Woody Marks will be hearing that plenty during his time with the Houston Texans.
By trading away a future No. 2026 third-round pick, plus pick No. 179, the Texans moved up into Day 3 to select USC running back Woody Marks at pick No. 116. Marks should compete for the No. 2 job behind Pro Bowl running back Joe Mixon.

Best known as a pass-catching back during his tenure with the Trojans and Mississippi State, Marks should provide that spark needed in the backfield toward the passing game. In four years of college football, Marks finished with 261 catches for 1,544 yards and five TDs.
Marks isn't just a solid playmaker through the passing game. As the leading rusher for the Trojans in 2025, Marks finished with 1,133 yards on 198 carries and nine rushing touchdowns. During his time with the Bulldogs, he served mostly as a secondary runner, never totaling more than 573 yards and 103 carries.

Before the Broncos: Nik Bonitto played for four years at the University of Oklahoma from 2018-21. Over his four-year tenure, Bonitto earned three honors: AP third-team All-American (2021), second-team All-Big 12 (2021) and second-team All-American (2020). Over 40 games played, Bonitto recorded 117 tackles (68 solo, 49 assisted, 35 tackles for loss), 18.5 sacks, one interception, one forced fumble, three fumble recoveries and seven pass deflections. Bonitto was selected in the second round (64th overall) of the 2022 NFL draft by the Denver Broncos. Broncos tenure: Bonitto had a rocky rookie season, playing in 15 games, only starting one game and totaling 14 tackles (six solo, eight assisted, one for loss), one forced fumble and 1.5 sacks, hardly the type of year the Broncos were hoping for from their highest draft pick in 2022. Bonttio took a step forward in 2023, a year in which he started four games. Bonitto upped his sack total to 8.0, made 30 tackles (23 solo, seven assisted, 13 tackles for loss), two pass deflections and one forced fumble. If 2023 was a step forward, 2024 was an explosion, and one every bit as much as the Broncos were hoping for when they drafted Bonitto in 2022. Bonitto started 15 games, totaling 48 tackles (33 solo, 15 assisted, 16 tackles for loss, 24 QB hits), two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception. Bonitto's fumble recovery and interception both went for touchdowns. Bonitto's huge jump earned him a Pro Bowl nod, as well as second-team All-Pro honors. Chances to make the 53-man roster: 100 percent. Bonitto had a breakout year in 2024, and is in the middle of contract extension talks with the Denver front office to keep him with the Broncos for the foreseeable future. PFF ranks Broncos' Brandon Jones among NFL's top 10 safeties
Zoltan Buday of Pro Football Focus recently compiled a list of the top 32 safeties in the NFL heading into the 2025 season. Denver Broncos safety Brandon Jones -- who had a solid season in 2024 with 115 tackles, three interceptions, and ten pass deflections -- made the cut. Buday ranked Jones in the top 10. 'Durability was an issue for Jones during his years with the Dolphins, but while he never topped 650 snaps with Miami, he logged 1,042 snaps in his first season with the Broncos," Buday wrote on PFF. "He further elevated his play, too, especially in coverage. He earned an 89.8 PFF coverage grade, which ranked third among safeties, similar to his 84.8 PFF overall grade.' While Jones didn't nab a Pro Bowl or All-Pro last fall, his play helped boost the Broncos back to the playoffs for the first time since their Super Bowl season in 2015. ESPN dissects what Dolphins need to answer about QB situation in 2025 Sixth-year Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has demonstrated moments of brilliance as Miami's starting signal-caller. During the 2023 campaign, Tagovailoa passed for 4,624 yards and 29 touchdowns en route to his lone Pro Bowl nod. Tagovailoa was the NFL's passing yards leader that season as Miami made a second straight playoff appearance with an 11-6 regular season mark. In 2023, the Dolphins boasted the NFL's No. 1 total offense, the No. 1 passing offense, the No. 2 scoring offense and the No. 6 rushing offense. But, Tagovailoa has battled the injury bug throughout his career and his absences during the 2024 season directly led to the Dolphins' disappointing 8-9 finish. In ESPN's 32 questions for 32 NFL quarterbacks, Dan Graziano asks if this is a make-or-break year for Tagovailoa. Not really, since he has $54 million in guaranteed money coming in 2026. But the Miami offense took a step back last season, and the Dolphins missed the playoffs for the first time in three years under coach Mike McDaniel. Tagovailoa's 60.3 QBR ranked 15th. How and whether Tagovailoa and McDaniel recover from a down year will go a long way toward determining how pointed next offseason's questions will be about Tagovailoa. - Graziano, ESPN. Tagovailoa inked a four-year, $212.4 million contract extension in July of 2024 that ties him to South Florida through the 2028 NFL season. That 2028 campaign would just be Tagovailoa's age-30 season. The best-case scenario for the Dolphins is that Tagovailoa does a better job mitigating injury risks and resembles that 2023 version of himself as a byproduct. With one of the league's top duos at receiver in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, the expectation should be that Miami morphs back into one of the NFL's best offenses with a healthy Tagovailoa pulling the strings. But, if the 2025 campaign goes sideways, there's no telling what the collective front office might think about the direction the franchise is headed in and whether or not Tagovailoa is the Dolphins' quarterback of the future.
