As an investor in Unrivaled, the women's 3-on-3 professional basketball league launched in January of this year, I have so much respect for Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, the league's founders. Their ability to continue to shine in the WNBA—in fact, Phee and Stewie faced off in the 2024 finals—while building the next big thing blows me away. The dynamic duo stuck their necks out there to give players a chance to make money in the U.S. in the offseason, and not have to move their families across the world.
Unrivaled makes female athletes think about everything differently. It's not always just take the salary and sign on the dotted line and be happy. Sometimes you can just do it yourself better. That's what Phee and Stewie did here. The launch of Unrivaled will go down in history as a pivotal moment for continuing the tidal wave of momentum in women's sports.

Robinson also was party to the decision to appoint Scott Robertson as All Blacks head coach months before Ian Foster's tenure finished. Foster led the All Blacks to the final of the 2023 World Cup in which they lost by one point to South Africa. Robinson on Monday said he's leaving to join his wife and family who have relocated to Australia. "The past six years have been a period of rapid change or unprecedented challenges through the pandemic and significant evolution across commercial, competitions and structures,' Robinson said in a statement. 'I will reflect on that as I get closer to stepping away but I firmly believe the foundations of our organization are extremely strong and the game is well-placed for the future.' Robinson succeeded Steve Tew as chief executive in 2019. He will leave prior to a reorganization which will see the incoming chief executive take charge of both New Zealand Rugby and New Zealand Rugby Commercial, the sporting and commercial parts of the game. ___

Nick Chubb expected to sign with Texans in free agency after Browns exit
Nick Chubb is likely headed to a new destination. The free agent running back appears poised to continue his NFL career in Houston, according to NFL Network, who said he's expected to join the Texans on Monday pending a successful physical. Getty Images He quickly became one of the league's best running backs, posting four consecutive 1,000‑yard rushing seasons from 2019-22 with a 5.2 yard-per-carry average. For his efforts, Chubb was named to the Pro Bowl each of those four seasons and was a second-team All-Pro in 2022. Advertisement However, Chubb has suited up for just 10 games over the past two seasons, first tearing his MCL and ACL in Week 2 of 2023 and later breaking his foot in December 2024. Cleveland made it pretty clear they were moving on from Chubb after selecting running backs Quinshon Judkins and Dylan Sampson in the 2025 NFL Draft in the second and fourth rounds respectively to go with returnee Jerome Ford. Mixon also caught 36 passes for 309 yards and scored one touchdown through the air. Marks and Ogunbowale are expected to deepen the rotation, and Pierce, once a fantasy darling, was firmly relegated to a secondary role with Mixon's signing last season. The addition of Chubb could offer Houston a formidable 1‑2 punch in the backfield.
