The unlisted shares of Sacheerome were commanding a strong premium in the grey market on Thursday. According to sources tracking unofficial market activities, Sacheerome shares were trading at around ₹142 per share, commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹40 or 39 per cent over the upper band price of ₹102.

Sacheerome IPO is an entirely fresh issue of 6.04 million equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The company has set the price band in the range of ₹96 to ₹102 per share. A retail investor would require a minimum of ₹1,22,400 to bid for one lot or 1,200 shares of Sacheerome IPO (taking the upper end of the IPO price into consideration). The minimum investment required for high net-worth individuals (HNIs) is 2 lots (2,400 shares) amounting to ₹2,44,800.
The SME offering opened for public subscription on June 9, 2025 and closed on June 11, 2025. Shares of Sacheerome are scheduled to make their D-Street debut on Monday, June 16, 2025, by listing on the NSE SME platform.
According to the red herring prospectus (RHP), from the net fresh issue proceeds, the company aims to use ₹56.5 crore for setting up a new manufacturing facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar of Uttar Pradesh. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

NTPC said that its board has scheduled a meeting on 17 June 2025 to raise Rs 4,000 crore through debt securities on a private placement basis. The company plans to issue unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs 4,000 crore through private placement at a coupon of 6.89% p.a. The debentures will have a tenor of 10 years and 1 day, maturing on 18 June 2035. They are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE). Proceeds will be utilized for, inter alia, funding of capital expenditure, refinancing of existing loans and other general corporate purposes. Meanwhile, the companys Unit3 (660 MW) of North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project (3x660 MW) declared commercial operation date (COD) with effect from 15 June 2025. NTPC is India's largest energy conglomerate. It has presence in the entire value chain of the power generation business. As of 31 March 2025, the Government of India held 51.10% stake in the company. The company had reported 23.4% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 7,611.22 crore on a 4.6% rise in net sales to Rs 49,833.70 crore in Q4 FY25 compared with Q4 FY24. The counter shed 0.43% to end at Rs 332 on Friday, 13 June 2025.

BENGALURU: The family of late investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has fully exited its stake in Nazara Technologies through open market transactions on Friday.. According to stock exchange disclosures, Rekha Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, executor to the estate of late Rakesh Jhunjunwala, sold 27.2 lakh shares, worth Rs 333.8 crore, through bulk deals in the open market executed on both the NSE and BSE. With the deals combined, the Jhunjhunwala family no longer holds any stake in the gaming and esports firm. Nazara Technologies, which went public in March 2021, operates across multiple segments including mobile gaming, esports, and gamified learning. The company has expanded its presence beyond India into markets such as North America, the Middle East, and Africa. Jhunjhunwala, who passed away in August 2022, had built a significant position in Nazara Technologies post-IPO. Jhunjhunwala had first put Rs 180 crore in the Mumbai-based company in 2017. Nazara Technologies has completed multiple acquisitions in 2025 so far. In January, it acquired two mobile game titles from ZeptoLab for $7.7 million. In May, it acquired UK-based game publisher Curve Games for Rs 247 crore. During the same month, its subsidiary Sportskeeda acquired two wrestling news platforms from Titan Insider Digital in an all-cash transaction valued at Rs 10.5 crore.
