Podcaster Alex Cooper's Unwell Hydration drink launches on Amazon
Amazon and well-known startup, Unwell Hydration, have partnered together to offer Unwell's popular hydrating drinks on Amazon's storefront. Unwell Hydration was founded by Alex Cooper, the well-known podcaster who hosts Call Her Daddy. She founded the Unwell Network after getting a flood of messages from listeners who all explained their stories of feeling unwell.
Along her brand journey, Alex created Unwell Hydration. It went viral instantly, quickly becoming the go-to hydration drink, perfect hangover cure and energy booster. Gen Zers particularly grabbed hold of the brand, making it famous enough to become the official sponsor of the National Women's Soccer League.
The Unwell Hydration launch on Amazon features three different 12-packs: strawberry, orange hibiscus and mango citrus. Each option has three different types of electrolytes and three B-complex vitamins that help with hydration. They also have a small amount of green coffee extract, which promotes focus.
Unwell has quickly become a Gen-Z lifestyle brand, not just a company that sells hydrating drinks. Thanks to Alex's hit podcast that speaks directly to women, a wide social media following and big-name brand partnerships, the Unwell Network helps a variety of people looking to live happier, healthier lives.
The goal Unwell set out to accomplish was to build a community of people that can openly discuss their health, a goal that Alex and everyone in the Unwell Network has accomplished. You can find out how Unwell Hydration works for you with 12-packs in three delicious flavors, right on Amazon.
Original price: $25.98
Made from a few natural ingredients, the Unwell Hydration strawberry 12-pack delivers on both flavor and hydrating benefits. The little bit of coffee extract gives you a small boost of energy on top of the hydrating effects, helping you feel better every day.
Unwell Hydration's orange hibiscus flavor gets its color from vegetable extracts and its flavor from natural orange and hibiscus extracts. It has the same hydrating and boosting effects as the strawberry, as well as helpful B vitamins.
Citrus lovers will love the Unwell Hydration mango citrus flavor. Filled with delicious natural flavors, a 12-pack can help you get the hydration you need for a longer period of time. You'll get the ability to focus better and stay awake longer.
Liquid I.V.s are a popular hydration additive that you can just add to water. They come in delicious flavors, including an old-school Firecracker popsicle flavor. There are also a handful of sugar-free flavors. They're packed with electrolytes and vitamins that can quickly hydrate you.
Amazon has a 16-pack of Liquid I.V.s in different flavors, or you can get a 64-count from the Liquid I.V. site. It's a collection of the company's most popular flavors.
Owala water bottles are durable, drip-proof and they come in over a dozen different color combinations. The spout is designed for smaller sips or big swigs when you're really thirsty. Owalas are also stainless steel, so they're easier to clean.
Infusion water bottles make drinking water more exciting. The Infusion Pro from Amazon has an infuser attached to the lid that you can fill with berries, citrus and any other fruit you love. The inside is stainless steel, so it's more durable and easy to keep clean. Walmart also has an Infusion Pro with a bottom infuser. It's made from durable BPA-free, eco-friendly plastic instead of stainless steel.

A hydration pack is ideal for runners and joggers who need to drink more water when they're out on the road or trails. A hydration pack is a small backpack with a water bladder inside filled with water that's easily accessible from the drinking tube, often along the bag straps.
A lightweight CamelBak hydration pack provides 70 ounces of water in the compact bag. You can also get a two-pack of ultra-lightweight hydration packs that can carry two liters each of water.

These Shoes Are Perfect For Swollen And Sensitive Feet
Before we begin, let me be fully transparent: The FitVille EasyTop diabetic shoe line is, as evidenced by its name, designed for diabetics and the lower extremity swelling that often accompanies the disease. I am not personally afflicted with diabetes, and therefore have no first-hand experience with said swelling... However. The brand's EasyTop diabetic shoe line is perfect for swollen and sensitive feet and ankles thanks to a wide toe box (they come in wide, X-wide, and XX-wide fits); a stretchy and breathable mesh upper with stabilizers at the heel and toe (so you're foot's supported but never constricted); and an adaptable, easy on/off elastic closure. Additional features include an ergonomic, air-circulating insole, a cushy high-rebound midsole, and a thick, shock-absorbing outsole. And, on a purely aesthetic note, this particular model has an open vamp underneath its elastic flap, making it even roomier (and I can only assume comfier), but also giving it a high-fashion sporty look that feels surprisingly on-point these days — as if the Row made a pair of orthopedic martial arts shoes. But don't just take my word for it — there are plenty of very satisfied FitVille customers proclaiming their love for EasyTops. Read on for their rave reviews, and then do your feet a serious favor by hitting that Buy Now button. Get them from Amazon for $56.89+ (available in men's sizes 8–15, three widths, and in three colors).

New Book Addresses Mental Health Crisis Among Men with Honest, Practical Approach
"Mental Health for Men: Daily Reminders to Stop Being So Hard On Yourself" Offers Real Solutions for Modern Masculine Challenges VANCOUVER, BC, June 11, 2025 /CNW/ - Author James R.C. Smith releases his groundbreaking new book, "Mental Health for Men: Daily Reminders to Stop Being So Hard on Yourself," addressing the largely overlooked mental health crisis affecting millions of men worldwide. Available now on Amazon, this 86-page fillable journal and handbook offers a no-nonsense approach to male mental wellness that breaks through traditional barriers and outdated expectations. The Silent Struggle The statistics are sobering: nearly one in three men experience moderate to high anxiety, and one in five face depression, yet men remain the demographic least likely to seek help or discuss their mental health openly. Smith's book directly confronts this crisis, offering practical tools and honest insights for men exhausted by society's impossible standards. "We've been handed an outdated manual that tells us never to show weakness, figure it out ourselves, and just 'man up,'" says Smith. "But how's that working out for us? The strongest thing you can do as a man is ask for help. Just because you CAN do it alone doesn't mean you SHOULD." A Different Kind of Self-Help Unlike traditional self-help books that promise transformation into a "zen master," Smith's approach is refreshingly realistic. The book acknowledges the unique challenges modern men face—from remote work pressures to digital parenting demands, constant connectivity, and the impossible expectation to be both traditionally masculine and emotionally available. The handbook includes: Research-backed strategies that fit into busy lifestyles Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques presented in accessible language Permission-giving exercises for imperfection in work, parenting, and relationships Practical guidance on asking for help without feeling like a failure Honest reflection exercises from someone who's "been there" Breaking the Stigma "Your mental health isn't a luxury—it's essential," Smith emphasizes. "And taking care of it isn't soft—it's as crucial as changing your oil, eating your veggies, or getting enough sleep." The book's direct, unfiltered tone resonates with men who are tired of being told to suppress their struggles while simultaneously being expected to be emotionally available. Smith's approach combines vulnerability with practicality, offering tools that actually work for real men living real lives. About the Author James R.C. Smith brings personal experience and research-backed insights to the conversation about men's mental health. Writing from the perspective of someone who has faced the same challenges as his readers, Smith offers authentic guidance rather than distant expertise. Availability "Mental Health for Men: Daily Reminders to Stop Being So Hard on Yourself" is available now on Amazon in hardcover format.
