[Fri, 02 May 2025 14:04:39 +0300]Sana'a - (Saba):In his exceptional speech marking the anniversary of the "Scream (Al-Sarkha) in the Face of the Arrogant," the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, praised the role of the Yemeni tribes, their honorable stances, and their widespread participation in various governorates, embodying the steadfastness and resilience of the Yemeni people in the face of challenges and dangers. The tribal protests taking place in various governorates represent a clear message to the forces of aggression that the Yemeni tribes will remain at the forefront of the ranks to defend the homeland and its sovereignty, confront invaders and occupiers, and continue to champion the nation's causes, foremost among them the Palestinian issue.Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi emphasized in his speech yesterday, Thursday, that the Yemeni tribes' armed, determined, and steadfastness is an expression of the faith-based pride of the dear Yemeni people. He described the tribes as a complete army in every sense of the word, possessing the will, determination, chivalry, generosity, honor, and faith-based orientation, as well as the weapons, capabilities, and resources to support their stance.Based on their historical role in confronting invaders and occupiers, the Yemeni tribes continue to hold meetings and armed stands in various governorates, affirming their readiness to confront the American enemy and authorizing the leader of the revolution to make appropriate choices to support the Palestinian people, who are being subjected to a war of extermination by the Zionist enemy. The tribal meetings and stands also announced the deployment of thousands of fighters to training camps to fight the "promised victory and holy jihad," as part of Yemen's stance in support of Gaza. They also declared their disavowal of agents and traitors and criminalized any cooperation or communication with any external forces.Yemeni tribes represent the backbone of Yemeni society, possessing a proud historical legacy of confronting invaders and oppressors. They are the cornerstone of the nation's defense and the rock upon which enemy conspiracies are shattered. Their honorable and heroic history in confronting invaders bears witness to this, as emphasized by the Leader.Across the nation, tribes have taken to the streets armed, affirming their sincere and loyal stance and their readiness to confront the American enemy, which is desperately trying to dissuade the Yemeni people from supporting their brothers in Gaza. They thus embody the brightest images of pride, dignity, and a strong will that cannot be weakened, regardless of the pressures and threats. As the United States escalates its aggression against civilians and targets Yemen's vital assets and facilities, the tribes emerge in a majestic display of pride, strength, steadfastness, and solidarity, declaring a general mobilization, mobilization, and readiness to confront the American aggression. Those who view tribal protests as mere gatherings or social activities are mistaken. Rather, they carry many messages and connotations, including unity in confronting enemies, rejecting hegemony and foreign interference, and demonstrating readiness when the situation calls for it.The continuation of tribal protests and meetings in various governorates over the course of weeks confirms the Yemeni people's solidarity with the revolutionary leadership and their steadfastness in confronting the forces of hegemony and arrogance represented by America, Israel, and their proxies. They also support the nation's causes, relying on God, trusting in Him, and confident in His victory.

EU discusses considering imposing partial sanctions on Israel
Brussels-Saba: European Council President Antonio Costa has confirmed that the European Commission is preparing a legal report for action against Israel, which is expected to be presented to the Council of Foreign Ministers on June 23. Press sources reported that this anticipated report could open the door to imposing partial sanctions against Israel without the need for a unanimous vote of all members, if it is determined that Israel is not fulfilling its human rights obligations under Article 2 of the Association Agreement with the EU. Referring to the content of the anticipated report, Costa said in a press statement, "The situation in Gaza is absolutely unacceptable, and when you watch your channels and read your newspapers, I think the conclusion you will reach is clear." It is noteworthy that 17 of the 27 countries requested this legal assessment, while nine countries opposed it. Article 2 of the agreement provides a legal framework for the special relationship between Israel and the European Union in several areas, including trade. Although completely canceling the Association Agreement requires the unanimity of member states, which some countries are expected to oppose, the EU is considering partial steps that could reduce the agreement without requiring unanimity, requiring only a special majority. Four European diplomats told Politico that pressure is mounting on the European Commission to submit practical proposals to downgrade relations with Israel if it is proven to be violating the human rights clause in the agreement. Two weeks ago, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot called for a review of the agreement, and previous reports indicated that France, Britain, the Netherlands, and Belgium were exploring the possibility of recognizing a Palestinian state. Fattouh: Occupation's massacre of Khader family in Jabalia crime of genocide against humanity
Ramallah-Saba: Palestinian National Council Chairman Rawhi Fattouh has affirmed that the Israeli occupation's massacre of the Khader family in Jabalia camp, which claimed the lives of more than 40 martyrs, including doctors, engineers, academics, and children, is a crime of genocide against humanity and a deliberate act of ethnic cleansing aimed at erasing Palestinian families from the civil registry, a scene reminiscent of the most horrific crimes in modern history. Fattouh explained in a statement issued by the Palestinian National Council on Saturday: "We remind the world that self-defense does not involve killing and wounding more than 50,000 children, destroying homes over their residents, or erasing Palestinian families from the civil registry. These crimes represent the height of organized terrorism practiced by the criminal terrorist government." He pointed out that the United States bears direct responsibility for the continuation of these massacres through its political and diplomatic protection of the terrorist government and its repeated obstruction of any Security Council resolutions aimed at halting the aggression and imposing accountability. Fattouh emphasized that this blatant American bias not only prolongs the war, but also directly encourages the commission of further crimes and undermines any hope of achieving justice or peace in the region. He concluded by saying that the international community's silence in the face of these crimes amounts to complicity in the crime. Security and stability will not be achieved as long as the Israeli killing machine operates unchecked and as long as the major powers collude through silence or political cover, contenting themselves with verbal statements for 608 days, during which tens of thousands of innocent victims have been victims. UNRWA: Israel's denial of entry to Gaza for intel journalists ban on reporting truth
New York - Saba: Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), said that the Israeli occupation authorities' denial of entry to the Gaza Strip for international journalists since the beginning of the aggression is a "ban on reporting the truth." In a post on the X platform on Saturday, Lazzarini considered the denial of entry to Gaza for international journalists since the beginning of the war to be unprecedented in any other conflict in modern history. He stressed that these practices amount to a ban on reporting the truth from the Gaza Strip. He pointed out that the practices of the occupation authorities against journalists, especially international ones, are "the perfect recipe for fueling media disinformation, deepening polarization, and obscuring humanity." Lazzarini called for the "lifting of the ban" imposed on international media outlets in the Gaza Strip, for international journalists to be allowed to work and report independently from the Strip, and for support for their Palestinian colleagues who continue to carry out their heroic work, paying a heavy price.
