遊戲巨頭任天堂的新一代主機 Switch 2 已於 6 月 5 日時全球發售（台灣上市時間 7 月 10 日），而雖然目前仍沒有在全球所有地區全面開賣，但這似乎不影響這個已經受到世界上所有任天堂粉絲期待已久的新主機銷量。今（11）天任天堂正式宣布，Switch 2 主機僅用 4 天時間就賣出超過 350 萬台，成為有史以來賣最快的遊戲主機。
美國任天堂分部今（11）日確認，在新主機 Switch 2 推出的前 4 天內任天堂在目前已經正式開賣的國家地區就賣出了超過 350 萬台，成為任天堂史上賣最快的遊戲主機。而根據統計，任天堂自家的前一代主機 Switch 花了四週才賣出 270 萬台，競爭對手 Sony 的 PS4、PS5 也花了 6 週以上才賣破 400 萬，因此 Switch 2 目前看起來非常有機會打破紀錄，成為近代史上賣最快的遊戲主機。

不過，也正因為 Switch 2 主機的買氣太過旺盛，即便任天堂已經提前做了準備，目前還是有許多地方都傳出了缺貨問題，因此任天堂據悉也已經要求供應鏈加速生產，以免讓玩家們等太久，才能買到心心念念的新主機。

Nintendo's GameCube controller for the Switch 2 is once again available for purchase
