SNL fans go wild over Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost's adorable moment during season finale
Saturday Night Live fans are gushing about Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost's sweet onscreen kiss as they closed out the show's 50th season finale.
The actress, who shares a three-year-old son, Cosmo, with her husband, broke a record as she became the first woman to host the show seven times.
In a promo clip for the episode, Johansson, 40, screamed at the top of her lungs at the thought of kissing her 42-year-old husband, who she married in 2020.
The hilarious sketch, clearly inspired by her upcoming Jurassic Park film, shows the Avengers star running in terror as Jost chases her.
However, by the end of Saturday's episode, Jost finally caught up with her and secured his kiss after presenting his wife with a big bouquet of roses.
Fans went wild on social media for the smooch, raving about the romantic moment between the couple.
'Omg, I'm in tears, Scarlett Johansson & Colin Jost on SNL,' one person said. 'Power couple energy on full display,' said another.
'They always bring great energy together,' a third person said. 'I hate how I can tell how deep in love they are just by this kiss,' said a fourth.

'Mike Myers looks like he's saying what about my kiss,' one person said.
Some fans joked that Jost finally got his kiss after trying so hard in the promotional clip.
'They finally got to kiss,' one person said. 'Colin's on screen kiss finally happened,' said another.
The promo clip is titled 'Scarlett Johansson Is Saved From Colin Jost By Sarah Sherman,' and begins with SNL stars Heidi Gardner and Mikey Day talking about their summer plans.
A thundering pound interrupts their conversation and sets off an alarm and ominous flickering red lights.
Scarlett then dashes into the frame and screams, 'Run! Run!', ignoring Day as he welcomes her back onto the show and pushes him out of the way of a door.
She runs inside the double door and bolts it shut with a pole, before cowering in terror as the mystery adversary bangs at the door.
'No, please!' she pleads.
Suddenly, the moment is interrupted by the arrival of her husband, who cheerfully greets her and places a hand on her shoulder.
'Hey, babe! I had a sketch idea I wanted to pitch you. Maybe it's one where we, I don't know, finally kiss?' he suggests nervously.
Scarlett then screams at the top of her lungs, 'No!'
Out of nowhere, her husband is shot in the neck with a dart by Sarah Sherman, who is hiding in the rafters.
'Thanks, Sarah!' Scarlett says, clearly relieved.
'Anytime, Scarlett!' Sarah, clad in a hunting costume, says.
'That was just a tranquilizer, right?' Scarlett inquires.
'Oh, I have no idea. Che just handed this to me and said, "Take care of Jost?"' Sarah replies, referencing Colin's Weekend Update co-host Michael Che.
Alarmed, Scarlett goes to her husband's side - but is repulsed when he suggests a kiss in a gargled voice.
'Nope!' Scarlett says.
The couple shared several other onscreen moments together during the season finale episode.
Jost and Weekend Update co-anchor Michael Che returned to their annual season-finale tradition of writing and being forced to deliver wildly inappropriate jokes for each other.
Johansson is the subject of many of the Che-written jokes, so this year, Jost compelled Che to bring her out and apologize for once comparing part of her body to 'Costco roast beef.'
Jost also appeared in a pre-recorded, behind-the-scenes bit where Johansson has torrid sex with Bowen Yang after she confesses to Edo Nwodim and Heidi Gardner that she has a crush on him, and learns he has only been publicly pretending to be gay 'for the clout.'
Johansson has her heart broken when she learns Yang also has been hooking up with Nwodim, Gardner and guest star Emily Ratajkowski.

Katie Holmes channels Wicked as she leads worst dressed list at the 2025 Tony Awards
From over-the-top feathers and nearly naked looks to bright colors and clashing patterns, the 2025 Tony Awards has been filled with a slew of sartorial nightmares and fashion faux pas. The event, which is being hosted by Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, is set to honor the biggest stars and shows on Broadway. It will feature a slew of dazzling performances from some of the hottest shows of the year - as well as an emotional reunion from the original Hamilton cast in honor of the 10th anniversary. Ahead of the ceremony, a slew of A-listers descended upon the red carpet at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. And while some wowed in glamorous dresses and stunning looks... others completely missed the mark with their ensembles. That's right, many of Hollywood's most elite failed to impress with their bizarre outfit choices at the glittering soiree. Katie Holmes lead worst dressed list as she hit the carpet in a boxy green T-shirt and an awkward pink skirt, a little underdressed for a lavish awards show if you ask us. She seemingly channeled the movie Wicked with her color choice - but the bright green and pink completely clashed. Buena Vista Social Club's Natalie Venetia Belcon chose a black gown with a purple cape-like coat that had dramatic black feathers hanging off of it Singer Jordan Tyson wore a turquoise dress with an extremely low neckline and what looked like confetti hanging off of it. Was she at the Tony Awards or a New Year's Eve party? Wicked star Cynthia came in a close second with her enormous tan corset top, which contained an intricate floral pattern. She paired the shirt - which was gigantic and fit awkwardly on her frame - with a floor-length silk skirt. Buena Vista Social Club's Natalie Venetia Belcon chose a black gown with a purple cape-like coat that had dramatic black feathers hanging off of it. Sarah Paulson opted for a very distinct black and white dress that had a very strange shape... and it just didn't work. Singer Laufey, on the other hand, arrived in a soft blue tiered dress with a necktie, lacy stockings, purple heels, and a matching coat. She accessorized with a bizarre cat-shaped purse - talk about a lot going on. Just in Time star Gracie Lawrence hit the carpet in a polka dot strapless dress that had a huge bowtie around the skirt area, while Death Becomes Her's Megan Hilty donned a gold frock that contained bizarre feathers all over the sleeves and skirt. Canadian TV personality Keltie Knight ensured all eyes would be on her - but for the wrong reasons. British actor David Cumming donned a black suit with a huge spider broach, as well as an eye-popping floral coat and lacy undershirt Floyd Collins star Taylor Trensch wore a tuxedo on top... but shorts on the bottom and it looked a little odd if you ask us She opted for a floor-length sparkly gown that had an enormous unicorn on it. Singer Jordan Tyson wore a turquoise dress with an extremely low neckline and what looked like confetti hanging off of it... and it appeared to be more fit for a New Year's Eve party than the Tony Awards. Hamilton star Phillipa Soo's one-shouldered white frock contained a strange bow in the center of her chest area and an unflattering tiered skirt. Model Anna Alimani arrived at the event in a sheer, lacy number, which left her undergarments on full display. Hamilton actor Sydney James Harcourt walked the carpet in a dazzling, leopard print suit with a sheer patterned top underneath - and he had a little too much going on. Glee alum Darren Criss also made the list thanks to his plaid suit, while his wife Mia Swier flaunted her bra on the red carpet... donning a sheer black top and sparkly skirt.

The 2025 Tonys will look to the past as well with a tribute to Hamilton for its 10th anniversary as the original cast reunites for a performance. Miranda will be accompanied by Leslie Odom Jr., Phillipa Soo, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Daveed Diggs, Ariana DeBose, Jonathan Groff and Christopher Jackson, all of whom were part of the original production. Erivo, 38, was better known for her work in the theatre before expanding into a successful film and television career. The Wicked Star — who recently stirred up controversy when she was announced as the star of a production of Jesus Christ Superstar being held at the Hollywood Bowl in August — is already three-quarters of the way toward completing the rare and coveted EGOT after winning an Emmy, a Grammy and a Tony. Along the way, she also received nominations for four Golden Globe Awards, two British Academy Film Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. She previously starred on Broadway in the popular adaptation of The Color Purple, which led to her performing its song I'm Here at the 2016 Tonys.
