Bloomberg10 hours ago

Airbus SE won an order for as many as 50 widebody jets from Saudi Arabia's new carrier, as the kingdom pours billions of dollars into turning the country into an aviation and tourism hub.
Riyadh Air, backed by the country's sovereign wealth fund, announced the deal for the A350-1000 aircraft, with half as non-firm options, at the Paris Air Show on Monday. The carrier, which plans to begin operations by the end of the year, has already purchased 60 A321 narrowbody jets from the European planemaker.
