SBI Clerk Mains Result 2025 Live Updates: The State Bank of India (SBI) will release the SBI Clerk Mains result 2025 soon. Candidates who have appeared for the Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) exam can check their results on the bank's official website — sbi.co.in.
To check results, candidates have to scroll down the homepage, click on the 'Careers' section and then select 'Current Openings'. In the following window, select 'Recruitment of Junior Associates' in the 'Select Post' scroll-down menu.
The score card will include the candidates' sectional and overall marks, along with the cutoff scores for different categories will be displayed on the score card. Candidates who qualifyfor the mains will be required to appear for the personality test and interview. The credentials required to check the recruitment test's results are roll number, date of birth and other details as asked by the examination authority.
The mains exam was conducted this year to fill 13,732 vacancies of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) posts. There are 5,870 vacancies for the unreserved category, 3,001 for Other Backwards Classes (OBC), 2,118 for Scheduled Caste (SC), 1,385 for Scheduled Tribe (ST), and 1,361 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
The 200-mark SBI Clerk Mains 2025 exam, held on April 10 and 12, comprised of questions from General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude. 1/4th mark is deducted for each wrong answer. The preliminary exams were held on February 22, 27, 28 and March 1, 2025. The bank announced the results for the prelims on March 28.

PU to release first merit list for admission to UG courses on June 11
Patna: Patna University (PU) will release the first merit list of applicants selected for admission to the undergraduate courses for the 2025-26 session on June 11. The last date for online submission of application forms for UG admissions in different colleges of PU ended on Thursday. PU students' welfare dean, Anil Kumar, told the newspaper on Friday that nearly 10,000 applications were received for admission against about 4,500 sanctioned seats in arts, science and commerce streams under regular and self-financed streams. He said that the candidates figuring in the first merit list would have to secure their admission in the four-year degree course (under regular stream) and thee-year degree course (under self-financing stream) between June 13 and 16 as per the allotment of college. Admission from this list would be made in five constituent colleges, namely, Patna College, Patna Science College, Vanijya Mahavidyalaya, B N College and Magadh Mahila College in order of the merit. Giving the details of the process of admission, Kumar said the merit list of candidates will be uploaded on the PU website on June 11. Candidates will have to download their allotment letter with the help of their application ID and password. Further, after depositing the fee online, candidates would report for admission to the college concerned with the allotment letter, payment slip, print of application form and original as well as photocopies of all their certificates from June 13 to 16. If a candidate fails to get himself admitted till June 16, his claim for admission would automatically lapse, he said. He further said that the second merit list of selected candidates will be announced on June 19 and the candidates figuring in the list would have to secure their admission in their respective colleges from June 21 to 24. The third and final merit list will be announced on June 27 and the candidates figuring in this list will have to secure their admission on June 30 and July 1. The total number of sanctioned seats in undergraduate programmes against which students would be admitted are Patna College (930), Patna Science College (750), B N College (1130), Magadh Mahila College (1156), and Vanijya Mahavidyalaya (525). The vocational courses running in different colleges of PU are Functional English (Patna College and B N College), BCA (B N College, Patna Science College, Magadh Mahila College, and Directorate of Distance Education), BBA (Patna College, B N College, Magadh Mahila College), Biotechnology (Patna Science College and B N College), Mass Communications (Patna College), Environmental Science (Patna Science College) and Social Work (Magadh Mahila College).
