Katy Perry recreates space moves and calls out her haters at first concert after Blue Origin flight
She flew to space and she liked it.
Katy Perry embraced her controversial Blue Origin space flight on the first night of her Lifetimes Tour in Mexico City on Wednesday.
The 40-year-old 'Roar singer, who was dressed in an outer space-themed silver metal bodysuit for part of her show, recreated space choreography by flying in the air at points at the CDMX Arena.

Perry also brought out two men wearing blue NASA jumpsuits and took a selfie with them on stage.
The pop star seemingly called out critics of her space flight by asking the audience, ''Has anyone ever called your dreams crazy?', according to the Daily Mail.

Perry's Lifetimes Tour will include over 80 shows and visit dozens of countries. The final concert will take place Dec. 7 in Abu Dhabi.
Before the Mexico City show, Perry announced on Instagram that two concerts originally scheduled for next week in Guadalajara, Mexico were canceled due to issues with the venue.

'Sadly, I learned that the construction of Arena Guadalajara will not be complete for their scheduled shows next week, which includes mine on May 1 and 2,' she wrote in a message on her Instagram Stories.
Perry added: 'I wish I could fix this but it is beyond my control. You guys mean the world to me and we have all been on such a beautiful journey together that I will be thinking about how I can create something special for the fans in Guadalajara in the future.'

The Grammy nominee recently faced backlash for her 'out of touch' and 'entitled' 11-minute voyage to space on Jeff Bezos' New Shepard 31 spacecraft.
The trip also included Bezos' fiancée Lauren Sanchez, journalist Gayle King, astronaut and bioastronautics research scientist Amanda Nguyen, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe and filmmaker Kerianne Flynn.

Fast food giant Wendy's mocked Perry over the stunt, asking if she could be sent back because of the gesture.
The 'Part of Me' singer described her short trip to space — during which she sang 'What a Wonderful World' — as the second greatest thing she has done.
'This experience is second to being a mom. That's why it was hard for me to go because that's all my love right there, and I have to surrender and trust that the universe is going to take care of me and protect me and also my family and daughter,' she told reporters after returning to Earth.

The pop megastar recently made a landmark $360 million deal to reclaim the rights to her original master recordings of her first six studio albums. Since the, Swifties have been streaming the 2017 record like crazy, leading to a 1,184 per cent spike in sales in a week, per music data tracker Luminate. The majority of sales are from streaming with an increase of 125 per cent, to 34.75 million on-demand streams. The 14-time Grammy winner shared the news of the sale via a message posted to her official website. She wrote: 'I'm trying to gather my thoughts into something coherent, but right now my mind is just a slideshow." Taylor added: 'A flashback sequence of all the time I daydreamed about, wished for, and pined away for a chance to get to tell this news. 'I almost stopped thinking it could ever happen, after 20 years of having the carrot dangled and then yanked away. But that's all in the past now. I've been bursting into tears of joy at random intervals ever since I found that this is really happening. I really get to say those words. All of the music I've ever made … now belongs… to me.'
