Standard Uranium Announces Intent to Complete NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Corvo Uranium Project, Eastern Athabasca Basin
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 5, 2025) - Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND) (OTCQB: STTDF) (FSE: 9SU0) ('Standard Uranium' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has contracted Axiom Exploration Group Ltd. ('Axiom') to complete a Technical Report (the 'Report') in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 on the Corvo Uranium Project ('Corvo' or the 'Project') located along the eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin, northern Saskatchewan, Canada. Corvo is currently under a three-year earn-in option agreement with Aventis Energy Inc. ('Aventis') (CSE: AVE).
Axiom combines geoscience technology and authoritative expertise to offer tailored, sustainable solutions for efficient, responsible mineral exploration and development projects. Axiom focuses on utilizing cutting-edge technology, export advisory, and tailored services that drive project success and by crafting innovative strategies that address environmental challenges while building shared value.
The purpose of the report is to provide a comprehensive update on the Corvo Uranium Project including all available historical data that the Company has gathered, in addition to newly acquired TDEM data and sampling information from 2025 programs. The NI 43-101 will offer valuable insights by compiling existing data, previous work, and new technology to better guide future programs.
Corvo hosts historical drill holes that intersected multiple intervals of uranium mineralization, notably along a strike length of 800 metres between historical drill holes TL-79-3 (0.116% U 3 O 8 over 1.05 m) and TL-79-5 (0.065% U 3 O 8 over 0.15 m) 1. High-grade* uranium at surface has been recorded at the Manhattan showing (1.19 to 5.98% U 3 O 8 ) and SMDI showing 2052 (0.137% U 3 O 8 and 2,300 ppm Th) 2.
Sean Hillacre, President & VP Exploration of the Company, commented, 'I look forward to working closely with Axiom to publish the NI 43-101 Technical Report on Corvo. As we prepare for our first ground-truth exploration program on Corvo this summer, the timing is ideal to engage Axiom and construct the first technical report on this exciting project.'

The Company believes the Project is highly prospective for the discovery of shallow, high-grade basement-hosted uranium mineralization akin to the Rabbit Lake deposit and the recently discovered Gemini Mineralized Zone. Located just outside the current margin of the Athabasca Basin, Corvo boasts shallow drill targets with bedrock under minimal cover of glacial till. Several outcrop showings of mineralized veins and fractures are present on the Project, notably the Manhattan Showing that returned historical sample results up to 59,800 ppm U at surface2 and has never been drill tested.
*The Company considers uranium mineralization with concentrations greater than 1.0 wt% U3O8to be 'high-grade.'
**The Company considers radioactivity readings greater than 300 counts per second (cps) to be 'anomalous.'

About Standard Uranium (TSXV: STND)
We find the fuel to power a clean energy future
Standard Uranium is a uranium exploration company and emerging project generator poised for discovery in the world's richest uranium district. The Company holds interest in over 233,455 acres (94,476 hectares) in the world-class Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada. Since its establishment, Standard Uranium has focused on the identification, acquisition, and exploration of Athabasca-style uranium targets with a view to discovery and future development.
Standard Uranium's Davidson River Project, in the southwest part of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, comprises ten mineral claims over 30,737 hectares. Davidson River is highly prospective for basement-hosted uranium deposits due to its location along trend from recent high-grade uranium discoveries. However, owing to the large project size with multiple targets, it remains broadly under-tested by drilling. Recent intersections of wide, structurally deformed and strongly altered shear zones provide significant confidence in the exploration model and future success is expected.
Standard Uranium's eastern Athabasca projects comprise over 42,384 hectares of prospective land holdings. The eastern basin projects are highly prospective for unconformity related and/or basement hosted uranium deposits based on historical uranium occurrences, recently identified geophysical anomalies, and location along trend from several high-grade uranium discoveries.
Standard Uranium's Sun Dog project, in the northwest part of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, is comprised of nine mineral claims over 19,603 hectares. The Sun Dog project is highly prospective for basement and unconformity hosted uranium deposits yet remains largely untested by sufficient drilling despite its location proximal to uranium discoveries in the area.

MediPharm Labs' Board Continues Value Destruction for Shareholders with Sale of Hope Facility
Complete Incompetence at the Board Level Results in Fire Sale of Treasured MediPharm Asset, the Hope Facility, to a Competitor Hope Facility was One of Canada's Best Cultivation Assets Before it was Acquired by MediPharm, Grossly Mismanaged, and Ultimately Shut Down in 2024 MediPharm Labs' Board is Pursuing its Worst Deal Yet: A Highly Dilutive NO CASH Sale of the Remaining Company Apollo has a Concrete and Achievable Plan to Drive MediPharm's Share Price from Nearly $0.06 to Over $1.00, Restoring Value to its Loyal Shareholders SHAREHOLDERS ARE URGED TO VOTE THEGOLDCARD 'FOR' APOLLO CAPITAL'S SIX DIRECTOR NOMINEES AND NOT VOTE MEDIPHARM's GREEN CARD TORONTO, June 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apollo Technology Capital Corporation ('Apollo Capital'), one of MediPharm Labs' ('MediPharm') largest investors, warns MediPharm shareholders that the Company's current leadership is continuing its pursuit of value destructive M&A, with the ultimate goal of a non-cash dilutive sale of the entire company. A sale of the Company which would trigger over $5M in change of control and other payments to current management. 'It's a travesty for shareholders to have what is believed to be a $12M asset sold for just $4.5M, likely netting shareholders less than $4M after fees and expenses. Worse still, the acquirer will wisely use the facility to produce cannabis for export that will directly compete with MediPharm in Europe,' says Regan McGee of Apollo Capital. 'Yesterday's fire sale announcement makes it crystal clear that MediPharm's Board has no actual value creation strategy, just a desire to sell off MediPharm's assets at shareholders' expense to keep paying themselves at 500% above market norms. Is MediPharm pursuing growth facilities as a strategy or not? Is the Napanee facility the next fire sale we will see to a competitor?' questions Regan McGee of Apollo Capital. Apollo expects the scaling of MediPharm's Napanee facility to cost shareholders significantly more than what the buyer of the Hope Facility will spend to achieve real profitability. Apollo expects the scaling of MediPharm's Napanee facility to cost between $3 million and $5 million and take 12 to 18 months to generate revenue. Apollo notes MediPharm's management team does not have cultivation experience, which could result in millions of investment dollars needed before it provides a return, if ever. The Hope Facility, formerly known as CannaFarms, was built by the highly respected Laflamme family to be one of the first licensed facilities in Canada. As exceptional visionaries, the Laflamme family built a world-class facility at immense personal cost to service patients in need, including military veterans. After nearly a decade of strong operational success as a positive driver for the community, MediPharm leadership not only failed to realize the value of its acquisition, but handed its assets to a competitor for well below market value. This sale is a tragic outcome for MediPharm shareholders. CEO David Pidduck has sold off MediPharm's Hope. Apollo Capital asks: Apollo Capital has invested significant capital into MediPharm and nominated highly qualified director candidates who can drive the urgent change needed and propel share price over $1.00. RBC Capital Reiterated an Outperform Rating on Lyft (LYFT), Assigning a $21 PT
On June 5, RBC Capital analysts maintained an Outperform rating on Lyft, Inc. (NASDAQ:LYFT) with a price target of $21. The analysts mentioned the current rationality in the ride-sharing space, observing identical pricing and pick-up windows for Lyft and Uber, its market rival. Lyft's revenue has demonstrated solid growth over the last year, coming in at 27%. A ridesharing passenger and driver in a car, looking out the window in anticipation of their destination. RBC reported that Lyft, Inc. (NASDAQ:LYFT) is a sector winner year-to-date, ranking fifth overall with an 18% increase, compared to the 1% boost in the Nasdaq. According to the analysts, this performance was driven by Lyft's limited tariff exposure and GenAI concerns, combined with strong execution. Another positive development commended by RBC was Lyft, Inc. (NASDAQ:LYFT)'s autonomous vehicle launch with May Mobility, which is on the horizon. However, the soon-to-be Tesla launch is a potential competitive risk, though analysts commented that a stock selloff related to Tesla was a buying opportunity. The analysts also highlighted Lyft's promising valuation at 7.3x its forecasted 2026 EBITDA. This valuation, paired with the company's tactical plans, was a factor that contributed to RBC's Outperform rating. Lyft, Inc.
