‘Unlikeable isn't the same as guilty': Diddy's legal team remind jury legal morality
'To Di For' podcast host Kinsey Schofield discusses Sean 'Diddy' Combs' trial and his legal team not calling a single witness to the stand in his defence.
'When it comes to the racketeering charges specifically, prosecutors appear to be on shaky grounds, some might argue that they overcharged him,' Ms Schofield told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
'They dropped several of the counts today because they wanted to simplify the jury's instructions.
'It did look like, for a while, they were trying to make the facts fit the narrative versus the other way around.
'When it comes to closing arguments, we're going to hear the defence double down on their original approach, admit Diddy is not a saint but remind the jury that being morally questionable isn't the same as criminally liable.'
