'I spend £75k a month on essentials at 22 - I deserve comfort'

A young woman has revealed the jaw dropping amount she will happily spend on herself each month - and even though she is branded 'tone deaf' she doesn't let it stop her
A woman has been slammed for her "tone deaf" spending habits after she revealed she forks out £75,000 a month on her cost of living. Model Camilla Araujo flaunts her lavish lifestyle online as she splurges on having a private chef, an at-home nail technician and massage therapist at her disposal.
Her pricey essentials mean she can treat herself as much as she likes, as the 22-year-old multi-millionaire has said that she "deserves to be comfortable".

Camila will happily splash £700 on a new set of nails, gets three massages a week and also enjoys a weekly IV drip to boost her health. While most people her age will only treat themselves to a manicure or a nice bottle of wine as a treat, Camilla has no issues spending the equivalent of a house deposit on herself in order to look good.

The money is just a a drop in the bucket for Camilla, who lives in Miami and has 9.3m TikTok followers under her username @camilla - however this hasn't always been the case. She claims she now earns £12m a year, but grew up in a poor family and always "wanted more".
But now she has made her fortunes, she said trolls have branded her spending habits as 'tone deaf' - although she just ignores them and makes no time for their comments.
"People ask why I treat these things as essentials. The answer is simple – my time is valuable. If I'm spending hours doing chores or waiting in lines, I'm not making money. Trolls online love to pick apart women who live loudly.
"I've been called tone-deaf, excessive, privileged – but no one handed me this life. I don't cook – I don't have the time – and eating out has become impossible with how often I get recognised so I have a private chef prepare my meals every day. I also have my nails done in my home; I'm not stepping out unless my hands look perfect."
Camilla takes her person beauty and grooming very seriously, and also has a personal hairstylist and make-up artist, as well as getting a massage three times a week in order to keep up her appearances. She gets help from her personal assistant who takes care of the cleaning, organising and everything else.

She further noted: "Plus, weekly IV treatments keep my body nourished and glowing. This all costs me £75,000 a month – and that's before we even talk about my wardrobe or travel."
Camilla feels her time is too valuable to waste it doing chores and prefers to spend every minute of the day making money to fund her expensive lifestyle. She said: "I built my life to be efficient. Everything is designed so I can focus on my career, my goals, and my happiness."
The influencer, who was born to Brazilian immigrant parents, uses the funds from her saucy career to support her parents, too. She refuses to back down to any trolls who think she shouldn't treat herself or her loved ones. She previously had to work two jobs and dropped out of college - so she gives what she can to her family.
"I dropped out of college. I've lived through abuse, struggled financially and started from the bottom. So yes, I enjoy the life I've built. I deserve to be comfortable," she said, and added: "I deserve to feel good and I don't owe anyone an explanation for that – I don't think anyone does."

Lola Young 'in tears' backstage after earpiece mishap at Summertime Ball

At this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball, Lola Young struggled with technical difficulties while performing her hit songs Messy singer Lola Young is said to have been 'in tears' after struggling with technical difficulties while performing on stage for this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball. The 24-year-old singer performed a few songs at the event at Wembley Arena in London this weekend, but her earpiece stopped working while she was on stage. While trying to get the earpiece to work, she told the crowd: "Sorry guys my ears are going in and out. Can I get some new ears?" She tried to continue without the earpiece but couldn't keep in time with the band, so she eventually asked the audience: "Sing along please." ‌ ‌ "It's like they're doing it on purpose," Lola told her fans after a few attempts of performing without hearing anything from her earpiece. After finishing her set, she walked off the stage in frustration. In a video taken by an audience member, Lola could be seen looking distressed from the mishap as she put her face into her hands while a few others stood by her. One person wrapped their arm around her as two others seemingly comforted her. She then slowly walked off to a different corner of the area and leaned her arms on what looked to be a box. The TikTok user captioned the post: "Lola young ran off crying because her ear piece stopped working." Fans also rushed to the comment section to share their support for the star. One user commented: "I really don't see how people can hate on someone for this? It was a sound issue and the crowd loved her still, I feel bad for her but she was one of the best acts!" ‌ Another said: "Bless her," and one concerned fan posted: "If someone doesn't hug that girl." The Mirror have reached out to Lola's reps for comment. Earlier in the show, fans were shown a statement from organisers on the screens. It read: "We have had to pause the show temporarily. Please remain in the stadium. We hope to restart shortly. Thank you." ‌ Fans were quick to go on Twitter and share updates from the venue. One wrote: "Capitals summertime ball is going well #summertimeball," whilst another added: "Whoops #Summertimeball." Capital Breakfast's Jordan North said before the show: "We are absolutely buzzing to be back at Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard this year!" Ashley Tabor-King, Founder & Executive President of Global, added: "We've got a stellar line-up of global superstars and today's biggest hit music artists - all set to light up the stage! "This is truly one of our best ever line-ups and we can't wait to see 80,000 Capital listeners enjoy every moment, it's going to be a day to remember!"

Reese Witherspoon's nepo baby Ava Phillippe and her boyfriend announce major relationship news

Reese Witherspoon 's daughter, Ava Phillippe, has taken a major step in her relationship with Dakota Brubaker. Earlier this month, the actress, 25, revealed she moved in with her partner Dakota Brubaker in a sweet TikTok video. As fans excitedly reacted to the news, many social media users couldn't help but point out something a little unusual about the couple. The two seemed to bear a striking resemblance to Ava's parents, Reese Witherspoon, 49, and Ryan Phillippe, 50, who split in 2006 after seven years of marriage. Rather than ignore the online chatter, the pair leaned in to the comparisons in another video, which showed them looking dumbstruck at one of her follower's comments. In a cheeky post, the duo showed their horrified reactions to one woman writing: 'Close enough. Welcome back Reese and Ryan.' Ava, who is a carbon copy of her Oscar-winning mom, looked shocked, while Dakota, a musician, stood by her side. As Ava waved her arms and shook her head, Dakota seemed less bothered. Dakota even seemed to embrace the comparison by putting on a pair of glasses and black turtleneck sweater similar to the one Ryan wore in 1999's Cruel Intentions. 'you guys… whaaaaattt @Dakota Brubaker,' Ava captioned the video. The pair have been making a series of humorous videos together on the platform, including one on Dakota's account titled 'POV you and ur gf finally move in together.' Mike Posner's Cooler than Me was playing beneath the clip as Ava snuck up behind he guy and hugged him. 'You'll be married in a year in the suburbs or something like that,' he captioned the post. Under the post, TikTok users flooded the comments, with many declaring them the 'next gen reese and ryan.' The couple went official on social media in December when Ava posted a snap of her beau kissing her on the cheek in a photo booth. The two seemed to bear a striking resemblance to Ava's parents, Reese Witherspoon, 49, and Ryan Phillippe, 50, who split in 2006 after seven years of marriage The pair leaned into the comment. Dakota put on a pair of glasses and a black turtleneck sweater similar to the one Ryan wore in 1999's Cruel Intentions Dakota posted the same picture and added one of them sitting beneath a Christmas tree. It's unclear how the couple met, but both attended the University of California at Berkeley. They were seen together at an event hosted by The Hollywood Reporter and Instagram for content creators in November 2024. Dakota is a musician who also goes by the name Vindigo. He began as a member of a band by that name, but announced in August 2024, it had become a solo project. Ava has been building her acting career with appearances in Dr. Odyssey and Ransom Canyon. Prior to Brubaker, she dated Owen Mahoney, another UC Berkeley student, from 2019 to early 2024. Ava is the eldest child of Witherspoon and Phillippe. The former couple also share Deacon Reese Phillippe, 21. Witherspoon also shares her youngest, Tennessee James, with ex Jim Toth.

Katie Price's 'walking corpse' look sparks health fears as fans say it's 'not OK'

Katie Price has sparked concern among fans after she was seen showing off her very slim frame in a bikini during a wild Ibiza bash with Conor McGregor Katie Price 's noticeably slim figure has fuelled fan worries yet again after she was spotted getting cosy with Conor McGregor. The former glamour model was snapped at a lively Ibiza party hosted by O Beach. The mum-of-five, 47, sported a skimpy bikini that showcased her tanned and very slender physique, alongside her strikingly sharp jawline. Grinning widely, Katie was seen dancing along with the Irish UFC sensation, 36, who donned red trunks and a white hat. ‌ The duo captured a moment together which was posted to social media, with Conor posting it to Instagram captioned: " @KatiePrice forever." It has since however once again sparked concerns among fans of Katie appearing like a "walking corpse" as one commented. ‌ It comes following her seemingly rapid recent weight loss and continuous string of cosmetic procedures, which have provoked fan concerns over her wellbeing as detailed in the Mirror. A concerned fan commented, "Katie darling, you need to look after yourself. You do not look healthy right now," while another lamented, "She was so beautiful, it makes me so sad that she feels she has to do all this to upkeep an image." Adding to concerns, Katie recently featured in a new Instagram video promoting CBD products, which led to less focus on what she was endorsing and more on her appearance, with some insensitive followers branding her a 'walking corpse'. Addressing her weight reduction on Snapchat following fan concern, Katie proclaimed, "Yes I've lost weight. Yes that's what I've wanted to do, I've wanted to lose weight,". She continued, "Because the past three, four years ago when I broke my feet and I was in a wheelchair for 10 months because they said I'd never walk again, and obviously you put weight on being in a wheelchair. And then I did all the IVF stuff, that also puts on weight. So yeah I did put on weight and I hated it, I felt uncomfortable and it wasn't me." ‌ Despite her extensive history with cosmetic procedures, including six facelifts, Katie insists she's content with aging. "I'm not afraid of getting old: I like getting old because you become wiser. But with the face and that I just think if there's something to tweak it's just easy to do," Katie noted. The controversial reality star has recently opened up on her most painful surgery ordeal, following yet another cosmetic enhancement. Katie has sworn off having any further operations in the UK after the distressing incident. ‌ She has been showing off her latest enhancements, having had more filler injections. However, Katie admits that a botched Brazilian butt lift is the surgery she regrets the most due to the extreme pain and unsatisfactory results. In conversation with Katherine Ryan on the What's My Age Again? podcast, Katie expressed how she was left unsatisifed with the BBL procedure: "I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me," she explained. ‌ Katie has also voiced her preference for cosmetic procedures abroad, despite a difficult experience in Turkey. "I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever," she shared. After revealing her new body transformation at a pride event in Portsmouth, concerns quickly began to rise rose among fans regarding her significantly slimmer frame and noticeably changed butt after weight loss. Fans have since taken to social media, pleading with her to put a halt to her regular aesthetic alterations. In a former chat on The Louis Theroux Podcast, Katie confessed to persistent insecurities about her looks. She said, "I always said I haven't got body dysmorphia but there's definitely something, I don't know what it is... I've never looked in the mirror and thought I'm pretty or whatever."
