The jury is shown another exchange, this time between Sean Combs and Mia on 31 October 2025, while she was still in South Africa.
"If you don't call me now f*** it all. And imma tell everything. And dont ever speak me again. You have 2 min. F*** her. Call my [house] now or never speak to me again. F*** abc and all lawyers. Let's go to war," Diddy wrote in the message.
Mia explains that ABC had bought the right to a comedy show she had written, but it never aired.
When asked what she thought Diddy's message meant, Mia says he was threatening to tell Cassie about the sexual assaults "framed differently... that I had a part in it".
Prosecutor Madison Smyser asks Mia what would happen if she didn't follow Diddy's instructions, to which she says she would have been in big trouble, losing her job and being emotionally or physically abused.

Diddy case pushing boundaries of what court security is available to do, judge says
Before we hear from Mia again, Judge Arun Subramanian is in conversation with one of Diddy's attorneys about his ability to speak to Sean Combs outside courtroom hours.
Subramanian tells the court that the Diddy case is pushing the boundaries of what court security and the marshals are available to do.
He suggests getting Combs to the court building at 7am (12pm UK time) would give his attorneys substantial time to confer with him.
Marc Agnifilo, one of Diddy's attorneys, says thank you for the marshals service but says they don't allow documents to be shown.
"We are restrained if we want to show him exhibits, we can't do it in the facility we have," he says.
However, the judge tells Agnifilo that the access he and Combs have had is much greater than defendants in many cases, adding that this is a unique case.

A recap of what happened in court yesterday
It's day 13 of Sean "Diddy" Combs's trial and proceedings are about to start again in a few minutes.
Before that, here is a look at what happened yesterday:
Combs's former personal assistant, who testified under the pseudonym "Mia", said that the hip-hop mogul sexually assaulted her, threw her into a swimming pool, dumped a bucket of ice on her head and slammed her arm into a door during her eight-year tenure;
She said Combs berated her for mistakes, even ones made by other employees, and loaded her up with so many tasks she did not sleep for days;
Mia told the court she once woke to find Combs on top of her and that he forced her to have sex against her will. Another time, he forced her to perform oral sex, she alleged;
She also said Combs's employees were always on edge because his mood could "change in a split second", causing everything to go from "happy to chaotic";
Mia said she saw Diddy being violent or threatening towards Cassie on several occasions, including at the Cannes Film Festival in 2012, during a party at Prince's house, and on a trip to a private island in Turks and Caicos;
She claimed Combs once pressured her into taking ketamine, and described incidents when he allegedly slammed a door on her arm and threw spaghetti at her;
The court heard she had never told anyone of the alleged attacks until the government's investigation in this case, and that it was a secret she had expected to take to the grave;
Mia's testimony echoed that of prior prosecution witnesses, including several of Combs's other former employees, as well as his former partner Cassie.

A reminder of the charges
While we wait for court to start again today, here's a reminder of the five felony charges faced by Sean "Diddy" Combs:
Racketeering conspiracy;
Two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion;
Two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The rapper was initially charged with three offences - racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Two extra counts - one each of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution - were added earlier in April.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
What the charges mean
Racketeering broadly means engaging in an illegal scheme or enterprise, and the charge falls under the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act (RICO) in the US.
According to the US justice department's definition of RICO statute, it is also illegal to "conspire to violate" the laws.
The prosecution alleges that between 2008 and 2024, Combs "led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labour, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes".

We're back with our live coverage
Welcome back to our coverage of the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs.
The rapper faces five felony charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. He denies all charges.
Today will be day 13 of the trial.
Yesterday, we heard from Diddy's former stylist Deonte Nash and "Mia", the rapper's second alleged victim after his former partner Cassie.
Mia, who is giving evidence under a pseudonym, worked as an assistant to the rapper for several years.
She told the court she witnessed Combs being violent towards Cassie. She also spoke about her experiences of allegedly being sexually assaulted by her former boss.
The trial will resume at around 1.30pm today UK time with more evidence from Mia.

Horrific details of deadly Pitbull attack that saw man savaged by five dogs
A SWAT team and K-9 officers sent to deal with a pack of pit bulls who fatally attacked a man were forced to back away from the animals due to how aggressive they were, a new report has revealed. Chris Culbertson, 46, died from his injuries after he was gruesomely mauled for 23 minutes last November in Kansas City, Missouri, by a pack of pit bulls. He was seen on security footage riding his bike when he was approached by two dogs who started circling him. Culbertson fell to the ground and more dogs broke through a fence, taking hold of his arms, legs, feet and face with their teeth. New documents seen by The Kansas City Star reveal that despite the presence of a SWAT team, a K-9 team and workers from a nearby animal shelter, officials still couldn't get the dogs under control after the horrific attack. Even though officers have the power to destroy dangerous dogs that pose a threat to the public, officers left the animals inside the fenced yard of their owner. The next day officers returned to find that the animals had disappeared. A patrol for the dogs didn't start until four days later, the document say. In April John Thibeaux Sr. and his son John Thibeaux Jr. were charged with one count of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault. Animal shelter KC Pet Project, who appeared at the address alongside the SWAT and K-9 teams, released documents to the outlet about the incident. In them, they said that officers used horns, sirens and lights to spook the animals away from Culbertson. A nearby neighbor, identified in the report as Holly Lane, ran to Culbertson's aid with a golf club but was also attacked. Eventually the animals fled back into the yard via holes in the fencing large enough for them go under. After Culbertson and Lane were rushed to hospital, an animal service officer was told by cops at the scene that Thibeaux Sr arrived with a key to the padlocked enclosure. In a probable cause statement seen by the outlet, it said he arrived on the scene shortly after the first attempt to capture the dogs, telling officers he lived there. Officials say that after being informed of the attack he then recanted his original statement and said the dogs belonged to his son. His son was then called to the address, but he then told officers that only one belonged to him, the rest were strays. Officials moved into seize the animals after a warrant was issued with the SWAT team and K-9 officers attempting to bring them under control. An officer described how they managed to put one red pit bull in a waiting truck as the other animals tried to attack them through the fencing. The document says: 'Through another attempt to gain control of another Pitbull type canine, it and another Pitbull type canine forcibly grabbed my catchpole and ripped it out of my hands and into the yard.' According to the report the SWAT team then used pepper spray on the animals which forced the animals away from the fence. They left with one dog, it said. Kansas City code states that if officials deem an animal uncatchable officials can kill it by other reasonable means outside of euthanizing it humanely if it is a continued threat. Due to the aggression of the animals, the officers left with plans to return and sedate the rest of them. The next morning the animals had all disappeared. After 300 bites, 500 stiches and 100 lacerations, Culbertson went septic and died from his injuries. Lane suffered bites to her leg, and a laceration to the back of her calf. Despite being bandaged up blood continued to pour from the wound and soak the gauze. Lane told officers that two hours before they arrived on the scene the day after that she saw the owner park at the edge of the property before leaving. She suspected that they had loaded up the animals and left before cops appeared on the scene again. John Thibeaux Jr. met with officers at the property and gave them permission to inspect it for the dogs. They found two kennels in a back bedroom with nine puppies inside. No other dogs were found. After patrols were put in place to find the loose pack, several dogs matching the description were found two miles from the property and appeared to have been abandoned. The report said that they were impounded and euthanized. Detectives later said that Thibeaux Jr operated a dog breeding business, based on social media posts concerning puppies for sale. In the last update from prosecutors, both men are in custody on a $100,000 bond each. has approached the Jackson County Prosecutor for an update on the case. It is unclear at this time if they have entered a plea.

Inside Rihanna's rollercoaster relationship with her dad amid his shock death
After a long and complicated history, Rihanna 's father Ronald Fenty has reportedly passed away at age 70. The Umbrella songstress, 37, has long been open about how her father's crack and alcohol addictions cast a dark shadow over her childhood. She has said that her dad's substance abuse issues lead to explosive fights between her parents that sometimes turned physical - and that he once 'slapped her' so hard in the face when she was only seven-years-old that it left a 'handprint' on her cheek. His drug problems also meant Rihanna's mom had to work overtime to provide for her family, forcing Rihanna to step up and take care of her two younger brothers when she was little. Her yearning for a better life and longing for an escape from her 'abusive' dad were likely a driving force in her launching her music career at only 15 years old. But her relationship with her dad didn't get any easier after she found fame, in fact, things only got more messy as their problems often trickled into the media. Over the years, Rihanna and her father have gotten into multiple public feuds: he once got kicked off her tour after he 'embarrassed her' by 'disrespected' crew members; she was left furious when he spoke publicly about her controversial romance with Chris Brown; and he was kicked out of her charity event for boozing soon after he completed a rehab stint she had funded. Things got so bad in 2019 she actually sued Ronald for allegedly trying to cash in on her fame by using their family name to brand his entertainment business. But in recent years it had seemed as though they had finally reconciled as Ronald revealed in 2022 after Rihanna announced her pregnancy that they had been in touch and that he was 'over the moon' over the news. It's certainly been a rollercoaster ride for Rihanna and her father. Amid the news of his shock passing, FEMAIL has recapped their tumultuous relationship from start to finish. In addition, she told ABC, '[My parents] had a very abusive relationship. My dad was the abuser. [He hit her] on numerous account.' Her mom, Monica, worked tirelessly to try to provide for Rihanna and her two brothers, which sometimes meant the singer had to look after her younger siblings. 'It was going on in the home for a long time,' she previously said of her dad's drug use to Guardian. 'My dad got put out of the house a few times because she was not having that around us. My mom had to be a woman and a man, working her a** off for us.' Her parents ultimately divorced when she was 14 years old, and one year later, she kicked off her music career. She had formed a girl group with two of her classmates and together, they auditioned for record producer Evan Rogers. Asked what possessed him to drink at the event, Ronald claimed he was depressed that his two older children from a previous relationship – Rihanna's half brother and sister Jamie and Samantha - weren't invited. Ronald said he feels terrible for breaking his promise to stop drinking to his daughter. But when asked if he was an alcoholic, he insisted: 'Me, n,. drunk and disorderly. I don't see myself as an alcoholic, I don't realize when I get that drunk. 'Call me a drunk or alcoholic in denial, whatever you want to call me but I have realized I could drink or not drink. 'I only start[ed] drinking, once I come back here in December.'
