HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Raptor Technologies, the leader in school safety software solutions, is proud to announce new integrations with key video analytics providers Scylla and Ipsotek. These advanced tools enhance the Raptor Emergency Management System, equipping schools with proactive threat detection capabilities and automated emergency responses. These advancements empower schools to act with greater speed and intelligence, improving overall campus safety.
Proactive Safety Enabled by AI
Integrating AI-powered surveillance with the Raptor Emergency Management System greatly enhances a district's ability to respond to threats as they happen. Automating emergency responses when risks are detected improves response time, giving first responders and staff more time to protect students and address the threat.
Scylla Integration: When Scylla identifies a verified threat—for instance, a weapon, intrusion, or concerning behavior—it automatically initiates the corresponding response in Raptor Alert. This allows districts to manage emergencies through lockdowns, notifications and tailored workflows based on the nature of the threat.
Ipsotek Integration: Utilizing advanced analytics such as facial recognition, perimeter monitoring, and behavioral analysis, Ipsotek enables schools to detect threats in real time. Upon detection, Raptor Alert activates the appropriate response, providing contextual information and enabling teams to act decisively in critical situations.
'These integrations are an innovation for school safety,' said Chris Noell, Chief Product Officer of Raptor Technologies. 'By combining the intelligence of AI-driven analytics with our emergency response platform, we're equipping schools with automated detection and response capabilities designed to save precious time and protect lives.'
Key Capabilities for Safer Schools
The Scylla and Ipsotek integrations bring advanced safety features that enhance emergency management workflows, including:
Real-Time Threat Detection: Utilize AI to identify weapons, security breaches, or suspicious activity with speed and precision.
Automated Emergency Response: Quickly initiate the appropriate Raptor Alert workflows, minimizing human error and response delays.
Comprehensive Situational Awareness: Leverage integrated video feeds and alert verifications to improve decision-making during crises.
Customizable Configurations: Adjust workflows based on specific threat scenarios, location requirements, or detection confidence levels.
Availability
These integrations are now available to districts with active Raptor Alert subscriptions and deployed Scylla or Ipsotek systems. Implementation requires proper API credentials and supported partner configurations.

GASROE and Raptor Technologies Partner to Launch Statewide Behavioral Threat Assessment Methodology for Georgia Schools

HABERSHAM COUNTY, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Georgia Alliance of School Resource Officers and Educators (GASROE) and Raptor Technologies, the trusted leader in school safety and student wellbeing solutions, announced today an expanded partnership to launch a statewide behavioral threat assessment solution for Georgia K–12 schools. This new offering builds on Raptor's and GASROE's shared commitment to equipping schools with tools and training that proactively support student safety. The introduction of the S.A.F.E.R. methodology in the Raptor StudentSafe platform marks a critical step in providing a consistent, research-based approach to threat assessment statewide. The S.A.F.E.R. solution will launch at the Georgia School Safety Summit (GS3), June 2–5, 2025 and be available to all Georgia schools this summer prior to the 2025-26 school year. Digitizing Georgia's First Statewide BTA Methodology GASROE's S.A.F.E.R. methodology, developed by Georgia-based educators, mental health specialists, school safety professionals and law enforcement leaders, establishes a standardized, state-specific framework for identifying, assessing and managing student behaviors of concern. 'S.A.F.E.R. was built to protect Georgia schools. It answers the ' How' of completing these types of assessments and it provides a consistent, step-by-step process to be followed by each school within the school district,' said Murray Kogod, Executive Director of GASROE and Chief of Police for Habersham County Schools. 'By partnering with Raptor to bring this methodology to life within a proven digital platform, we're empowering districts with the tools, training, and consistency they need to intervene early and keep students safe.' Under this expanded partnership, Raptor becomes the exclusive digital provider of the S.A.F.E.R. methodology's forms, workflows, and training resources through its StudentSafe platform. Raptor StudentSafe helps districts meet state mandates to document and manage certain behavioral concerns, while allowing teams to collaborate and intervene earlier for positive outcomes. Already used by schools around the globe, StudentSafe supports district alignment with Georgia state requirements for behavioral threat assessments, bullying, suicide prevention, and other student wellbeing policies. 'This is a significant milestone in our continued work with GASROE to support student safety across Georgia,' said Gray Hall, CEO of Raptor Technologies. 'By integrating the S.A.F.E.R. methodology into Raptor StudentSafe, we're providing schools a consistent, evidence-informed platform for proactively assessing threats and intervening early, while helping districts meet key requirements for behavioral health and student safety.' Expert Training and Support for Statewide Success Raptor and GASROE will co-develop new trainings tailored to the S.A.F.E.R. methodology, supported by Raptor's behavioral threat assessment experts. These trainings will help ensure Georgia educators are fully equipped to implement the methodology with confidence. Raptor and GASROE will lead statewide training sessions, webinars and conference events to support successful adoption. In March, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed a $50M supplemental appropriation providing each Georgia campus with an additional $21,635 for school safety needs. Districts have flexibility on how to spend the one-time funds. Districts may use the funds to purchase multi-year licenses. Raptor will provide special pricing for all Georgia school districts who wish to use this funding to implement the S.A.F.E.R. methodology on StudentSafe. The S.A.F.E.R. methodology enables Georgia schools to be compliant with HB268, also known as Ricky and Alyssa's Law, which requires all school districts to implement behavioral threat assessment and management plans as part of their safety protocols. Educators, school leaders, and safety professionals can learn more by attending the Georgia School Safety Summit (GS3), taking place June 2-5, 2025, where Raptor and GASROE will showcase the integrated S.A.F.E.R. solution. Trackforce and Scylla Partner to Connect AI Detection, Guard Dispatch & Incident Resolution

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trackforce, a global leader in security workforce management software, today announced an industry-first partnership with Scylla, an AI video surveillance company, that connects AI-powered threat detection directly into security workforce workflows to give security providers a faster, smarter, and fully integrated way to identify, dispatch, resolve, and bill incidents. The security industry historically struggles with siloed systems, creating gaps between threat identification and immediate physical response. As security providers modernize their operations, this integration tackles two critical challenges: reducing the high rate of false-positive alerts that drain resources and improving situational awareness for guards responding to incidents. By filtering out non-critical events before dispatch and equipping responders with AI-verified incident details, the partnership helps security teams allocate personnel more effectively, respond faster to real threats, and enhance the safety and preparedness of guards in the field. 'This is a direct response to what our customers have been asking for,' said Byron McDuffee, CEO of Trackforce. 'With labor shortages and high false-positive rates straining security teams, this partnership gives our clients a smarter way to deploy their skilled guards more efficiently. By embedding Scylla's AI into our workflows, we're helping customers boost situational awareness, speed up response times, and streamline administrative processes like billing, reporting, and accountability.' The combined solution bridges Scylla's smart event detection capabilities with the newly launched TrackTik Command Center. Whether identifying an active shooter on a camera feed or detecting an intrusion at a critical infrastructure site via drones, verified incidents are instantly pushed into the TrackTik platform, triggering automated response protocols. This eliminates manual handoffs, reduces response times, and ensures complete visibility from detection through resolution. 'The security industry has been reactive for too long. Seeing threats but lacking the ability to respond quickly and effectively is more than an issue,' said Albert Stepanyan, founder and CEO of Scylla. 'Together with Trackforce, we're changing that dynamic by providing complete situational awareness and faster response coordination, helping security teams move from passive monitoring to proactive intervention.' By fusing detection and response, this first-of-its-kind integration provides security service providers with a full closed-loop system, reducing risks, streamlining operations, and enabling new high-margin services like remote guarding and drone response. It is especially powerful for industries like data centers, energy, critical infrastructure, commercial real estate, high-net-worth residential, and automotive dealerships, where proactive threat detection and rapid incident resolution are critical to protecting investments and maintaining business continuity.
