The university has been offering students yoga training in all the campuses by appointing yoga instructors, as part of the curriculum,. After returning to their campuses, the students must submit five photographs, with date and the location where the training sessions were held as proof, and a photograph taken during the International Yoga Day programme, along with the authentication letter issued by the headmaster or village sarpanch, said Mr. Amarendra Kumar, who is also the in-charge director of Nuzvid campus.
RGUKT management will award a certificate of participation, which will be considered under the mandatory community service component of the curriculum, the registrar said.
