Complaint in Poland demands arrest of Zionist minister

Saba Yemen26-01-2025

Warsaw - Saba:
A complaint submitted to the Polish authorities demanded the arrest of the so-called Zionist Minister of Education Yoav Kisch, who is visiting the country to participate in the "Holocaust" memorial ceremony.
The Zionist Broadcasting Authority said today, Sunday, that a number of Palestinians who hold Polish citizenship, with the support of local human rights organizations, filed a complaint with the Public Prosecution Office in Warsaw against the Zionist minister, demanding his arrest.
The Authority added that Minister Kisch arrived in Poland over the weekend to attend "the ceremonies commemorating the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz camp," after the Prime Minister of the Zionist enemy, Benjamin Netanyahu, decided not to attend.
The complaint stated that Kisch, who was a fighter pilot, bears responsibility for war crimes as a member of the Zionist government.
The Palestinians also filed a complaint against Netanyahu and his former Minister of War, Yoav Galant, against the backdrop of the International Criminal Court's decision to issue arrest warrants against them.
This complaint comes as part of the protest against the Polish government's announcement that it will not arrest senior Zionist officials wanted by the International Criminal Court.

Settlers rebuild settlement outpost on Sinjil lands, north of Ramallah

Ramallah - Saba: Zionist settlers rebuilt on Sunday a settlement outpost on Palestinian land in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah. According to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), local sources reported that the settlers re-erected a tent and performed Talmudic rituals on the hill south of the town. The sources added that this is the 11th time the settlers have erected the tent in the past two months, and that the enemy army has removed it. For its part, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission monitored settlers' attempts to establish 15 new settlement outposts in May, predominantly agricultural and pastoral. It noted that these outposts were distributed across the governorates of Ramallah and al-Bireh, with six settlement outposts; two outposts each in Salfit, Tubas, and Bethlehem; and one each in Jericho and Nablus. Zionist enemy escalates aggression against occupied West Bank

West Bank - Saba: The Zionist enemy forces on Sunday escalated their ongoing aggression against the West Bank, arresting at least 13 Palestinian citizens during raids on towns and camps in Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Hebron, including Aroura, Jalazoun, Kafr Malik, and Al-Khader, in addition to Khirbet Aqwawis in Masafer Yatta. According to the Palestinian Safa News Agency, the enemy army arrested a person today after assaulting him. The enemy forces also raided Balata Camp, a kindergarten, and the town of Hizma, northeast of al-Quds. This coincided with the continuation of large-scale demolition operations in Tulkarm Camp for the third consecutive day, as part of a plan to demolish 106 buildings in Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, resulting in the destruction of more than 400 homes and the displacement of more than 25,000 citizens. The escalation comes as the enemy forces continue their siege of the camps, preventing residents from returning to their homes, amid direct gunfire at those who attempt to approach them. In Masafer Yatta, armed settlers continued their attacks on residents, severely beating Ibrahim al-Harizat, wounding him while he was tending livestock near Khirbet Haribat al-Nabi. Citizen Suleiman al-Dababseh was arrested after attempting to confront settlers who vandalized the fence of his home and released their livestock onto his land. The enemy also closed the door of a home belonging to the Idris family in the Jaber neighborhood, east of Hebron. In the town of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, farmer Khaled Subaih, 63, was injured after being attacked by enemy soldiers while he was on his land with his wife and daughter. He was detained and taken to the vicinity of the Daniel settlement, where he was left injured. The town has witnessed continuous harassment of farmers since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza, including blocking access to their lands, assaulting them, and confiscating their crops. Israeli occupation forces continued to demolish residential buildings in Tulkarm camp for the third consecutive day, coinciding with the 133rd consecutive day of their aggression on Tulkarm city and camp, and the 120th day of their aggression on Nour Shams camp, amid widespread field escalation. Israeli occupation forces also arrested two citizens from the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem. Security sources reported that the occupation forces arrested Khaled Omar Khaled Subaih (30 years old) and Hamza Omar Mohammed Subaih (27 years old) after raiding and searching their homes. European parliamentarians call for safe passage for Freedom Flotilla to Gaza

Brussels – Saba: A number of European parliamentarians called on Sunday for safe passage for the Freedom Flotilla Coalition ship, which aims to break the blockade on the Gaza Strip and provide humanitarian aid to starving Palestinians under the genocidal crimes committed by the Israeli enemy army. French member of the European Parliament, Rima Hassan, who is on board the ship, posted an open letter on her social media account, signed by more than 200 members of the European Parliament, according to the Palestinian Press Agency (Safa). In the letter, the MPs demanded ensuring the safety of the passengers of the Freedom Flotilla Coalition ship, the Madeleine, which is on its way to deliver aid to Gaza. They demanded ensuring the ship's safe and unhindered passage to Gaza, and allowing humanitarian aid to enter the area immediately. Last Wednesday, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that Israeli forces had decided to prevent the Madeleine, a ship that had set sail from Italy in an attempt to break the blockade on the Gaza Strip, from approaching or docking off the coast of the Strip. According to the authority, there was an initial intention to allow the ship to reach Gaza as long as it did not pose a security threat, but the decision was later changed "to prevent a possible precedent." The ship is carrying 12 people, including Swedish activist Greta Thunberg and Irish actor Liam Cunningham. On May 2, the Freedom Flotilla's "Addameer" ship was attacked by a drone while attempting to break the blockade. This attack resulted in a hole in its hull and a fire in its bow, according to sources from the coalition organizing the voyage. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
