SLKOR Brand Visual Identity System (VIS Version 25.04) Interpretation
In today's era, a brand is not only a corporate identifier but also the external manifestation of a company's culture and core values. Throughout its development, SLKOR has consistently regarded brand building as a crucial element of the company's growth. In May 2025, the company officially launched and fully implemented the "VIS Standardization System (Version 25.04)", aiming to enhance brand recognition and market competitiveness through a unified visual identity system. To ensure the smooth rollout and deep integration of the new VIS, General Manager Song Shiqiang personally led specialized training sessions, detailing the brand values and significance conveyed by this system. He emphasized: "Brand building concerns the first impression we make on customers, peers, and resource contributors. Every detail represents the image of SLKOR, and everyone must attach great importance to it." These elements incorporate aspects of traditional Chinese culture while reflecting the contemporary characteristics of the company's informatization, digitization, and globalization, enabling us to spread Chinese culture globally, tell the Chinese story well, and effectively sell products researched, developed, and manufactured in China. VIS, the Visual Identity System, is a crucial way for a company to present its brand image externally. The SLKOR"VIS Standardization System (Version 25.04)" not only systematically optimizes visual elements such as the company's brand logo and fonts but also introduces new items like gifts and eco-bags. It permeates every detail inside and outside the company through six categories of display forms, including the office environment, apparel, and mascot, thereby strengthening the SLKOR brand's recognition and memorability. I. Brand Logo & Slogan The SLKOR brand logo employs a classic red and yellow color scheme. The dominant, steady, and imposing red is paired with vibrant yellow typography, highlighting the distinct image of "SLKOR" as a domestic brand. The layout of the logo and slogan is generous and comfortable. The angled treatment of the font creates a visual tension suggestive of readiness for action. SLKOR Logo (Chinese & English Versions) II. Company Business Cards & PPT Templates SLKOR business cards and PPT templates primarily feature a red color scheme, incorporating carbon grey PCB circuit patterns as the design base. The visual impact of the red-grey contrast breaks the monotony of a single dull tone while cleverly highlighting the company's high-tech attributes. The business cards are specifically printed on ice-white paper, featuring a smooth, textured surface that exudes a modern feel. SLKOR PPT Template Design (Inner Page) III. Apparel SLKOR's workwear and basketball jerseys continue the brand's iconic red primary color. Maintaining visual consistency, Mr. Song Shiqiang introduced subtle variations in the logo's font details. This ensures the workwear projects a professional corporate image while radiating SLKOR's steady and imposing brand essence, whereas the basketball jerseys showcase vigorous youthful energy. SLKOR Workwear SLKOR Workwear Display SLKOR Style Basketball Jersey "SLKOR Warriors Basketball Team" Team Building Display IV. Mascot (AI Robot) "Vitality Kid" serves as SLKOR's brand ambassador. Its dynamic posture and bright smile embody the team's energetic spirit. Its electronic eye design and tech-inspired antenna elements retain the affinity of a cartoon character while accurately conveying the professional attributes of the semiconductor industry. Its current application is within SLKOR's AI intelligent customer service robot. Mr. Song Shiqiang indicated that peripheral products like mouse pads, nap pillows, plush dolls, and keychains will be launched in the future! SLKOR Mascot --- VITALITY KID V. Tape & Stickers SLKOR's shipping cartons adopt a minimalist design philosophy, using a striking honeycomb hexagonal array to intuitively display product series. General Manager Song Shiqiang stated that the implementation of the VIS standardization system is a long-term, significant project. It requires continuous refinement, professional focus, and attention to detail, leading to gradual perfection, enhanced competitiveness, and the achievement of sustainable development goals. This aligns with the corporate cultural concepts of "Integrity", "Continuous Improvement", "Resilience", and "Attention to Detail" shared by Kinghelm and SLKOR. It is beneficial for elevating the brand image and communication efficiency of both "Kinghelm" and "SLKOR", fostering internal cohesion and centripetal force within the company, accelerating the internationalization process of Kinghelm and SLKOR, and is also a manifestation of the company's soft power! As the company's strength and scale increase, SLKOR will continue to deepen its brand strategy in the future. Guided by the new VIS system, it will provide customers with higher-quality products and services, further enhancing the brand's influence and competitiveness in the market, and striving relentlessly to become a leading semiconductor brand in China. Almonty Industries: The new Pillar of Western Raw Material Security
The Western world is facing a raw material crisis with explosive geopolitical implications. In recent months, China has drastically tightened its export controls on critical minerals, affecting primarily strategically important metals such as gallium, germanium, antimony, and, most recently, tungsten. These raw materials are indispensable for the defense industry, semiconductor production, and high-tech manufacturing. Amid this tense situation, one company that is positioning itself as an important part of the solution is stepping into the spotlight: Almonty Industries (TSX: AII). The tungsten specialist operates strategically located tungsten projects in South Korea, Portugal, and Spain and will soon play a key role in supplying Western industries, as global tungsten supplies are expected to run critically low in the near future. Almonty as a countermodel to Chinese dependency Since mid-2023, China has gradually tightened its control over the export of critical raw materials. Gallium and germanium, essential for the semiconductor and solar industries, have been subject to strict export restrictions since August 2023. Antimony, a metal used in ammunition, batteries, and military equipment, followed in 2024. Particularly controversial is the increasingly restrictive handling of exports of so-called dual-use materials – substances with both civilian and military applications. Tungsten, an extremely hard and dense metal used in missile tips, armor plating, microchips, and cutting tools, also falls under these regulations. The consequences are already becoming apparent: According to Martin Hotwagner of Steel & Metals Market Research in Austria, every vehicle contains an average of around 300 grams of tungsten – most of which is lost during recycling. The result: declining reserves, rising prices, and increasing pressure to act in the US, Europe, and Japan. As supplies dwindle, he expects Western companies will run out of tungsten by the end of the summer. Western governments are urgently looking for alternatives – and in doing so, they are turning their attention to Almonty Industries. The strategic rise of Almonty Industries In recent years, Almonty (TSX: AII) has systematically positioned itself as a non-Chinese supplier of tungsten and, in the future, molybdenum. With the Sangdong mine in South Korea set to start production soon, the Company is in a unique position: once operational, Sangdong will be one of the largest sources of tungsten outside China and will be able to cover up to 40% of non-Chinese global production. The mine has a life span of over 90 years, and the rock has an exceptionally high tungsten content. The geopolitical relevance has not gone unnoticed: the US, which classifies tungsten as critical to national security, has already recognized Almonty as a strategic partner. The Company has signed exclusive purchase agreements with US defense contractors, including price floors guaranteeing a long-term economic basis. At the same time, Almonty is planning a NASDAQ listing and relocating its headquarters to the US in order to be more closely connected both politically and in terms of regulation. In recent weeks, two US military representatives, General Gustave Perna and Alan Estevez, have joined Almonty's board of directors. Conclusion: From mine operator to guarantor of Western supply security At a time when China is deliberately using its economic power as a political lever, independent sources of raw materials are becoming increasingly important. Almonty Industries (TSX: AII) not only meets this requirement but also offers a stable foundation for Western industrial policy thanks to its geographical diversification, operational experience, and political connections. The beginning of the restructuring of global supply chains is no longer theory – it is reality. And right at the heart of it: a tungsten producer that is in the right place at precisely the right time. The planned NASDAQ listing will open access to the world's largest capital market and should significantly increase demand for Almonty shares. Peter Thilo Hasler, an analyst at Sphene Capital, has issued a 'Buy' recommendation for Almonty with a price target of CAD 5.40. Print money now! Gold over 3400, silver already at 36 – Barrick, Globex Mining, First Majestic, D-Wave, and Hensoldt
Debt and inflation are causing yields to rise, and now gold and silver are also booming! In addition to defense and high-tech stocks, investors have finally taken a liking to precious metals. Commodity investors have had to wait a long time for this moment, but now prices are rising rapidly. Investors should add stocks like the long-overlooked Barrick Mining and First Majestic Silver to their portfolios, while Globex Mining (TSX:GMX) is an outright buy. The Company holds over 250 properties, which are currently increasing in value daily. On the other hand, the high-tech stock D-Wave and the defense stock Hensoldt have already advanced excessively. We can help with portfolio rebalancing. First Majestic and Barrick Gold – The only way is up! Barrick Gold recently changed its name to Barrick Mining. This change reflects the Company's increasing focus on copper, which currently accounts for 20% of production and is expected to rise to 30% by 2029. The Reko Diq copper-gold project in Pakistan will contribute significantly to this and is scheduled to go into production in 2028. In Q1 2025, Barrick achieved net income of USD 474 million, or USD 0.27 per share, a significant increase from USD 295 million in the previous year. Gold production fell to 758,000 ounces, and copper production declined to 44,000 tons. Despite these declines, the Company benefited from higher gold and copper prices, and margins improved significantly. Barrick reaffirmed its production targets for 2025 and is focusing on growth through its projects in Pakistan and Zambia. CEO Mark Bristow recently emphasized the need for sustainable solutions in mining and expressed optimism about the Company's future development. With an annual performance of only 11%, analysts on the LSEG platform see room for growth from the current level of around CAD 27 to CAD 37. Silver is increasingly becoming the focus of investors, alongside gold. Unlike the yellow metal, silver is also widely used in the high-tech, defense, medical, and industrial sectors. Global availability has been declining for years as producing mines are reaching the end of their life, and new projects still need some time to bring exploration material to market. Shares in silver producer First Majestic have seen a significant surge of over 15% since May. In the first quarter, with silver prices well above USD 30, the Company reported record operating cash flow of USD 110 million. This brought cash and cash equivalents to USD 462 million, the highest level in the Company's 21-year history. A total of 7.7 million ounces of silver equivalent were produced in Q1, which is approximately 26% of the Company's average production forecast for 2025. The Company achieved record mining revenue of USD 63.8 million, with EBITDA of USD 98.8 million. Consolidated cash costs amounted to USD 13.68 per ounce of silver equivalent, representing a 9% decrease compared to Q1 2024. They are also 6% below the Company's average cost forecast for 2025. The share buyback program will continue, which could further boost the share price. The time is ripe! Globex Mining – In pole position with over 250 projects CEO Jack Stoch views the developments in the precious metals sector with calm confidence. He founded his first mining company back in the 1970s when the price of gold was still between USD 50 and USD 200. With gold trading at over USD 3,300 an ounce, the setup for his asset management holding company-like collection of properties looks excellent. According to experts, stock market valuations are likely to rise sharply in the near future, especially for projects that still have their resources in the ground, as producers are faced with significantly higher transaction costs when acquiring junior companies. Because too little exploration has been done in recent years, there is now considerable pressure to move promising projects forward. For Globex Mining (TSX:GMX), this is a stroke of luck: the Company owns over 250 mineral concessions in Canada, mainly focused on gold and metal projects in Quebec. The deposits are at various stages of development, and some are linked to partnerships through option and royalty models. This leads to a constant deal flow within the portfolio and ensures regular cash inflows. There is currently an update on partner Azimut Exploration. The explorer has released further positive test results from the Perseus nickel zone discovered in 2024, which is located southeast of Globex's Tyrone property in the Eeyou Istchee region of James Bay. There, 30 selected high-grade nickel samples contained more than 3.0% nickel, including the full suite of platinum group elements with grades of 1.16 g/t rhodium, 0.43 g/t iridium, 2.75 g/t ruthenium, and 0.45 g/t osmium, significantly enhancing the potential value of the Perseus zone. The gold and tellurium grades are also anomalous, with grades of up to 1.13 g/t gold and 32.1 g/t tellurium, respectively. The high-grade mineralization is associated with a magnetic anomaly that extends from Globex's Tyrone property into an area that has not yet been fully explored. Progress here will be exciting! Once again, Globex proves that its strategy is on the right track, and positive news is likely to become more frequent in the near future. GMX shares are currently trading at around CAD 1.42, with 56.294 million shares outstanding, giving the Company a market capitalization of CAD 79.3 million. The exciting part remains: around 30% of this valuation is backed by cash and shares from partner companies. Mergers and acquisitions could really get the party started! In May, CEO Jack Stoch presented at the International Investment Forum. Click here for the video recording with lots of updates on the properties. D-Wave Quantum and Hensoldt – Take profits! We will briefly discuss two companies that have performed excellently. First, there is quantum computer expert D-Wave, which has been causing a stir on the NASDAQ with a spectacular 1,000% increase since 2024. This is based on reports that the latest generation of quantum computers significantly outperforms current technologies both in terms of speed and power consumption. The Company only generated a few million in revenue in 2024 and is now reportedly experiencing a flood of orders. However, analysts are finding it difficult to formulate adequate price targets, as the sky is not yet the limit for this year. With a valuation of over USD 5 billion, the price-to-sales ratio is currently still above 200. The share price is, therefore, likely to remain very volatile. The market value of Hensoldt shares is now similarly ambitious. Here, too, investors are expecting a flood of orders from NATO countries. The revenue of EUR 2.24 billion reported in 2024 is expected to grow to over EUR 5 billion by 2029. The stock is already valued at a price-to-sales ratio of 6. And according to the LSEG platform, the 2026 P/E ratio is a whopping 44. JPMorgan published an update last week and set the 12-month price target at EUR 110. The already overbought share price promptly shot up by another 20% to EUR 108.80. It was not until Friday that the value fell back below the EUR 100 mark. Caution: profit-taking could still increase significantly! Selection has become key in the capital markets. While US President Trump continues to subject his country to one reputational blow after another, yields on US bonds are skyrocketing. Notably, China has announced plans to exchange long-term US bonds for gold. This is increasing buying pressure in the markets for precious metal producers like Barrick and First Majestic, as well as for the junior Globex Mining, which is still significantly undervalued due to its estimated millions of ounces still in the ground. Caution is advised with overvalued stocks like D-Wave Quantum and Hensoldt! Conflict of interest Pursuant to §85 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), we point out that Apaton Finance GmbH as well as partners, authors or employees of Apaton Finance GmbH (hereinafter referred to as 'Relevant Persons') currently hold or hold shares or other financial instruments of the aforementioned companies and speculate on their price developments.
