The hunk, 30, went on a date with brunette bombshell Yasmin, and unbeknown to them, their date was being screened to the girls back at the villa.
While on the date, Harry spoke about his connections with both Helena and Shakira.
Making it known that he was still hung up on Shakira, Helena was visibly shocked as Meg asked her why he kept talking about Shakira.
Meg then ripped into Harry's "horrific" dress sense as she and the other girls watched the date on the huge screen by the pool.
While Harry was chatting to Yasmin, she confessed she wanted someone she found sexually attracted to.
She explained that she wanted to feel like she wanted to "rip their clothes off".
Meg then said: "Rip those clothes off because of that horrific fashion sense."
Reacting to Meg's commentary about Harry's "horrific" dress sense, fans were quick to flock to X and use the show's hashtag.
"Meg clocking that awful fashion sense," said one.
"MEG INSULTING HARRY'S FASHION SENSE we all thought it," penned a second.
Love Island couple on the rocks as hunk 'makes dig at girl's self respect' after steamy sex revelation
"meg commentary kills me, crashing out about dejon, calling harry a fraud and making fun of his terrible dress sense," added a third.
A fourth then said: "Someone calm Meg down, she's MADDDD."
"Meg is funnyyyyy man," penned a fifth.
And a sixth said: "meg is HILARIOUS."
This comes after Harry revealed what his nickname was at school.
Leaving Helena and Alima in hysterics during the Unseen Bits episode on Saturday night, Harry made the hilarious admission.
Harry revealed that at school, his friends compared him to The Grinch.
He explained how when he was 12, a girl in his school would call him The Grinch from the famous Dr. Seuss Christmas movie.
Helena burst out in hysterics and fell back onto the grass on her back laughing.
Just days before Harry's admission, fans had already clocked his Christmas clone.
"Hear me out....forget Harry looking like Tom...he looks like a young Grinch," said one fan on June 11.

Completely free streaming service rivalling Sky now available on more TVs
A streaming app that's been touted as a rival to Sky Glass will soon be available on more smart TVs. First launched in April last year, Freely is a relatively new free streaming service backed by the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5, and gives users the ability to stream live and on-demand TV all in one place, without paying a subscription fee. It's similar to Sky Glass, which also lets viewers tune into hundreds of live and on-demand channels via a broadband connection, rather than an aerial. Viewers can pause and rewind live TV with the app too. While Sky Glass TV owners have to pay a minimum of £26 per month for content, Freely is, as the name suggests, completely free. Sky Glass does offer premium features that viewers won't find on Freely, however, such as personalisation for each member of the family, as well as the ability to 'bookmark' favourite shows. But now it's been announced that TVs powered by technology company Roku will have Freely installed, which includes models from brands including JVC, Logik, Sharp, METZ and Polaroid. Meanwhile, Hisense, Bush, Panasonic and Toshiba already sell TVs with the Freely app. Jonathan Thompson, CEO of Everyone TV, said of the news: 'Offering freely on the Roku operating system is a major milestone for us, as we continue to expand reach for the free streaming platform. 'We're delighted that as a huge global player, Roku has recognised the importance of easy and seamless access to public service broadcast content for UK audiences and I look forward to seeing Freely smart TVs with Roku in market this summer.' Freely replicates the terrestrial TV experience of browsing through a programme guide, meaning viewers can enjoy offerings from BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Film4, 5USA, U, Dave and many more. This includes classic favourites such as Race Across the World, Downton Abbey, Derry Girls and Gogglebox. Meanwhile, popular new shows that have landed recently include Death Valley, a cosy crime drama starring Timothy Spall, season two of BBC hit drama The Gold and The Secrets She Keeps, a gripping Australian thriller now available via Channel 4. Earlier this year, Freely announced the launch of 16 new channels, including three Channel 4 channels that viewers 'won't find anywhere else'. 4Reality will feature reality TV gold like Married at First Sight, while 4Homes will offer dream homes, renovations and design inspiration with shows like Grand Designs. The channel 4Life will bring travel, food and animals to screens with shows like The Dog House. There are 11 new Channel 5 live channels that were also added, including Police Interceptors, 5 Cops and Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly. More Trending Six of these are exclusive to Freely and My5, including The Yorkshire Vet, GPs Behind Closed Doors and Milkshake. Freely has also recently launched two ITV channels called The Chase and Saturday Night Every Night, which are also available on ITVX. Akhila Khanna, ITV Director of Distribution, said at the time: 'At ITV we're proud to be part of Freely and making these channels available to the Freely TV Guide reinforces our commitment to delivering fantastic, free content through this innovative platform and showcases our continued collaboration with other leading UK broadcasters.' Fern Britton claims she was 'sacked' TV show after savage comment to producer
Fern Britton claims she was 'sacked' TV show after savage comment to producer Former This Morning presenter Fern Britton has claimed she was 'sacked' from a show after giving her honest opinion to a 'rubbish' producer behind the scenes Fern Britton has shared one particularly brutal comment a colleague made to her (Image: ITV ) This Morning veteran Fern Britton has shared her experiences of the cutthroat nature of the industry, revealing she was axed from a programme for giving candid feedback to a producer. Amid news of significant job cuts within ITV's daytime team, Fern reflected on the stressful nature of television work. Speaking to the i newspaper's 7 Days magazine, she recalled one particular incident where she was summarily sacked after challenging a producer's ideas. "I worked with a producer on a show years ago and she was giving me instructions that were utter nonsense," Fern said. "I went, 'This is rubbish. This isn't any kind of research. This is all wrong.' Within a week I was off that show." Her career has seen quite a few tough moments, including being let go after returning from maternity leave in the mid-1990s while grappling with post-natal depression. Fern was dismissed after breaking down in tears during an interview with a terminally ill cancer patient. In 2001, after welcoming her daughter Winnie, Fern faced pressure to return swiftly to her role on This Morning beside John Leslie. She was brutally told that, if she did not return to work straight away: "There's no job for you." Fern eventually departed from the morning show that she says she "loved," reportedly due to ongoing tensions with Phillip Schofield, who had stepped in as John Leslie's successor. Article continues below Fern has reinvented herself as a novelist (Image: PA ) Dismissing speculation that she left the programme due to a salary disagreement, she explained: "There was also a persistent rumour that I left because Phillip was being paid more than me and I always say to people 'Why would I leave a show to go to nothing if I was worried about money?'" Though she hasn't disclosed the precise incident that marked the end of her strained partnership with Schofield, in a conversation with Ray D'Arcy, she revealed: "Something happened and I thought, 'That's it really' and I walked away and resigned. I was treated pretty poorly, actually. And after a while I just thought, 'Sod it'." When she participated in Strictly Come Dancing, she claimed her professional dance partner Artem Chigvintsev had been physically tough with her. Fern moved permanently into her Cornish holiday home in Padstow five years ago (Image: PR HANDOUT ) Reflecting on her experiences, she said: "I remember once I burst into tears and sobbed that I wasn't enjoying it, Artem's response was, 'You're rubbish, that's why you're not enjoying it,' so I picked myself up and ploughed on." Artem denied all allegations made against him, claiming: "I treated her with respect and care." Aware of the brutally competitive nature of television, especially for those off-camera, she added: "It's harder for the people behind [the cameras] because they're having to deal with the budgets and with `upstairs'. Presenters, you've got to take it on the chin and you're lucky to be there, really". Simultaneously, she admits she can comprehend the bosses' rationale as they mandate the massive job cuts: "There are times when everything does need a reset. So maybe that's it. Maybe they're planning a reset." Fern will soon be back on TV, taking viewers inside a vet's surgery (Image: ITV ) Today, at 67, Fern is contentedly residing in Cornwall with a profitable career outside of television as a best-selling author. However, she still makes occasional appearances on screen and will soon return to ITV with a new six-part series titled Fern Britton: Inside the Vet's. Describing the programme, she stated: "Every pet has their story and every owner has theirs, so I'm absolutely thrilled to be part of this new series for ITV. Animals have always been a huge love of mine and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the incredible work the veterinary team does every day has been a privilege. Article continues below "Handing your pet over to the vet for any procedure is a worrying time. This series gives us a glimpse of what happens beyond the consulting room door, and is full of heart, fascinating stories, and, of course, plenty of adorable animals-I can't wait to share it with viewers!".
