Russia wants legally binding mechanisms for Ukraine peace: Report
Russia, as part of its peace proposals, wants legally binding mechanisms to guarantee that the Ukraine conflict will not resume, the foreign ministry was quoted as saying by state news agency TASS on Thursday.
The ministry said that Kyiv was aware of Moscow's position that a final settlement was possible only if the 'root causes' of the conflict were completely eliminated, the agency reported.

Kyrgyzstan was annexed and incorporated into the Russian Empire in the 19th century and then became part of the Soviet Union following the 1917 Bolshevik revolution. It gained independence with the collapse of the USSR in 1991.

Ukraine says it shot down Russian Su-35 fighter jet

Two people injured in Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow region, governor says
Two people were injured in the Moscow region as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack overnight and on Friday, Governor Andrei Vorobyov said.
