Now the Canadian, 41, who will welcome the child with partner Bobby Kootstra, also 41, has taken to her Instagram page to capture a side-profile snap.
Katherine wore a red figure-hugging dress with a white lace panel at the front.
The fabric clung to her growing tummy and she styled her blonde shoulder-length locks poker straight to complete her glam look.
Katherine took her selfie with the help of a mirror and simply uploaded with the caption: "Wednesday."
The stand-up has two children with her husband Bobby, including son Fred, three, and daughter Fenna, two, as well as 15-year-old Violet from a previous relationship.
And now, she'll be adding baby number four to the brood, as reported by Hello!
CANCER SHOCK
In March, the comedian posted a photo of her arm with a plaster covering part of it after she underwent surgery for the second time in a week.
Katherine captioned it: "Done," with a green tick and a red love heart emoji.
The TV star had a mole removed privately last week, but after it was discovered to be cancerous, Katherine had to undergo another procedure.
She then revealed she has melanoma on the latest episode of her podcast Telling Everybody Everything.
It's the second time Katherine has been diagnosed with the disease, after having first had it at the age of 21 in 2004.
HOME WOE
Last month, The Sun was first to report how the mum-to-be was facing more neighbour woes at home.
The latest saw her garden ruined after a tree was felled into it.
The TV star - who has a background in urban planning - bought her swanky London mansion back in 2019.
She previously welcomed her third child during a home water birth at her pad in the English capital yet, despite the happy memories, issues with a host of neighbours have caused niggles.
We previously reported how the stand-up had complained to the council in 2022 after her neighbours built a balcony overlooking her swimming pool.
Now, Katherine has told how a different male neighbour on the other side of the fence caused issues over the recent Bank Holiday weekend.

Action! Derrick Henry can parlay a 2,000-yard rushing season into a movie cameo with Adam Sandler

'King Henry' finally has the attention of 'The Waterboy.' Baltimore Ravens star running back Derrick Henry has an offer from Adam Sandler, his favorite actor, to be cast in a movie if the five-time Pro Bowl selection rushes for 2,000 yards this season. The offer grew out of Henry's appearance on radio personality Dan Patrick 's show this week to discuss his $30 million, two-year contract extension. Patrick told Henry he would get him in a Sandler movie if he made NFL history with a second 2,000-yard season. Two days later, Sandler made the offer himself in a video shown to Henry on the practice field. 'That's my dawg,' a wide-smiling Henry said while watching the video. Sandler, star of 'Happy Gilmore' and the remake of 'The Longest Yard' along with 'The Waterboy,' said he was in a hotel room while filming his greeting for Henry. At one point, Sandler turned the camera to show his bulldog. 'Two thousand yards-plus this year not only gets you in a movie, but we'll have a nice dinner together and talk about Dan Patrick's facial hair and how hard it is for him to grow it,' Sandler joked in a video posted Friday. 'I love ya and keep it up.' Sandler came up during Patrick's interview with Henry because Patrick was hearing a hoodie for the soon-to-be-released 'Happy Gilmore 2.' Sandler had given Patrick the hoodie. 'Can you do me a favor?' Henry asked Patrick. 'If you ever see him again, tell him I'm a really big fan and would really love to meet him one day.' Patrick left Sandler a voice message — and Sandler responded. 'Dan you're a real one!' Henry later wrote on social media. Henry rushed for 2,027 yards with Tennessee in 2020, when he was an All-Pro and the AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year in the fifth of his eight seasons with the Titans. Henry nearly did it again as a 30-year-old in a resurgence with the Ravens last season, when he ran for 1,921 yards. Saquon Barkley of the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles led the NFL with 2,005 yards. ___

'It's a name I'm very excited we get to pass down to her.' Like any parent, Bannen has been struggling to balance her very full work like with her home life. 'When I'm in an interview or making music, I want to be fully focused there, and when I'm home with my daughter I want to be fully focused on her as much as possible.' 'I don't think it's possible to have the perfect balance at all times,' she admitted, 'but I'm lucky to be able to do while also being a mom. I always hold onto that.' Sharing the good news on social media, the expectant mom revealed she was 'overjoyed' the new baby would be arriving in the early fall. 'There was a time we didn't know if we'd ever get to be parents, so to have the chance to add another baby into the mix is just so amazing,' said the grateful mom.
