
Humaira Bibi: Inquest adjourned after girl, 10, dies in crash
An inquest into the death of a 10-year-old girl who was hit by a car in Bradford has been suspended pending a criminal investigation.Humaira Bibi died the morning after she was hit by a silver Toyota Yaris on Ransdale Road near the junction with Ramsey Street just after 18:30 GMT on Sunday.Mohammed Zubair, her father, formally identified his daughter at Leeds General Infirmary, Bradford Coroner's Court heard.Assistant coroner Angela Brocklehurst suspended the inquest pending a police investigation, as a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has since been released on bail.

Bradford murder trial date set after man stabbed to death
A trial date has been set for a man accused of murdering a 19-year-old who was stabbed to Junaid Khan died following a knife fight in Loughrigg Street, in the West Bowling area of Bradford, on 6 June. Five feared killed in horror school shooting as armed police swarm scene
Elite armed police have raced to a school in Graz, Austria's second largest city, after a gunman opened fire in broad daylight. The BORG Dreierschützengasse school is being evacuated with officers swarming the scene. Austrian special task force Cobra has also been deployed to the horror incident, which unfolded at about 10am local time. There are fears as many as five people may have been killed and multiple people injured, according to local media, and a police spokesperson believes the shooter may be a pupil at the school. Students and teachers are believed to be among the victims. Federal police have been deployed to the scene, according to local reports. Cobra units - armed special forces part of the Federal Ministry of the Interior - have rushed to a community administered hospital nearby the shooting site. Fritz Grundnig said one person "possibly also dead" following the shooting.
