Four people who run the restaurant and pay employees are out on bond.
They're accused of hiring people who don't have permission to work in the US so the business can make more money.

Court documents say they pay in cash and deduct money for everything from rent and utilities to transportation and food.
All four suspects have entered not guilty pleas.
