2023 interview with Vogue, the bride revealed that Jeff is a 'monster' in the gym, and that they do much of their training together. They cannot do everything together, however, as he is on a 'whole different level' than her.
In the past, Lauren has taken to her Instagram page to share various videos of her workouts, which often include weight training and a lot of abdominal work.
Previously, she shared a video of her quick, 20-minute workout with a trainer, which included Nordic hamstring curls, step-up knee drives, thrusters and bench step-overs.
'I only had 20 minutes to workout before taking kids to school. [Celebrity fitness trainer] Wes Okerson said it was enough time. He was right. Here it is,' Lauren wrote at the time.
Around the same time, she showed off a similar routine, this time working on her upper body with dumbbell presses, barbell bench presses, push ups and dips on parallette bars.
And it looks like Lauren is already ahead of schedule with her workouts, according to Hagag, who recommends that brides begin their fitness journey at least a few months before their wedding date.
'I recommend starting your bridal fitness journey at least three to six months ahead of your wedding day,' Hagag told DailyMail.com exclusively.
'This allows time to build strength, improve posture, and develop long lean muscle tone without the stress of last-minute changes and crash diets.
'That said, even a few weeks of consistent work can make a meaningful difference, especially in posture and core strength, which look beautifully in photos and more importantly help with the way you feel confident and carry yourself on your special day.'
The workouts that Lauren has documented over the years on her Instagram page are definitely good ones to go by, Hagag said.
'I love that Lauren chose to focus on weight training, especially by combining it with HIIT cardio and bodyweight exercises.'
Getting a leg-up: Nofar Hagag recommends brides to be start their fitness regimen at least three to six months before the big day
'It's such an effective way to build tone and definition while keeping the body lean, sculpted, and strong without getting bulky.'
For a weekly routine, Hagag suggests three days of weight training to 'build strength and tone,' two days of Pilates on equipment to 'refine posture' and create an 'elongated, sculpted look,' as well as one day of light cardio, like a walk in the park, to help your mental health.
'This mix helps you feel confident, grounded, and empowered in your body not just for your wedding day, but for life,' she said.
But as you are preparing for the big day, as Lauren is, it's important to keep in mind that there's not necessarily a 'one-size-fits-all workout,' Hagag explained.
'The most important thing is to find movement that you genuinely enjoy that's the key to staying consistent. If it feels fun, you'll keep showing up.'
Roughly 200 people are expected to attend the couple's three-day nuptials, Mayor of Venice Luigi Brugnaro confirmed in a statement.

JoJo Siwa addresses her sexuality amid shock new romance with Chris Hughes
JoJo Siwa marked the start of 2025 Pride Month with a poignant message for her social media followers. Taking to Instagram Stories on Sunday, the 22-year-old former child star wrote, 'Happy day 1 of the happiest month. What I have learned over the last 22 years is that pride is all about love, acceptance and celebration.' She added, 'No matter who you are or what you are, you are you, you are beautiful, and you are perfect. Everyone's story is different and everyone's journey is different.' Siwa — who shocked fans when she started dating Celebrity Big Brother UK costar Chris Hughes, 32, in April — declared that the 'most beautiful thing' about love is 'that it's just love.' In conclusion, she wrote, 'Happy pride to the beautiful LGBTQIA+ community, to the allies, and to all that exist:).' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. While starring on season 24 of Celebrity Big Brother UK, JoJo shared, 'I've always told myself I'm a lesbian, but I think being here, I've realized, "Oh no, I'm not a lesbian, I'm queer." I think that's really cool. I'm switching letters.' Later, while speaking to Us Weekly, the former Dance Moms personality said she thought the statement wouldn't make it to television. 'That was one of those conversations actually that I was having that I was like, "This will never see the light of day." I don't mind that it did, because I actually think it starts a very beautiful conversation of queer. I think queer joy is so special and so magical,' she told the outlet. She went on to reject putting her sexuality 'in a box.' 'Queer is a beautiful umbrella term for the LGBTQIA community,' Siwa emphasized. 'I think that for me to be a woman and say I have a non-binary partner, but then also say I'm a lesbian is crazy. 'I just realized within myself that the way my eyes are to the world, I think I'm just queer. It has nothing to do with anything besides that. It's nothing to be ashamed of. The world is going crazy with that one though. It flabbergasts me.' Before launching her romance with Huges, JoJo was in a brief relationship with Australian content creator Kath Ebbs, who is non-binary. Their unceremonious breakup happened at the Celebrity Big Brother UK wrap party in April. Back in 2022, Siwa was forced to defend herself after telling Yahoo! Life she doesn't like the word 'lesbian.' She took to TikTok to clarify her statement and address scrutiny from fans, stating, 'I never said that 'lesbian' was a dirty word.' In the interview with the publication the former Lifetime star said, 'I don't like the word itself. It's just like a lot. But I mean, at the end of the day, that's what I am.' She compared it to the word 'moist,' which some people don't like because of the way it sounds phonetically. 'It's like the word moist. It's just like… ugh!' she added, much to the dismay of some of her followers. She reiterated on TikTok, 'I never would say that it's a dirty word because it is not. It's not a bad word, it's not a slur, it's especially not a word that I am ashamed of saying or ashamed of identifying as by any means. The the blond dancer added, 'I don't hate the word lesbian. Whenever someone talks to me about my sexuality I just say that I'm gay.

Magnus Carlsen slams table after shock loss to Gukesh Dommaraju in Norway
World champion Gukesh Dommaraju earned his first classical victory over Magnus Carlsen on Sunday at the Norway Chess tournament in Stavanger, toppling the longtime world No 1 in dramatic fashion and prompting the Norwegian to punch the table in frustration before storming out of the venue. The win in round six of the double round-robin event marked a milestone moment in Gukesh's young career, not for its stakes but for who it came against. Under pressure for much of the contest, the 19-year-old Indian grandmaster turned the tables in the final phase, capitalizing on a rare Carlsen blunder in time trouble to steal the point and shake up the standings in Stavanger. 'Right now, what means the most to me is that I didn't lose the game,' Gukesh said after the game. 'But yes, beating Magnus in any form is special.' Magnus Carlsen punches the table in frustration after losing to world champion Gukesh Dommaraju for the first time in a classical game at #NorwayChess today. Carlsen had outplayed Gukesh with ease in their first-round meeting and looked poised to do so again, pressing from a superior position through the middlegame. But with both players operating on a 10-second increment, Carlsen faltered ( Gukesh defended doggedly and pounced when the Norwegian miscalculated, flipping the position with a precise counterattack. The 34-year-old resigned shortly after then slammed his fist on the table, sending pieces rattling. It was an uncharacteristic display from the typically composed five-time world champion, who then left the hall immediately and skipped all media duties. 'But we have to give a lot of credit to Guki for his stubbornness and for his resourcefulness.' The result not only evened their head-to-head in this tournament but delivered a quiet rebuke to Carlsen's recent criticism of Gukesh's classical performances. After winning their earlier encounter, Carlsen had posted 'You come at the king, you best not miss' on social media, an old Baltimore proverb that seemed to reinforce his aura as the game's enduring alpha. On Sunday, it was the teenager whose aim was true. Gukesh, who became the youngest ever undisputed world champion in December and celebrated his 19th birthday last Thursday, has struggled for consistency since claiming the crown. He came into Sunday's round six with just one win in the tournament. The comeback against Carlsen could prove a needed confidence jolt heading into the closing rounds. The win lifts Gukesh to 8½ points, one behind Carlsen and the American Fabiano Caruana, with four rounds still to play. It also continues a trend of Indian breakthroughs in Stavanger: last year, R Praggnanandhaa became the first Indian to beat Carlsen in classical play at this event. Now Gukesh has followed and arguably gone one better.

Last year, at 73, I was so fat I couldn't walk round my kitchen island. But now I've lost three stone and cycle five hours a day - here's how. By TV chef ROSEMARY SHRAGER
As you read this, I am somewhere between Land's End and the White Cliffs of Dover, pedalling my heart out on the second day of an 18-day, 450-mile charity bike challenge.
