Ozzy Osbourne isn't quite ready to step out of the public spotlight. The rock legend is gearing up for his final Black Sabbath show on July 5, but it seems he has big plans beyond the live performance.
According to Kerrang!, the Prince of Darkness is set to make a special appearance at Comic Con Midlands—and he won't be going alone. The entire Osbourne family will be joining him at the event.
Following the announcement, Comic Con Midlands shared a statement highlighting the significance of the Osbournes' participation, writing, 'With Ozzy Osbourne's legendary music career, Sharon's powerhouse presence in entertainment, and Kelly and Jack's unforgettable personalities, the Osbournes have cemented their place in pop culture history.

While the event's organizers haven't revealed many details about what fans can expect, another description teases what the full event features.
'There's a chance to meet your heroes, get an item signed or a photo, and many guests will also appear live onstage to share updates on their latest projects and past roles.'
This news comes as Osbourne prepares for his final performance. Speaking on SiriusXM's Ozzy Speaks, the frontman confirmed he'll be reuniting with Black Sabbath, alongside supporting acts Metallica and Alice in Chains.
'All I can say is I'm giving 120%. If my God wants me to do the show, I'll do it,' he said.
Despite his enthusiasm, the rock icon admitted that ongoing health issues have made this final appearance more challenging. 'I haven't done any physical work for the last seven or so years,' he shared.
Still, Osbourne is determined to make his farewell a success. 'By hook or by crook, I'm gonna make it there. I've got this trainer guy who helps people get back to normal. It's hard going, but he's convinced that he can pull it off for me. I'm giving it everything I've got.'

There were also expert talks, demonstrations and hands-on workshops on offer for those who attended. Saturday was the 118th edition of the show, which has Charles as its patron.

Sheen says late dad inspired desire to help others
Actor Michael Sheen said his late father inspired his philanthropic nature, as he paid tribute to him following his death. Meyrick Sheen, who was well known in his home town of Port Talbot for working as a Jack Nicholson impersonator and for his contributions to the community, died last month at the age of 85. Speaking about him for the first time since his death, his son described him as "an extraordinary character" and said he and his family had received "an outpouring of love and messages". Sheen said his father's coffin was carried into church for his funeral earlier this week by six people, each from an organisation his dad was involved with and passionate about.
