The omens aren't looking good for three-time champ Williams - nobody has ever managed to overturn an overnight deficit of five frames or more on day two of a world final.
Zhao is eyeing history as he looks to become the first Asian player and first amateur to conquer the Crucible.

Hibs duo help Socceroos to World Cup qualification

Hibs duo Martin Boyle and Lewis Miller both started for the Socceroos yesterday in their 2-1 victory over Asian powerhouse Saudi Arabia in front of 24,620 spectators at the King Abdullah Sports Complex in Jeddah. The victory ensures qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Abdulrahman Al-Aboud opened the scoring in the 19th minute before Connor Metcalfe's first goal for his country on the stroke of half-time restored parity. Three minutes after the restart Boyle sent a tremendous free-kick into the danger area and Mitch Duke headed the ball into the net. Saudi Arabia's Ali Majrashi was then shown a red card for bringing down Boyle as the last defender but after a lengthy VAR check the red card was overturned and Saudi Arabia was allowed to continue with 11 men. Saudi passed up the chance to equalise with an 82nd minute penalty but Matt Ryan, winning his 100th cap saved Salem Al-Dawsari's effort. Like this: Like Related

BBC snub Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter as repeat leaves TV viewers fuming

Furious viewers have taken aim at the BBC on social media after they were unable to watch a doubles match featuring Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter at Queen's, with an old episode of Bargain Hunt airing instead. The Brits met Lyudmyla Kichenok and Erin Routliffe in a doubles quarter-final match at Queen's on Wednesday, just two days after frustrated viewers made their feelings clear at the fact that their opening triumph over Wu Fang-hsien and Jiang Xinyu was not available to watch. Despite that backlash, their latest match also failed to make the airwaves with BBC One showing a two-year-old episode of Homes Under The Hammer, which was followed by a repeat of Bargain Hunt. Coverage of the match was available on the Tennis Channel, albeit without commentary, but was not present on BBC iPlayer until the latter stages of the second set. Raducanu and Boulter were beaten in straight sets by their opponents, who triumphed 6-2, 7-5 to advance to the semi-finals of the women's doubles. Questions had already been raised over the coverage of Queen's on the BBC; the corporation broadcast British No.3 Sonay Kartal's victory in the singles against Daria Kasatkina on Monday instead of Raducanu and Boulter's ventures in the doubles. The Lawn Tennis Association could not move the British duo's match on Wednesday to the main court due to contractual obligations with the Women's Tennis Association, which requires four singles matches to be shown on Centre Court for international broadcast rights reasons. That meant there was no scope for a doubles match to be moved across, despite the sizeable interest. Both Raducanu and Boulter are still alive in the singles competition with the former set to face Rebecca Sramkova in a last 16 clash on Thursday. Boulter will play the fifth seed, Diana Shnaider, for a place in the quarter-finals. Raducanu will surpass Boulter and reclaim the British No.1 spot if she equals the 28-year-old's performance at the competition. Boulter has been British No.1 for two years after Raducanu slipped down the rankings. Queen's is hosting a women's tournament for the first time in over half a century this week as the likes of Raducanu and Boulter gear up for Wimbledon, which gets underway next month.

Don't open EA FC 25 Rivals rewards instantly if you want Shapeshifters rewards

EA Sports has included Shapeshifters rewards in EA FC 25 Rivals rewards, but you won't be able to get them if you open your rewards as soon as you earn them If you want to get the best players possible from your EA FC 25 Rivals rewards, then don't open your packs and player picks straight away, and wait a day longer instead. As always, EA FC 25 Rivals rewards will become available to claim on Thursday at 12am PDT / 3AM EDT / 8am BST for all players in Ultimate Team, giving players the chance to open all the packs and player picks they've earned from playing Rivals over the last week. As you go up the divisions, the EA FC 25 Rivals rewards get better, but as we approach the end-game of EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, EA Sports has boosted all the Rivals rewards, with guaranteed promo player packs included as low as Division 8. ‌ Guaranteed TOTS packs were released for the TOTS promo, and with the Shapeshifters promo up next, EA has now started to include Shapeshifters items in EA FC 25 Rivals rewards. Shapeshifters is one of the biggest promos in the Ultimate Team calendar, and players have been given their first taste of what to expect in the upcoming promo as part of the Season 8 rewards. ‌ The updated EA FC 25 Rivals rewards include packs and player picks that contain either Ultimate TOTS or Shapeshifters players, and with the pack weight for Ultimate TOTS quite weak and Shapeshifters almost guaranteed to have better players, the Ultimate Team community will be praying for players from the latter promo instead. But, with the Shapeshifters promo not live in Ultimate Team packs until Friday, June 13 at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT/ 6pm BST, if you were to open your Rivals rewards before then, then your guaranteed TOTS/Shapeshifters packs and player picks will only include TOTS players and no Shapeshifters items. Don't open your EA FC 25 Rivals rewards With Shapeshifters players not available until Friday, June 13 at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT/ 6pm BST, we recommend saving your EA FC 25 Rivals rewards until the Shapeshifters players are available in packs, as there will be a much better chance of you earning one of these incredible players in your rewards. Early Shapeshifters leaks have revealed that Icons and Heroes will also be included in the promo, while players will be as high as 98-rated, so you'd be silly not to wait an extra day to open your rewards and try and earn one of these coveted items. The Shapeshifters promo is expected to last a few weeks in Ultimate Team, meaning Shapeshifters players will be included in Rivals rewards for the next few weeks. But, it's only this week where it makes sense to hold off on opening your Rivals rewards straight away and show a little bit of patience.
