Duggee, the star of the CBeebies show Hey Duggee, will be making special appearances throughout the day.
Councillor Damian Corfield, cabinet member responsible for borough events, said: "Under 5s Day is a hugely popular event at Himley Hall during the summer.
"Once again there will be plenty for youngsters to enjoy and this year we will be delighted to welcome our special guest Duggee, who I am sure will be extremely popular.

Prince Harry Claimed Meghan Markle Awkwardly Clashed With Kate Middleton at Her 1st Trooping the Colour

Prince Harry once revealed an awkward exchange between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton that happened at Markle's first Trooping the Colour in 2018. Markle and Harry have not attended the annual celebration of the British monarch's official birthday since 2019 and, per People, are not invited to this year's June 14 event amid an ongoing feud with the Royal Family. And it seems Harry may have given insight into why this particular event is a source of tension between the Royals in his 2023 memoir, Spare. More from SheKnows Memorable Photos of Princess Diana at Trooping the Colour Through the Years Harry recalled that the 2018 Trooping the Colour festivities were one of his and Markle's 'first public appearances as newlyweds' after getting married a month earlier. The pair returned from their 10-day honeymoon in the Mediterranean just in time to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's birthday. Royal fans will remember that Markle made headlines for breaking Royal protocol at the event, but Harry noted in his memoir that throughout most of the day, 'everyone present was in a good mood, upbeat.' However, the Duke of Sussex said the mood suddenly shifted after the family's appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Upon returning inside, Harry wrote that, 'Kate asked Meg what she thought of her first Trooping the Colour.' Harry said that his new bride jokingly described the event as, 'Colourful,' poking fun at the name. After her joke, Middleton allegedly responded with what Harry called 'a yawning silence' that 'threatened to swallow us all whole.' Middleton and Markle's fraught relationship was well documented in Harry's memoir. He wrote that the two women had a falling out in the lead up to his and Markle's wedding after Middleton's texts about Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress not fitting properly left Markle 'sobbing' on the floor. Harry and Markle attended the Trooping the Colour once more in 2019, but by the time the Royals made their return after a two-year hiatus in 2020 and 2021, the couple had announced their departure from Royal duties and relocated to the US. Victoria Beckham says she ‘could not be prouder' of David Beckham's knighthood

Former Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham has said she 'could not be prouder' of her husband David Beckham after he was knighted in the King's Birthday Honours. The former England captain, who played for his country 115 times, was honoured for his services to sport and charity. He married Lady Beckham, also known as Posh Spice, in 1999 and the pair share four children together, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Victoria Beckham (@victoriabeckham) In a post shared on Saturday on Instagram, Lady Beckham said: 'You've always been my knight in shining armour, but now it's official. Sir @davidbeckham!!! 'What an honour, I couldn't be prouder of you. Your dedication to the things that matter most — your country, your work, your passion, and most of all, your family — has never wavered. 'The way you've touched so many lives over the years with kindness and humility speaks volumes about the man you are and continues to inspire us everyday. 'But above all else, I'm so, so proud to call you mine. I love you so much xxxx.' The football star, who was formerly appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2003, responded to the post by expressing his love for his family, mentioning each of his children and adding 'I love you all'. Sir David first made his Premier League debut for United in 1995 and was part of the team that earned a dramatic Champions League final victory in 1999 when they beat Bayern Munich with two late goals. In total he scored 85 goals and collected honours including six Premier League titles and two FA Cups as a footballer, before retiring from the sport in 2013. Alongside his footballing career, the sports star is also a supporter of a number of charity causes including being a founding member of the charity Malaria No More UK's leadership council. Sir David was also named as an ambassador last year for the King's Foundation, an educational charity established by the King in 1990 and has been a Goodwill Ambassador for the humanitarian aid organisation Unicef since 2005. In a statement to the PA News Agency, Sir David said: 'Growing up in east London with parents and grandparents who were so patriotic and proud to be British I never could have imagined I would receive such a truly humbling honour. 'To have played for and captained my country was the greatest privilege of my career and literally a boyhood dream come true. 'Off the pitch I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Britain around the world and work with incredible organisations that are supporting communities in need and inspiring the next generation. 'I'm so lucky to be able to do the work that I do and I'm grateful to be recognised for work that gives me so much fulfilment. 'It will take a little while for the news to sink in but I'm immensely proud and it's such an emotional moment for me to share with my family.' The businessman is also the co-founder of Studio99, the production company behind the hit Netflix series, Beckham, and is a part-owner of MLS side Inter Miami. He is also known for his fashion and was named most stylish man of the year by GQ magazine in 1998, has modelled for the likes of H&M, Armani and Boss, and was appointed ambassadorial president of the British Fashion Council (BFC) in 2018 where he assisted in its search for young British talent from all backgrounds. Sir David is not the only fashion star in the family, with his wife Lady Beckham launching an eponymous fashion label in 2008 followed by a beauty brand in 2019.

Kim Cattrall Perfectly Explained Why She Met Partner Russell Thomas at Just the Right Time

While fans of Kim Cattrall have watched her date countless men in her years on Sex and the City, it seems she's luckier in love than even Samantha herself. Cattrall has been dating her partner, British actor Russell Thomas, since 2016, and she's finally opening up about their love story. In a new interview with The Times UK, Cattrall gushed about her longtime love. 'He's had an incredibly interesting life and really done it on his terms,' she said of Thomas, who is 14 years her junior. 'He's a bit of a rebel, which I love.' More from SheKnows Why Kate Middleton Is No Longer Wearing Her Engagement Ring That Belonged to Princess Diana The two first met in England when she was recording for a BBC radio show. The two instantly clicked, and soon Thomas was traveling to Canada (where she lives) to see her. 'We've been together almost ten years now,' she looked back. 'And we've had a blast. We've just had so much fun.' Cattrall, who's also starred in shows like Glamorous and How I Met Your Father, then explained why her connection with Thomas came at just the right time. In her words, having him was an expected joy after her brother Christopher's death by suicide in 2018. He was 55. 'I think when someone dies from suicide, those around them think, 'Why didn't I see it? Why wasn't I there?' Or, 'How could I have been ignoring, in retrospect, signs that were clearly unhealthy?' But that was ultimately his choice,' she said. 'I had to accept that I couldn't change that destiny. That as much as I thought I could, and as powerful as I thought I was, I couldn't have prevented it.' 'I keep saying I wish I hadn't gone through all that,' she said of the loss. 'And then I thought to myself, well, if I hadn't gone through that, I wouldn't have met Russ.' 'So life has surprises and trade-offs,' she continued. 'It was a bad time, but I learned a tremendous amount. And at the other end of it was this incredible, fun playmate.' We're so glad Cattrall has someone by her side no matter what.
