Two Barcelona starlets spotted in training with Hansi Flick's squad
Two up-and-coming members of the youth ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona were afforded fresh call-ups to first-team training on Thursday.
The pair in question? Noah Darvich, and Guille Fernández.
Barcelona are of course in the midst of preparations for a return to action next Monday night.
Fresh off a 4-1 downing of Sevilla last weekend, the Blaugrana will play host to Rayo Vallecano, in a La Liga meeting at Montjuïc.
After an extended three-day break from training, Hansi Flick's squad reconvened at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper on Thursday, for their first session of the week.
And, as alluded to above, playing their respective parts in as much were Noah Darvich, and Guille Fernández.
Both have prior experience training at senior level this season, with 16-year-old Guille, in particular, considered a star in the making by those behind the scenes in Catalunya's capital.
Check out footage of the pair greeting some of Barcelona's leading stars below:

Barcelona reach agreement over new three-year contract for teenage La Masia winger
While Deco's objective with the Barcelona senior team is to secure the future by renewing key players, the same policy is being followed in the academy. As such, Barcelona are set to renew the contract of Gambian winger Alieu Drammeh, aged 15, who will sign his first professional deal with the club, reports SPORT. Advertisement Drammeh is a right winger who will turn 16 on 18 August. The club and the player's agents have reached an agreement to keep him at the club for the next three seasons. The teenage attacker's renewal aligns with the club's plan to maintain the core of the Cadete A team so they can continue developing next season with Juvenil B. Who is Alieu Drameh? Drammeh was signed three seasons ago from Mataro's Infantil B team. Since joining La Masia, he has scored 31 goals and proven to be a difficult player to defend due to his athletic ability. He has made a strong impression at the club, performing for Infantil A and both Cadete teams over his three seasons in the youth system. Advertisement Drammeh played for Barcelona's Cadete A team this season and enjoyed a very productive campaign, scoring twelve goals. The Gambian has become a key player in Cesc Bosch's side. With eleven league goals, Drammeh became the top scorer for Cadete A, ahead of Iu Martinez (9 goals) and Isma Ziani (8 goals). Drammeh competed with Byron Mendoza for the right-wing position in the team. He is a fast, powerful winger with a strong goal-scoring instinct. Once he turns 16 in August, the winger, who has played for the Gambian Under-17 national team, will be legally able to sign his first professional contract with Barcelona.

Barcelona captain very angry over his current situation, seeks meeting with Flick, Laporta
Barcelona could officially sign their goalkeeper for the next ten years tomorrow as the club prepare to trigger the release clause of Joan Garcia and lure him from Espanyol. The situation, however, is anything but pretty on their side of Catalonia especially with the Marc-Andre ter Stegen situation blowing up out of control. Advertisement The German goalkeeper, long seen as an untouchable figure in the team, is now being ousted from his post and he clearly has not taken the developments well. Landed in Barcelona in anger As relayed in a recent report by AS, Ter Stegen landed in Barcelona on Sunday after completing his duty with the German national team where he made a strong statement with his performances. The report adds that the goalkeeper arrived in a furious mood and wants to meet with Hansi Flick and Joan Laporta to express his displeasure over how the saga has been handled and how it is an open campaign against him. Ter Stegen is unhappy. (Photo by) Barcelona have indeed not handled the Ter Stegen as well as they could have, but the fact remains that it was long coming and not completely unexpected after how he allegedly expressed his sense of entitlement ahead of the Inter Milan game. Advertisement The 33-year-old club captain continues to cite his contract with the club, his performance in recent days and his long CV as the team's first-choice goalkeeper as his case to stay and fight for minutes. While it is certainly a possibility, the club hope the FIFA World Cup factor pushes him to leave for a lack of regular minutes could see him lose his starting place in the national team. With both parties firm on their demands, the saga is set to run deep into the transfer window. Only time will tell the outcome of the German situation.

Second Premier League side takes interest in Barcelona defender – Catalan side open to sale
Barcelona will listen to offers for most of their squad this summer, save for the select few that are guaranteed starters. Director of Football Deco has reportedly set out the standard that only Lamine Yamal is essential to their plans, and one of the players that is attracting interest from abroad is left-back Gerard Martin. The 23-year-old was a surprise addition to Barcelona's senior squad last summer after a strong preseason with the side. Martin largely played a back-up role to Alejandro Balde, and despite struggling defensively, did provide two excellent assists for Barcelona against Inter the Champions League semi-final. Lately it has been revealed that Wolves are interested in Martin, and could be willing to bid €12m for him. Barcelona stance on Martin sale Barcelona's stance on the matter is that they will sell Martin if an economically acceptable offer comes in for Martin, say Sport. They recently renewed his contract until 2028, but now Bournemouth have emerged as a second side interested in Martin. They look set to lose current left-back Milos Kerkez, just as Wolves have lost Rayan Ait-Nouri to Manchester City. Image via Gerard Martin In addition, Sempre Barca note that West Ham United, Crystal Palace, Bayer Leverkusen and Benfica are all keeping tabs on him. The Blaugrana would be willing to sell for €12m. Do Barcelona have an alternative plan to Gerard Martin? If Martin were to leave, Barcelona would likely have to look into a replacement. Alejandro Balde is set to be the starter again next season, but youngster Hector Fort or Inigo Martinez would be next up for the Blaugrana. There has been a suggestion that youngster Jofre Torrents, 18, could be moved into the first team sooner rather than later. Alternatively, it has not gone unnoticed that Barcelona have again been linked to Alejandro Grimaldo of Leverkusen of late.
