Beloved ice cream chain reveals limited-time menu with new items inspired by Sydney Sweeney
Baskin-Robbins is kicking off summer with a sweet collaboration — enlisting Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney to help launch a new line of colorful, candy-packed desserts.
Starting Tuesday, the ice cream chain will debut two limited-time creations under the 'Sweet on Sydney' menu.
Guests can choose between Sydney's Signature Scoop and Sydney's Signature Fizz.
The newest scoop snack features rainbow sherbet in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles and gummi bears.
Fans interested in Sydney's fizzy beverage instead can enjoy a blend of rainbow sherbet with Starry lemon lime soda topped with gummi bears.
Customers will also be able to snag a limited-time color changing gummi bear cup while supplies last.
Sweeney has been a longtime Baskin-Robins fan whose go-to treat is always rainbow sherbet.
'Baskin-Robbins has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — it's where a lot of great memories were made, and I still find myself going back pretty often,' she said.
The ice cream collaboration may come as no surprise to Sweeney fans after the actress praised Baskin Robins last year in New York Magazine.
'If I'm near Baskin-Robbins, I'll get a rainbow sherbet with gummy bears on top in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. If I'm in Europe, then I usually get a raspberry sorbet,' she said.
Sweeney has been in a number of talked-about ads that fans on social media either loved or hated.
An example is her collaboration with men's grooming brand Dr. Squatch for a limited-edition 'Bathwater Bliss' soap bar, which features droplets of Sweeney's used bathwater.
She also posed in a risqué country-themed photoshoot for HEYDUDE shoes earlier this month.
For Baskin-Robins, she toned down her scandalous personality, and embraced the chain's latest sweet treats in a fun, goofy way.
Besides Sweeney, the ice cream chain has collaborated with famous figures like gossip reported DeuxMoi and celebrity jeweler Susan Alexandria.
Its also famous for hiring famous figures such as Bobby Flay, Julia Roberts, and Barack Obama before they entered the spotlight.

The summer menu wars have been exploding since McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King began offering exclusive deals.
Jimmy John's fired shots by debuting a new lemon-flavored cookie and launching a Summer Menu of Ultimate Temptation.
Starbucks also brought back its Summer-Berry Starbucks Refreshers, competing with items off Dunkin's summer menu.
Other summertime deals foodies can take advantage of now are available at chains like Sonic Drive-In and Taco Bell.

Diddy guilty verdict is ‘in the bag' despite ‘weak' prosecution's ‘failure to call most crucial witness,' lawyer says
THE prosecution will likely secure a conviction in its case against Sean "Diddy" Combs despite their failure to call the most crucial witness, a former federal prosecutor has said. Closing arguments in Combs ' high-profile racketeering and sex trafficking trial are expected to begin as early as Friday afternoon. 8 8 8 8 The prosecution called its final witness on Tuesday, capping off six weeks of emotional, explicit, and graphic testimony from more than 30 witnesses, including Combs' former employees and ex-lovers. Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor who is not involved in Combs' trial, said the government's sprawling case is enough to secure a conviction of the disgraced music mogul. "I do believe the prosecution has done enough to convict Diddy, but it really depends on the crime," Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. "I think prostitution is in the bag. It's pretty clear that the entertainers were paid and they were flown across state lines. There's an interstate nexus. "The next charge that I think they've proven is the racketeering, the RICO charge, and I think they've proven it because you can get to racketeering even if you lose on sex trafficking. "You can show a criminal enterprise and we have Bad Boy Entertainment with Diddy at the head of the enterprise." Rahmani continued, "You need to show a pattern of racketeering activity, that can be sex trafficking, but could also be drug trafficking. "It could be extortion. We heard about Diddy shaking down Regina Ventura. It could be bribery, paying a hundred thousand dollars for the hotel surveillance video. "It could be obstruction of justice. It could be witness intimidation. So there are a lot of ways to get to racketeering." 'WILLING PARTICIPANTS' However, Rahmani believes the prosecution faces an uphill battle to score a conviction on the sex trafficking charge. Explosive new Diddy mansion pics reveal star's shelves stacked with baby oil & vast weapons arsenal "I think sex trafficking is the hardest charge to prove and the reason it is is there are many emails and messages where Cassie and Jane seem to be setting up the freak-offs," Rahmani, the co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers, added. "They seem like they're willing participants and obviously the jurors have seen almost an hour of freak-off video and I'm guessing that parts of those videos at least seem to show that Cassie and Jane were willing participants in the sexual activity. "Now, I believe this is consistent with the psychology of abuse and we had expert Don Hughes testify why someone may stay with their abuser, but when victims do it can be hard." I think sex trafficking is the most challenging count. I wouldn't be surprised if the jurors hung or are even going to not guilty on that particular account. Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor Rahmani underscored the recent outcome of disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein's retrial. The jury in Weinstein's retrial reached a split verdict, convicting the Miramax founder, 73, of one of the two criminal sexual assault counts he faced and acquitted him of the other. The judge overseeing Weinstein's retrial declared a mistrial on the rape charge after the jury failed to reach a verdict on the crime. "They're in New York where the prosecution only got guilty verdicts on one of the three victims because again, they maintain their relationship with Harvey Weinstein," Rahmani said, referring to the shamed movie mogul's retrial. "So, I think sex trafficking is the most challenging count. I wouldn't be surprised if the jurors hung or are even going to not guilty on that particular account." 8 8 8 'RICO CONVICTION IN JEOPARDY' Rahmani stressed that prosecutors weakened their case by not calling Kristina Khorram, Combs' ex-chief of staff, and Damion "D-Roc" Butler, one of the music executive's former bodyguard, to the stand. Khorram, who was referred to as "KK" in several lawsuits and in the prosecution's federal indictment of Combs, and Butler were mentioned by prosecutors throughout the trial and by nearly every witness that testified. "I think it was a mistake for the government not to compel Kristina Khorram, D-Roc, and even 'Gina,' who was victim three, to testify," Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. "With respect to Kristina Khorram, KK, and D-Roc, they could've charged them as co-conspirators in the case. "Normally, you would expect the prosecution to lean on people like KK and D-Roc to flip against their former employer. "So, the fact that they didn't do so is weak in my opinion. "The fact that they're not testifying in this trial that hurt the RICO charge against Diddy." The courtroom heard testimony from two of Combs ex-lovers, including singer Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura and a woman identified only as Jane. Ventura delivered an impactful and emotional testimony, telling jurors about the years-long physical abuse and sex marathons she was forced to participate in at Combs' direction. Jane also wiped away tears as she told the court about how she opened "Pandora's box" when she agreed to Combs' proposal to engage in a "freak-off" with him and a male escort. Jurors also heard testimony from roughly seven of Combs' former employees and personal assistants, who all testified about their turbulent time working for the Bad Boy Records founder. A third ex-girlfriend of Combs, who was only identified as Gina, was expected to testify at trial, but eventually did not. 'THE BIG QUESTION' Rahmani argued that the prosecution's accusation of Combs related to Gina, who was mentioned in the federal indictment and throughout the trial more than 100 times, troublesome. "It's problematic for the prosecution to allege all these crimes related to Gina and then not have her locked down, in a way that she disappears before trial," Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. "So, if they lose on any of these counts, the question will be, was three victims enough, especially when those three victims stayed with Diddy, either as an assistant in Mia's case or as lovers in Cassie and Jane's case. "That's the big question, if they were abused they did they stay with their abuser. "But I still think prosecution can prove RICO because they called six personal assistants to the stand to testify about buying drugs, buying lube, buying condoms, setting up the hotel rooms for the freak-offs, the hotel nights, or the king nights, cleaning them up afterward. "So, there's plenty of evidence that there was coordination and an agreement between Diddy and these personal assistants." Closing arguments in Combs' federal trial are expected to begin on Thursday. The jury could begin deliberation as early as Friday afternoon. 8

Usha Vance hints at another baby with JD Vance
Second lady Usha Vance teased that there could be a baby born to a sitting vice president. Vance, 39, sat down with Meghan McCain for an episode of the former View host's 2Way YouTube show Citizen McCain. The interview aired Wednesday. Usha and Vice President J.D. Vance have three children already - Ewan, 8, Vivek, 5, and Mirabel, 3 - with Vance telling McCain that she suffered from amenia while pregnant with all three. But she revealed that the second couple is leaving the door open to a fourth. 'Never say never,' she told McCain. Vance said that when she and the vice president were married, after both studying at Yale Law School, they always knew they were going to have kids. 'The number though, that was the question. I grew up with just two kids in the family and J.D. has a differently structured family but he primarily grew up with just his sister. I think what we decided at the outset is we'll have two and then we'll see how we feel about that,' she explained. 'And I thought maybe I would have two kids, and I would think I'm done, this is good. But I just liked having the two kids so much that I think I ended up being the driver for three, which really surprised both of us,' Vance continued. 'And now we're at three and I'm feeling pretty good about this and sometimes he thinks he might like to have a fourth, but we'll see where that leads.' No vice president in history has had a baby while serving in the role. President Grover Cleveland - who like President Donald Trump was the only president to ever serve two non consecutive terms - had a baby in the White House, with wife Frances giving birth to the couple's daughter Esther. During the sit-down, McCain, 40, the daughter of the late GOP presidential candidate and Sen. John McCain, revealed to Vance that she was pregnant with her third child - a boy - with husband Ben Domenech, a frequent face on Fox News Channel. 'Well congratulations, that's so exciting!' Vance said. 'What I've really enjoyed about three kids is that it's just enough for them to be kind of a pack, like the oldest will take care of the youngest one, the youngest is so motivated to be like the older two that she's basically self-sufficient, always has been,' the second lady continued. 'It's awesome.' Vance said that zero to one kids was 'an enormous shock.' 'Zero feels one way and one feels like the entire world is turned upside down and you don't know what you're doing and what's up and what's down,' she said. 'One to two wasn't that bas and two to three was, shockingly, the easiest of all.' 'So you may be in for a surprise,' she reassured McCain. Both millennial women were candid about their pregnancy struggles. 'So during pregnancy, during each of them, I was prone to anemia, which just makes you so tired, and you're already kind of tired and especially when we were having our third child,' Vance said. 'I was completely exhausted because I had a trial right before,' the accomplished lawyer added. Vance said the struggles ended up being a good test run for parenting. 'But for me it was actually a little bit different because pregnancy was so exhausting that not being anemic was like, you know, high on life and that really helped,' Vance noted. She said that the couple's oldest son Ewan was born seven weeks before she started a Supreme Court clerkship, the final clerkship of her legal career. The clerkship was for Chief Justice John Roberts, who had been appointed by Republican President George W. Bush. 'And I mean, I kid you not, we were still mostly nocturnal and I wasn't awake during the day and I had to kind of switch to being awake and functioning during the day and sleeping at night,' Vance said. 'So that was a really rough transition for us.' 'It honestly ended up being good because it showed me a little bit about how much time I had been wasting before and how much more efficiently I could run my professional life in a way that would allow me to be the kind of parent I wanted to be,' she added. 'It was zero to 60 in a lot of ways but I think it changed everything about how I lived after that,' Vance said.
