Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 2025: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, is sponsoring the penultimate race meeting of the Dubai Racing Carnival on Friday, March 7 th , at the Meydan Racecourse. Building on an eight-year partnership with the Dubai Racing Club, this commitment bolsters the developer's presence in MBR City, where it is delivering a major master-planned community – Azizi Riviera. The developer will sponsor the entire eight-race card as part of the collaboration, reinforcing its commitment to Dubai's equestrian legacy and world-class sporting events.
The event kicks off at 5:30 PM with a dynamic lineup of races. Headlining the evening's card is the AED 850,000 G3 Ras Al Khor, a 1,400-meter turf contest, which saw French-trained Fort Payne secure victory last year. We take great pride in serving as a driving force behind it, with it aligning so seamlessly with our pursuit of connecting people and enriching lives through meaningful experiences. We are proud to continue supporting this impactful celebration of passion and performance.'
Riviera is part of Azizi Developments' award-winning portfolio. It is a stylish waterfront lifestyle destination that comprises 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences.
Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain 'joie de vivre' — a celebration of life, an exultation of spirit, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space. Riviera features three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk on the shores of its 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a vast, lush-green social space.
With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse — home of the Dubai World Cup — as well as Dubai's most noteworthy points of interest, Riviera represents one of Azizi Developments' most coveted projects.
