'With Scott, I always thought he should've been played further forward because although he is a big lad, he has so much energy and that was wasted when he was a holding midfielder.
'I just hope that Ruben Amorim tries Mainoo out in a few different positions because he is so good on the ball and technically gifted.
'I'm sure he'll be disappointed he's not played as much this season, I just hope he gets more game time and can prove to the manager what he can do. He is an England international for a reason and can be a big success for United for years to come.'
