Kehrer replaces Bisseck in Germany's Nations League squad
It was a horror final for Yann Aurel Bisseck and Inter. The young center-back was substituted on early in the second-half, but he only stayed on the pitch for about ten minutes because of a muscle pain in the back of his thigh.
Bisseck is now ruled out of the final phase of the UEFA Nations League. The 24-year-old made his international debut in the second leg of the quarter-final tie against Italy.

Thilo Kehrer will be the man coming in his place for Germany's two matches. The former Schalke defender enjoyed a decent season with AS Monaco in both the Champions League and Ligue 1. However, his last competitive game for Germany was in the 2022 World Cup.
Die Nationalmannschaft will face Portugal at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday to determine whether they will play the final or the third-placed game on Sunday.

Mbeumo chooses United! Could become United's second signing of the summer
Manchester United are looking for a new forward and have got a green singal from one of their targets. By Ravi Kumar Jha Published on June 3, 2025, 08:25 IST Manchester United are looking for a new forward and have got a green singal from one of their targets. Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo has given his priority to Manchester United despite Newcastle, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur's interest. All these clubs are in Champions League next season but United are not even in the Europa League. However, Mbeumo feels United is the right club for him, and thus, club to club talks will follow soon. Manchester United's hunt for a new forward has received a major boost as Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo has reportedly given his approval to a move to Old Trafford. Despite strong interest from Champions League sides Arsenal, Newcastle United, and Tottenham Hotspur, the 24-year-old winger has prioritised a transfer to United. This development comes as a surprise given United's absence from European competition next season, while their rivals can offer Champions League football. However, Mbeumo is said to be convinced by the club's long-term project and views United as the ideal platform to take the next step in his career. With personal preference no longer a barrier, Manchester United are now set to initiate talks with Brentford to discuss a potential deal. The Red Devils are eager to bolster their attacking options, and Mbeumo's pace, versatility, and Premier League experience make him an attractive target. Barcelona stars Lamine Yamal & Raphinha's updated Ballon d'Or odds after PSG's UCL triumph
An update on the chances of one of Barcelona pair Lamine Yamal and Raphinha lifting this year's Ballon d'Or has been forthcoming online. And the info points towards the hopes of the pair beginning to fade. Advertisement The subject of the Ballon d'Or race has of course taken its place front and centre in the chatter across Europe once more over recent days. This comes after Paris Saint-Germain secured the club's first-ever title in the Champions League. Ousmane Dembélé, who was already considered as being amongst the frontrunners to lift the 'Golden Ball', played a starring role in the Munich showcase, notching a pair of assists en route to a 5-0 drubbing of Inter Milan. And if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, then such exploits appear to have put Dembélé in prime position to be named world football's best player. Advertisement As per French outlet Actu Foot, citing the latest bookmakers' odds, PSG's in-form frontman is now considered as having a 66% chance of winning the Ballon d'Or' Lamine Yamal, meanwhile, sits some way back in 2nd on 27%, with Barcelona teammate Raphinha rounding out the top-3, joining Mohamed Salah on 9% odds.
