The mum-of-five romped in a storeroom with the armed robber but was caught when X-rated photos and a racy love letter were found in his cell.
She has now opened up about the illicit fling after she got pregnant with Poole's baby - and revealed she is now back with her ex-husband.
Stanton maintains the tryst in the storeroom never took place - and insisted she only fell pregnant when Poole was freed from jail.
She also said Poole was sent back to prison for breaching his probation after he assaulted her - leaving her with bruises.

The mum told Channel 4 documentary UK Prisons - Sex, Drugs & Corruption: UNTOLD: "A few months later I saw a different side to him. He assaulted me.
"He was recalled for breaching probation. That was my saving grace.
"But I've now got a baby growing inside me with someone that I never ever want to see again in my life."
Stanton was working as a trainee G4S security first line manager at HMP Five Wells in 2022 when she met Poole.

He had been jailed in 2018 for his part in a four-day spate of violent armed robberies.
After the relationship was discovered in July 2022, Stanton was suspended and Poole moved to another prison.
But the couple continued their relationship and had the child together but have since split.
Stanton told the show she has since been taken back by her ex-husband after they found shared ground over her new baby.

The mum added: "My husband and I reconnected. The baby was born three months early. Instantly they had that bond.
"As much as I regret the whole situation I can never regret her. I suppose in one respect I can never sit here and say I regret meeting him because I don't regret her. But he was the biggest regret of my life."
Stanton wept in July last year as spared jail for wilful misconduct in public office.
Stanton was instead handed a nine-month sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to take part in 20 days rehabilitation activity.

Sentencing, Judge David Herbert KC said: "You should have known better.
"There was clear undisputable evidence between you that was discovered.
"She should have known what the boundaries were. It shouldn't take training to know she shouldn't be doing that."
Despite her conviction, Stanton blamed the stress of her job for the affair and accused Poole of allowing it to be rumbled by not getting rid of her intimate photos.

She said: "As soon as I had done it and I had given it to him, I kind of said to him, look, you need to get rid of it. Flush it away. I'll be honest I thought he had.
"I knew I'd done wrong, obviously I shouldn't have done it, and I hold my hands up."

Drug dealer flew cocaine and cannabis into Parc Prison
Przemek Ignatowicz was caught attempting to smuggle the contraband into HMP Parc whilst he was already under investigation for dealing cocaine. Police stopped a Renault Twingo in Newport on July 30, 2022, as the vehicle was suspected of being involved in the drug trade. It was being driven by Toby Chadwick, and Ignatowicz was in the passenger seat. Officers found cash, mobile phones, and snap bags containing white powder when searching the vehicle, and a further 15 bags of cocaine were found in a backpack split into 0.4 gram deals. On the defendant's phone, police found numerous 'text bomb' messages showing Ignatowicz's involvement in supplying cocaine since January of that year. In interview, Ignatowicz denied it was his phone, and claimed the cocaine was for his personal use and the cash came from selling car parts. Chadwick was sentenced last July for a total of 40 months for this and another drugs offence. The driver, Toby Chadwick, was jailed last summer. (Image: Facebook) On May 17, 2023, a drone was spotted flying over HMP Parc in Bridgend and dropping a package on to the roof of one of the units. Prison staff called the police, and Ignatowicz was found just outside the prison with the drone in his bag and two phones which he had stamped on. The defendant had dropped several packages into the prison, the first of which contained 20.9 grams of synthetic cannabinoids. A drug expert valued this at £200, but said in prison it was worth 'four to ten times that amount'. He also dropped packages containing 7.83g of synthetic cannabinoids – worth up to £800, six packages of buprenorphine – a Class C drug – worth up to an estimated £8,680, 1.16g of crack cocaine and 1.76g of cocaine valued up to £3,000, 19 SIM cards valued between £50 and £100 each, and 138 hair growth tablets. The total value of the contraband was estimated to be between £5,792 and £14,480, the prosecution said. Cocaine dealer Przemek Ignatowicz was caught flying drugs and SIM card into Parc Prison. (Image: Gwent Police) The defendant, of Argosy Way in Newport, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and four offences of conveying a prohibited article into a prison. Mr Taylor, representing the 23-year-old defendant, said there had been some delay in the case coming to court, with Ignatowicz having been 20 and 21 at the time of the offences. He said the defendant's life had been 'in a powered nosedive' due to his drug and alcohol issues, but that prison had been 'a wake-up call'. Ignatowicz was now free from drugs and was working to better himself whilst in prison, Mr Taylor said. Judge Daniel Williams jailed Ignatowicz for a total of five years.

Police believe missing woman dead as woods searched and third arrest made
Police looking for a woman who has been missing for more than a month say they now believe she is dead as they search woodland. Reanne Coulson, 34, was last seen in Coventry in May and concerns were raised by her family after she failed to make contact with them on her birthday on June 17. West Midlands Police say specialist teams from across the country including police dogs are searching Binley Woods as well as other areas of land in neighbouring Warwickshire 'as a result of information received'. Speaking outside the woods where searches are being carried out and standing alongside Ms Coulson's family, Detective Superintendent Jim Munro, from the force's major crime unit, said: 'I know there are people in the area of Coventry that have information relating to her (Ms Coulson's) whereabouts and I ask that they come forward and speak to the police, that they look at other channels such as Crimestoppers to provide that information to allow us to locate Reanne, as we sadly now believe she is deceased.' He said 'policing intelligence' has led to them to area, which they have been searching since Wednesday, adding: 'There is also some evidence in relation to telecommunication that have assisted us in pinpointing some locations and this is one of those.' The new information comes as a 38-year-old was detained just before 4pm on Wednesday in the Coventry area on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and remains in custody, as does a 42-year-old man arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder. Officers have until late on Friday to either release or charge the man who was arrested on Tuesday. A 53-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of kidnap and murder was released on bail with strict conditions while the investigation continues. In a fresh appeal for information about her daughter's whereabouts, Ms Coulson's mother Lynne Sparkes said: 'Is there anybody out there that knows anything about Reanne's disappearance? 'From one parent to another, you can only imagine how I'm feeling. Please come forward to give our family some closure. 'I just want my baby back.' Officers searching for Ms Coulson released CCTV on Monday of her near St Mary and Benedict Church on Raglan Street in Coventry at 9.46pm on May 21 to encourage anyone who may have seen her to come forward. A food bank was in operation at the time and she was last seen leaving the church with food and a carrier bag. She is believed to have been wearing a black hoodie with large red writing on the back, black jeans with tears in the front, and white footwear, and had a small black handbag worn on her left side. Ms Coulson was a sex worker and lived a 'chaotic life', her twin sister Kirsten told the media in an appeal on Monday, but said it was 'out of the ordinary' not to have heard from her. Speaking at the scene of the search on Thursday, she described her sister as her 'other half'. She said: 'Words can't describe the pain we are all feeling. She is my other half, my best friend, my everything. I am just broken in two. We have a bond like no other. 'Our family are desperate and we need your help to find her, no matter what, just bring her home.' West Midlands Police said more than 100 officers are 'working round the clock' to find Ms Coulson and have viewed hundreds of hours of CCTV and taken more than 50 statements from potential witnesses as part of the investigation. A dedicated website has been set up where information can be given at or you can call 101 quoting log 6621 of June 18. Information can also be given anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
