The Grammy nominee recently faced backlash for her 'out of touch' and 'entitled' 11-minute voyage to space on Jeff Bezos' New Shepard 31 spacecraft.
The trip also included Bezos' fiancée Lauren Sanchez, journalist Gayle King, astronaut and bioastronautics research scientist Amanda Nguyen, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe and filmmaker Kerianne Flynn.

'What are they doing?' Munn, 44, said on 'Today With Jenna & Friends' on April 3. 'I know this probably isn't the cool thing to say, but there are so many other things that are so important in the world right now.'

The 'Part of Me' singer described her short trip to space — during which she sang 'What a Wonderful World' — as the second greatest thing she has done.
'This experience is second to being a mom. That's why it was hard for me to go because that's all my love right there, and I have to surrender and trust that the universe is going to take care of me and protect me and also my family and daughter,' she told reporters after returning to Earth.

Billie Joe Armstrong Shares Message of Solidarity Amid L.A. Protests

Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has shared a message of support amid protesters rallying against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Trump administration's recent deployment of the National Guard in Los Angeles. On Sunday evening (June 8), Armstrong posted a protest snippet from downtown L.A. via Instagram Stories, captioned with a middle-finger emoji and an ice cube. The clip featured a live recording of 'F— Off,' a track from Saviors (Édition de Luxe), the deluxe version of Green Day's 2024 album, released in May 2025. More from Billboard Kylie Minogue Joins Prestigious '21 Club' at London's O2 Arena Kevin Parker Previews New Tame Impala Music During Barcelona DJ Set 'Maybe Happy Ending,' 'Sunset Blvd.' Win Key 2025 Tony Awards: Full Winners List The post comes amid increasing criticism of federal raids across Southern California, which saw ICE agents detaining dozens of individuals alleged to be undocumented immigrants. The crackdown was quickly followed by the unrequested deployment of National Guard troops to L.A., marking one of the first times in modern history that the Guard was sent to a state without the governor's approval. California Governor Gavin Newsom slammed the move as a 'serious breach of state sovereignty' in a letter issued Sunday afternoon, while L.A. Mayor Karen Bass echoed that sentiment, calling the situation 'provoked chaos' during a press conference. Armstrong's statement also follows comments from Finneas, who claimed he was tear-gassed while attending what he described as a 'very peaceful protest' in downtown L.A. The Grammy-winning producer and artist posted several Instagram stories, writing: 'Tear-gassed almost immediately at the very peaceful protest downtown — they're inciting this.' Finneas also reposted a video showing 9News Australia correspondent Lauren Tomasi being struck in the leg by a rubber bullet while reporting live from the scene. The protests began Friday in response to ICE raids at several Los Angeles-area businesses. By Sunday, the National Guard had arrived in the city, and images of heavily armed officers confronting peaceful demonstrators, including journalists and musicians, began flooding social media. For Armstrong, this latest act of resistance fits squarely within a decades-long tradition of speaking out against institutional injustice. Green Day's discography is filled with political commentary, from the anti-Bush sentiment of American Idiot to more recent critiques of gun violence and authoritarianism. Taylor Swift's Reputation re-enters Top 5 of Billboard chart

Taylor Swift's Reputation album has re-entered the Top 5 of the Billboard 200 chart after she bought back her masters. The pop megastar recently made a landmark $360 million deal to reclaim the rights to her original master recordings of her first six studio albums. Since the, Swifties have been streaming the 2017 record like crazy, leading to a 1,184 per cent spike in sales in a week, per music data tracker Luminate. The majority of sales are from streaming with an increase of 125 per cent, to 34.75 million on-demand streams. The 14-time Grammy winner shared the news of the sale via a message posted to her official website. She wrote: 'I'm trying to gather my thoughts into something coherent, but right now my mind is just a slideshow." Taylor added: 'A flashback sequence of all the time I daydreamed about, wished for, and pined away for a chance to get to tell this news. 'I almost stopped thinking it could ever happen, after 20 years of having the carrot dangled and then yanked away. But that's all in the past now. I've been bursting into tears of joy at random intervals ever since I found that this is really happening. I really get to say those words. All of the music I've ever made … now belongs… to me.' The 35-year-old singer specified the rights she now owns include her music videos, concert films, unreleased tracks, album art and photography. She also referred to the collection as encompassing 'the memories, the magic, the madness, every single era, (her) entire life's work." In 2019, music executive Scooter Braun acquired the masters of Taylor's early discography — Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and Reputation — for $300 million, a move the artist publicly criticised, claiming she was not given the opportunity to purchase them herself. The rights were later sold to the investment firm Shamrock Capital. Taylor began re-recording the albums under her own ownership after signing a deal with Universal Music Group and Republic Records in 2018 before doing her new ownership deal.

Jared Leto Accused of Sexual Misconduct by Multiple Women, Including Minors

Summary Oscar-winning actor and musician Jared Leto is facing serious accusations of sexual misconduct from at least nine women, according to a detailed report published byAir Mailon Saturday, June 7, 2025. The allegations describe a pattern of inappropriate behavior spanning over a decade, with some women claiming the incidents occurred when they were underage. The report includes interviews with nine women who describe troubling interactions with the 53-year-old actor. 'It's been an open secret for a long time,' an anonymous woman told the outlet. Among the disturbing allegations are claims that Leto asked sexual questions to a 16-year-old girl, walked out of a room nude in front of a 17-year-old, and exposed himself and masturbated before putting an 18-year-old's hand 'on him.' One woman, a model who was 16 in 2008, recounted meeting Leto at an animal rights event before visiting his studio, where she claims he flirted with her and appeared nude. Another woman stated she was also 16 when Leto approached her at a Los Angeles cafe, and later called her at night with sexually suggestive conversations. These allegations gained renewed attention last month when DJ Allie Teilz reposted a Facebook status from 2012 on her Instagram Stories, accusing Leto of inappropriate behavior when she was 17. She described his actions as 'predatory, terrifying, and unacceptable.' Following her post, Teilz shared over 50 responses from individuals who reported similar experiences, some of whom were reportedly as young as 14 to 16 years old at the time. A representative for Jared Leto has vehemently denied all allegations, asserting that the claims are 'demonstrably false' and that there was 'never any recruiting, complaints, or impropriety.' They have stated that Leto has abstained from drugs and alcohol for over 35 years. As of now, no criminal charges have been filed against Leto, and he has not publicly addressed the allegations himself.
