East Dorset CAMRA announces annual general meeting
REAL ale enthusiasts are invited to the East Dorset Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) annual general meeting.
The meeting is on Saturday, February 1, at the Barking Cat Ale House in Poole and will run from 2pm to 4.30pm.
The meeting is open to all 1,200 members of the East Dorset CAMRA branch and will give members the chance to have their say on the future of the branch, which is dedicated to preserving and promoting real ale and cider.
Members will also be able to vote for a new committee, which includes the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, treasurer and membership secretary, social secretary, beer festival chair and more.

CAMRA members to discuss branch future at Poole gathering (Image: Canva) The AGM is also an opportunity to catch up on the latest real ale news and discuss the future of the branch.
Following the AGM and the election of the chair, it will offer insight into its plans for the branch, the challenges facing real ale and pubs in the area and the latest updates from CAMRA headquarters.
East Dorset CAMRA has also announced the Poole Beer Festival, which will take place on Friday, 31 October and Saturday, 1 November, at the St. Aldhelm's Centre.

RESOLUTIONS OF AFARAK GROUP SE'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
11:45 London, 13:45 Helsinki, 3 June 2025 - Afarak Group SE ("Afarak" or "the Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR) RESOLUTIONS OF AFARAK GROUP SE'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Afarak Group SE's Annual General Meeting was held in Helsinki on 3 June 2025. The AGM adopted the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability for the financial period 2024. The AGM resolved that no dividend would be paid for 2024. The AGM authorized the Board of Directors to resolve in its discretion on the distribution of an aggregate maximum of EUR 0.005 per share as dividend from the retained earnings and/or as assets from the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. The authorization is valid until 31 December 2025. The Board will make separate resolutions on the amount and timing of distribution of the dividend and/or assets from the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. The Company shall make a separate announcement of such Board resolution. The AGM also adopted the Remuneration Report for the Company's governing bodies.
