Enemy forces release Palestinian journalist from Bethlehem

Saba Yemena day ago

Bethlehem – Saba:
Israeli enemy forces released Palestinian journalist Sabri Jibril from the town of Tuqu' in Bethlehem, south of the West Bank, on Wednesday.
Sanad News Agency reported that Israeli enemy forces released Jibril after he had spent 20 months in administrative detention.
More than 180 Palestinian journalists have been arrested since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza, with the Israeli occupation keeping approximately 50 of them in detention.
Israeli authorities have escalated their policy of arresting journalists since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza, to impose greater control and censorship on journalistic work and in an ongoing attempt to deprive journalists of their right to freedom of opinion and expression and to practice their profession. This is in addition to the enemy's assassinations of journalists in Gaza as part of the ongoing genocide.

Activist "Ajar": I Reject Germany's Support for "Israeli" War Machine in Gaza

Berlin - (Saba): German activist Yasmin Ajar, who was arrested by the Israeli enemy forces in international waters along with her companions on board the Madeleine, a ship heading to the Gaza Strip to break the blockade, said she rejects the German government's support for the Israeli war machine that is committing genocide in Gaza. In media statements on Thursday, Ajar demanded that the German government fulfill its humanitarian duty and send aid to the people of Gaza and stop sending weapons that support Israeli crimes against civilians. Germany is responsible for the starvation of children in Gaza. Regarding the conditions of her detention by the Israeli occupation, activist Ajar said that she refused to sign the paper presented to her by the occupation as a condition for her release, which included an acknowledgment of her illegal entry. She added, "We were on our way to Gaza to bring in humanitarian aid, and Israeli soldiers intercepted us in international waters and kidnapped us. No one, not Germany or Israel, will be able to prevent us from supporting Gaza." The Israeli enemy arrested 12 activists from the Madeleine in international waters as it headed to the Gaza Strip. Four of them were deported, while eight were transferred to Givon Prison after they refused to sign deportation orders. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
