Devotees Flock To Witness Ram Darbar Pran Pratishtha Ceremony In Ayodhya
New Delhi:
Thousands of devotees gathered in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, for the second day to witness the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Darbar at the grand Ram temple.
The three-day consecration ritual, which began on June 3 (Tuesday), is set to conclude on June 5, coinciding with Ganga Dussehra, an auspicious day in the Hindu calendar.
The ceremonial installation of Lord Ram, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman on the first floor of the temple is being conducted in accordance with age-old Vedic traditions and customs.
Saint Mithilesh Nandani Sharan, who is closely associated with the rituals, emphasised the spiritual significance of the occasion.
"After Shri Ram Lalla was ceremoniously enthroned in the main sanctum (Garbhagriha) on the ground floor of the temple, devotees across the country eagerly awaited the consecration of the rest of the complex, particularly the Ram Darbar on the first floor," said Saint Mithilesh Nandani Sharan.
'Following the proper Vedic rituals and traditional procedures of Pran Pratishtha, with utmost devotion, Lord Sita-Ram, the divine couple, are being installed, accompanied by Hanuman Ji Maharaj and Lakshman Ji.'
In addition to the Ram Darbar, six to eight other shrines within the temple complex are also being consecrated. These include idols of revered sages (Rishis), companions such as Nishadraj and Mata Shabari, and the statue of Swami Shri Tulsidas Ji Maharaj, said Sharan.
'These consecrations not only enhance the grandeur of the Shri Ram Temple but also express the spiritual consciousness awakened by the Ramayana,' Sharan added.
Security in Ayodhya has been significantly tightened. The temple has been designated a red zone, with the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), armoured vehicles, and three-shift surveillance teams deployed across the city to ensure the safety of pilgrims and saints.
The ceremonies were preceded by a grand religious procession from the banks of the Saryu River on Monday, which drew massive crowds and set the tone for the Pran Pratishtha celebrations.
Saint Mithilesh Nandani Sharan also lauded the efforts of the nation's leadership. 'In the glorious history of Ayodhya's resurgence, Yogi Ji Maharaj's name is etched in golden letters. It is because of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji Maharaj that we are witnessing and celebrating this moment. This should be seen as a defining moment in the cultural reawakening of New India.'

Iranians react to new Trump travel ban as tensions are high between nations
People walk past a state-sponsored anti-US mural painted on the wall of the former US Embassy in Tehran (Image credit: AP) Iranians again face a US travel ban imposed by President Donald Trump , with the decision drawing anger, frustration and some shrugs given the decades of tensions between the countries. Trump imposed a similar ban during his first term before withdrawing America unilaterally from Tehran's 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, under which Iran drastically limited its program in exchange for the lifting of economic sanctions. But when he returned to the White House and began seeking a new deal with Iran, it saw the country's rial currency improve and stocks rise, but worries have grown as its government appears poised to reject an initial American proposal. The travel ban has further darkened that mood and led Iranians to fear Trump will lump the nations' 80 million people alongside of its theocratic government even after he's repeatedly praised them while seeking a deal. "Now I understand that Trump is against all Iranians, and his attitude is not limited to the government," said Asghar Nejati, a 31-year-old man working in a Tehran pharmacy. Even in the years after the 1979 Islamic Revolution and subsequent US Embassy hostage crisis, Iranian students traveled to the US to attend universities. Between 2018 to 2024, an average of around 10,000 Iranian students went to the US annually. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Perdagangkan CFD Emas dengan Broker Tepercaya IC Markets Mendaftar Undo Estimates suggest some 1 million Iranian-origin people live in the US today. Mehrnoush Alipour, a 37-year-old graphic designer, said the nations could have better relations if they could spoke to each other in softer tones. "This is another foolish decision. Trump cannot reach his goals by imposing pressures on ordinary Iranians," she said. "The two nations can have better relation through openings, not restrictions." Bank teller Mahdieh Naderi said Trump was lashing out over his frustrationed efforts to reach ceasefires in the Israel-Hamas war and the Russia-Ukraine war. "Trump just expressed his anger about his failed plans," Naderi said. "He is complaining about the Chinese and others who are living in the US, too." Some said interest in the US was already waning before the latest ban. "Over the past years, two of my grandchildren went to Canada to continue their education there," said Mohammad Ali Niaraki, 75. "Iranians are not limited in immigration and they are not as interested to go to the US as they were decades ago. Iranians prefer Canada, as well as neighbouring countries with flourishing economies like the (United Arab) Emirates." But others pointed out that high-ranking government officials have children living or working in the US, despite the tensions. "It's fine, but if he also kicks out the children of officials who live there it would be very nice," said a man who just gave his name as Mehdi. "We can't afford traveling to the US, almost 80 per cent of us can't. But if he kicks out those who are already there it would be much better." Tehran resident Mehri Soltani offered rare support for Trump's decision. "Those who have family members in the US, it's their right to go, but a bunch of bad people and terrorists and murderers want to go there as well," he said. "So his policy is correct. He's doing the right thing."

Mars Transit Leo 2025: Here's how this transit will impact your relationships
In Vedic astrology, Mars is considered the fiery and fast-moving planet responsible for energy, aggression, passion, and action. Mars transiting through the sign Leo (Simha Rashi), ruled by the powerful Sun, causes audacious, expressive, and sometimes intense energies. This dynamic energy can amply empower personal relationships with fiery enthusiasm and magnetic charisma or bring arguments, struggles for dominance, and ego clashes. In case of Mars in Leo from June 6 to July 28, 2025, a test will be presented to everyone, along with opportunities, especially tied to partnership management and emotions. Also Read Horoscope Tomorrow, June 7, 2025, read predictions for all sun signs Leo is a proud fire sign. Leadership, creativity, and recognition flow through the sign. When Mars enters Leo, the sign's desire for self-assertion, admiration, and taking the front seat is brought to the fore. Intense Mars-in-Leo energies might create heated intimacy, attraction, and the loud expression of love in romantic and close partnerships. This, combined with Mars' fiery nature, can bring sullenness, stubbornness, and the need to always be in control. Left unchecked, such things could easily result in differences, disagreements, and emotional distance. Mars implies drive, physical energy, aggressiveness, and often impulsivity in one's actions and thoughts. When placed in Leo, these qualities are tempered to some extent through a lens of issues involving personal pride, creative self-expression, and leadership attributes, thereby developing a personality seeking admiration for validation and control. This overwhelming need to lead can be damaging for those intimate partnerships where equality and understanding are essential. Leo wants to shine, wants to be the centre of attention, and Mars amplifies that desire. In relationships, the transit will see physical energy increase as relations toward romantic acts also change- this energy wants to impress its object of desire. The more negative manifestations become jealousy, possessiveness, quick temper, and impulsive reactions when things don't work out as expected. Understanding these moods would be key to balancing assertion with compassion during the transit. Being under this Mars transition in Leo, romantic relationships will feel more passionate and intense for the period. Lovers will crave excitement, spontaneity, and drama. This will potentially be the best time to rekindle romance in old relationships, plan all ways of doing adventures with the dates, or express love creatively in an elaborate manner. All these high-riding emotions mean even little matters can flame up to become big conflicts. Arguing could be a result of hurt pride and respect, or value differences from either perspective. Criticism is not taken lightly by Lion energy, and Mars in this award might respond aggressively upon feeling bruised ego. Both parties must take careful note of the tone, words, and body language used in communication. Fast-paced romances and magnetic attraction may characterise new relationships during the transit. There is nothing Mars in Leo likes more than to chase and be chased. But when the excitement begins to ebb, it will be essential to deal with unresolved emotional issues or power dynamics that could arise. Pacing the relationship is imperative so that building emotional intimacy can move along with passion. The married couples or long-term ones will surely observe a shift in dynamics. The more dominant or assertive position could be assumed by one partner, especially one with a strong Leo, Aries, or Mars in their constitution. However, a consideration for the power imbalance could arise when one party intends to "lead the relationship," with both parties having to communicate mutually fairly and respectfully. When Mars stands, it stirs concealed grudges or rage liable for a potential volcanic explosion. If situations are not solved, the more explosive course will be given to the government. This time should be engaged for couples to make agreements while laying down boundaries that are healthy and avoiding accusations. This is also a time when one partner may feel the urge to shine individually, pursue personal goals, or seek appreciation outside the relationship. If the other partner feels neglected or overshadowed, emotional distance can increase. A balance must be maintained between personal ambition and shared connection. Ego clashes might be the most pertinent theme of Mars in Leo within partnerships. Both Mars and Leo carry strong masculine energies that, when left unchecked, can become a battle of wills. More often than not, the disagreements won't actually relate to the real issue, focusing rather on who is "right" and who gets the upper hand. The conditions eventually allow such conflict to dig in deeper and become utterly personal. Communication breakdowns happen often once both partners feel the urge to dominate their opponent or simply go ahead and win an argument. This fiery energy inspires its owners to simply open their mouths without thinking, often using far from gentle words and even dragging some unpleasant events from history. Among the antidotes for this can be a genuinely active listening captivating experience, some brief validation of the other person's feelings, and a few short breaks in the midst of their most heated exchanges. Given Mars's encouragement of emotional rage, managing anger becomes the utmost priority during this time. Anger is a natural feeling, but the way it finds expression is what matters. Mars in Leo gets defensive when pride is bruised or respect is withdrawn. This is the time to exercise emotional intelligence and show maturity. Choose sun sign to read horoscope

Chhattisgarh CM to brief PM Modi on successful anti-Naxal ops; hails neutralisation of top Naxal leader
Raipur (Chhattisgarh) [India], June 6 (ANI): Just a day after security forces neutralised a top naxal leader, Sudhakar (alias Gautam), in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai departed for Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and discuss the successful operations to finish naxalism, the path forward, while also discussing the state's development. CM Sai will be visiting Delhi today and tomorrow (June 7). 'I am visiting Delhi for two days. I will return tomorrow. I will meet the Prime Minister and discuss the development of Chhattisgarh...I will also brief him about our fight against Naxalism and the successes we have had,' CM Sai said just before departing for his flight. While hailing the recent successful anti-Naxal operation, which neutralised Gautam, a Central Committee Member (CCM), the Chief Minister saluted the jawans for their bravery in carrying out such operations. 'Operations are going on continuously, and we are achieving success. Yesterday, as well, we had a success. One Central Committee Member (CCM) was neutralised by our jawans yesterday. We salute their bravery,' he told reporters. This is the second such operations by security forces which has led to the neutralisation of a top Naxal leader. On June 5, officials confirmed that the body of Gautam was found, and on May 21, just over three weeks ago, the body of Basava Raju was recovered. A Central Committee Politburo member and CPI (Maoist) General Secretary, he was widely known as the 'backbone of the naxal movement.' Bastar's Inspector General P Sundarraj highlighted the two successes of security forces earlier today. 'Based on inputs, the STF, DRG, and CoBRA joint teams were sent for operation. During the operation, exchange of fire between security forces and Naxals took place multiple times. After the exchange of fire, during the search, the body of a Maoist and an AK-47 weapon and a large amount of explosive materials and other arms and ammunition were recovered,' the IG said. According to officials, Gautam was a senior Maoist leader responsible for various violent incidents that resulted in the deaths of numerous innocent tribal civilians and of security personnel. His death marks a major success for the security forces and is a significant blow to the Maoist leadership, particularly in the Dandakaranya region. His neutralisation is expected to cause a considerable setback to the already weakening strength of the banned and outlawed Maoist organisation. 186 Maoist cadres have been killed in counter-insurgency operations across the Bastar Range in 2025 so far. During the period 2024-2025, more than 403 Maoist cadres have been neutralised and their bodies recovered in the Bastar Range following multiple encounters between Maoists and security forces, according to officials.
