Environment Canada issued the statement warning of smoke from wildfires in western Canada. The statement was lifted Sunday morning. 'As smoke levels increase, health risks increase. Limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events,' said the weather agency. It feels nice this Sunday in Ottawa with sunny skies and air quality with low to moderate health risk. The air quality health index is at level three this morning, which is a low health risk. Environment Canada is forecasting a maximum of level four today, which is a moderate health risk.
