
AP Mega DSC exams to commence today
The Andhra Pradesh government has finalised all preparations for the AP Mega DSC exams, which begin today and will continue until July 6. This month-long examination period will feature two sessions each day, taking place across 154 designated centres. Additionally, exam venues have been established in neighbouring states including Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Odisha.
These Mega DSC exams aim to fill a total of 16,347 vacancies, with an impressive 335,401 candidates having applied specifically for these positions. In total, 577,417 individuals have submitted applications for all available posts.
Candidates concerned about any errors on their hall tickets need not panic, as corrections can be made directly at the exam centres. The exams will be conducted via online format, and education officials have emphasised the importance of punctuality, stating that late arrivals, even by a minute, will not be permitted entry. Candidates are advised to arrive at their exam centres well in advance to comply with this strict timing rule.

The vacancies include 6,371 posts for secondary grade teachers (SGT), 7,725 in school assistants (SA), 1,781 in trained graduate teachers (TGT), 286 in postgraduate teachers (PGT), 52 principals, and 132 physical education teachers (PET). After the exam is over on July 6, the APDSC answer keys will be made available by July 8. The objection window will be opened against provisional answer keys and final answer keys will be released seven days after the last date to raise objections. The result is expected to be released in the last week of July.

AP DSC 2025: The response sheets for District Selection Committee examination (DSC) 2025 will be out soon today on June 18 by the Andhra Pradesh School Education Department, according to reports. The exam is being held to recruit 16, 437 teacher posts across the state. The response sheets will be released across different categories such as TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher), PGT (Post Graduate Teacher), School Assistant Math, Special Education Posts, Non-Language Subjects. Candidates can view their response sheets online and flag objections if any by June 24 through the official AP DSC website. They are advised to check it carefully and send their objections within the given time period. In light of the State government's decision to celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21 in a grand and prestigious manner, the dates for the DSC exams originally planned for June 20 and 21 have been revised.
