Israeli missiles targeted the Iranian state television facility in Tehran, after the Israel Defense Forces issued an evacuation order to civilians in this region.
The strike temporarily disturbed a broadcast. The host left the studio while airing the news as the studio was filled with smoke and ashes.
The broadcast connection was cut off for several minutes, and wireless communications were also disrupted.
Shortly afterward, things relatively returned to normal. The main program of Iranian television switched to be aired from other studios.

Anchor Sahar Emami returned to the screen of Iranian radio and television and appeared on the live broadcast of the news network.
Media reports indicate that the glass building housing the administration and the political deputy of Iranian television was targeted by Israeli forces.
The Public Relations Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) announced: 'In the event of any disruption in receiving the signal of any regional or national IRIB network, please follow the broadcast via television.'"

Germany Begins Evacuating Citizens from Israel
Israa Farhan Germany has announced the evacuation of its citizens from Israel amid heightened tensions and fears of a major Iranian missile strike on Israeli territory. Meanwhile, the United Kingdom has advised its citizens in Israel to remain near bomb shelters and register their presence with British authorities. A spokesperson for the German Foreign Ministry confirmed on Monday that evacuation flights will begin on Wednesday, routing German nationals through Jordan's capital, Amman, via a chartered aircraft. Germans registered with crisis services have already been notified of the available evacuation option. The British government has also urged its nationals in Israel to register through the official "Check Your Presence" portal. Egypt among 20 countries urging de-escalation after Israeli strikes on Iran - Foreign Affairs
Egypt and 19 other countries across the Islamic world have condemned Israel's recent military strikes on Iran and called for an immediate de-escalation to avoid further instability in the Middle East. In a joint statement issued on Monday, the foreign ministries rejected what they described as violations of international law and Israeli actions that threaten regional security. The countries urged respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the peaceful resolution of disputes. The statement warned that the conflict risked spiralling further and called for an immediate ceasefire and return to calm. It also voiced concern over the broader regional fallout of the escalation. The ministers reiterated support for a Middle East free of nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction, calling on all states in the region to join the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). They warned against targeting nuclear facilities monitored by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), saying such attacks would breach international and humanitarian law, including the Geneva Conventions. The statement also called for renewed negotiations over Iran's nuclear programme, describing diplomacy as the only viable path to a lasting agreement. It underscored the need to protect freedom of navigation in international waters and to avoid actions that could undermine maritime security. The statement concluded that dialogue and adherence to international law — not military action — were essential to resolving the crisis. Signatories include Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Brunei, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Mauritania, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Türkiye, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
