Oppo A5m retailer listing reveals its specs and price ahead of time
Oppo's A5 line is soon going to add another member - the A5m. Despite not having been made official yet, this has been prematurely listed by a Polish retailer, and the listing has outed some of the phone's specs, along with its pricing in Poland. Let's start with that - it will go for PLN 899, which right now translates into approximately $239 or €211.
For that amount of cash, you're getting a 6.67-inch 720x1604 LCD screen with 90 Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50 MP main camera with a 2 MP decorative sensor next to it, a 5 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery.
The handset runs Android 15 and comes with Oppo AI, because of course it does. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded into the power button, and an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance. It measures 165.71 x 76.24 x 7.99 mm and weighs 193g.
If all of these specs sound familiar, it's because they are identical to those of the recently unveiled Oppo A5 4G, so the A5m is clearly a rebranded version of that model for specific markets.

Realme GT 7T hands-on
Say hello to the Realme GT 7T! It sits just below the GT 7, costing €100/INR 5,000 less. We'll address the differences in a bit, but let's start by examining the GT 7T on its own. The Realme GT 7T ships with a case and a USB cable in Europe, but adds a 120W charger in India. The phone comes in 12/256 GB and 12/512 GB flavors, while the GT 7 goes up to 16/512 GB (in its Aston Martin-inspired Dream Edition). In the hand, the Realme GT 7T is striking with its weight. It's just 202 grams - not light, but certainly impressive considering the 7,000mAh battery inside. The use of a plastic frame and fiberglass back panel makes this reasonable weight possible. The Realme GT 7T comes in the same IceSense Black and IceSense Blue colours as the GT 7, but adds a Racing Yellow, a nod to designs of old - remember the GT 5G Racing Yellow and the GT Neo3 150W? The Realme GT 7T In Racing Yellow, IceSense Black, and IceSense Blue We love the vegan leather finish. It truly feels exquisite to the touch. The shade is nice and very eye-catching. This would be our pick of the bunch. The display of the Realme GT 7T differs from that of the GT 7. It's not an LTPO panel, has a few more pixels, and is 0.2-inch bigger. We didn't really notice any difference between the two (the LTPO panel of the GT 7 might make a difference with the battery life, however). We love the Racing Yellow The middle frame is plastic like on the GT 7, but it gives off a very convincing brushed metal effect. The frame is color-matched on the Black and Blue units, too. On the yellow, it has a silvery-metallic finish. Let's talk about the differences between the Realme GT 7 and the GT 7T. You wouldn't notice them in the hand (Racing Yellow vs Dream Edition aside). The GT 7T has the same 50MP 24mm f/1.8 main and 8MP 16mm f/2.2 ultrawide cameras as the GT 7. The same goes for the 32MP 21mm f/2.5. The Realme GT 7 does however offer a third camera on the back - a second 50MP unit with a 2x zoom (so around 48mm) with a bright f/2.0 optic. We liked the photos from the 2x camera in our review of the Realme GT 7. The other difference is the chipset - Realme "demoted" the GT 7T to the Dimensity 8400 Max over the Dimensity 9400e. Both are built on the 4nm process, but the 9400e adds extra connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 7. The processor inside the Dimensity 9400e has four Cortex-X4 prime cores - one peaking at 3.4GHz and three at 2.85GHz. The Dimensity 8400 Max relies only on Cortex-A725 cores - one at a maximum of 3.25GHz, three at 3.0GHz, four at 2.1GHz. The graphics side is more slated towards the Dimensity 9400e, which has an Immortalis-G720 MC12 vs the MC7 on the Dimensity 8400 Max. Because you still get the 7,000mAh battery and 120W charging, along with the same display visual quality (if not its LTPO tech), the GT 7T might present a very interesting alternative for those on a budget. Pixel 10 Pro images leak
Sometimes you stumble on to something big like, say, a commercial being shot for a big-name flagship phone that won't be released until August. As it turns out, someone managed to walk by an ad being filmed for the Pixel 10 Pro. The lucky guy, known as @MarksGonePublic on X, took photos of a commercial titled "Ask more of your phone," which certainly sounds like a Googlesque title for a Pixel ad. A storyboard for the commercial shows what looks like the Pixel 10 Pro (not the Pixel 10 because it includes the temperature sensor). A storyboard shows a shot-by-shot breakdown of a commercial to give those working on it an idea of what to do while filming the spot. Storyboards aren't limited to commercials since they are used to help create cartoons, movies, and television shows and more. @MarksGonePublic took photos of the storyboard and some of the commercial shoot. We'd normally include the video sideshow that @MarksGonePublic posted on X, but his account has been taken down and we assume that Google had something to do with that. Storyboard for a Pixel 10 Pro commercial. | Image credit-MarksGonePublic As expected, the Pixel 10 Pro looks very much like the Pixel 9 Pro although what you can't see is that inside the former is the first application processor (AP) that Google has designed from scratch. Not only did Google not build the Tensor G5 around Samsung's Exynos AP, it also stopped having Samsung Foundry build the component. Instead, Google turned to TSMC, the world's largest foundry, to manufacture the AP using its second-generation 3nm node (N3E). Another photo of the storyboard used for the Pixel 10 Pro ad. | Image credit-MarksGonePublic It will be interesting to see if designing the Tensor G5 from the bottom up allows Google to build some truly drool-worthy new features exclusively for the Pixel 10 series. This is important because now that new Pixel phones get seven years of system updates, there might be less of a rush to upgrade without some killer application available for the Pixel 10 series. Member of the crew shooting Pixel 10 Pro ad gets some hands-on time with the star of the show. | Image credit-MarksGonePublic The Pixel 10 series could be unveiled in August during a Made by Google event. Besides the Pixel 10 , Pixel 10 Pro , and Pixel 10 Pro XL, we could see Google introduce its third foldable, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

Xiaomi 16 specs leak
The Xiaomi 16 has a new round of leaked specs to speak of, courtesy of the prolific Weibo account Digital Chat Station. According to him, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, and will have three 50 MP rear cameras: a main one with a 1/1.3" type sensor, an ultrawide, and a telemacro. The phone will allegedly have a battery over 6,500 mAh in capacity, and a 6.3-inch flat OLED panel with thin bezels on all sides. None of these specs is unexpected, perhaps only the fact that the telemacro isn't specifically called out as a periscope - the Xiaomi 16 was previously rumored to be getting one of those. Xiaomi 16 leaked illustrative render Since Qualcomm is making the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 official at the end of September, don't be surprised if the Xiaomi 16 will also be unveiled before that month ends. In the meantime, we'll surely be hearing much more about it, so stay tuned. Source (in Chinese) | Image source
