The podcast host, who tied the knot with Bradley in a £30,000 wedding dress in June 2023, also claimed that being married to a footballer is not for the weak.
On a recent podcast episode of Katherine Ryan's What's My Age Again?, Olivia Attwood spilled the tea on what it's really like to have an athlete as a husband.
The Loose Women presenter even compared being married to a footballer as an 'extreme sport'.
The star explained: 'I wouldn't recommend anyone, genuinely, to date an athlete of any description.
'I think there's a lot that comes with that that would age you quite severely.'
Despite this, she voiced that her Gillingham midfielder, who she began dating in 2017 before she starred on Love Island, is 'very relaxed' and 'very low maintenance'.
She beamed: 'He's brought a lot of calmness to my life.
'He has mellowed me out, in a good way.'
Not only this, but the blonde beauty also recognised: 'He doesn't want attention, which is great, because I need it.'
But while Brad may have calmed Olivia, who has been diagnosed with ADHD, down, she didn't hold back on discussing his 'womaniser' past.
'I'd call the police' Olivia Attwood reveals her biggest kissing ick and the one habit she hates from men when it comes to intimacy
The Labubu lover who previously opened up on sharing towels and a toothbrush with Brad, confessed: 'I couldn't roll a football in South London without hitting someone he's slept with.'
But despite this, Olivia shared her appreciation of Brad's sexual history, as she admitted: 'I take comfort in that because I feel like he exhausted himself.
I wouldn't recommend anyone, genuinely, to date an athlete of any description

'He's good. We're still quite young but he's lived.'
Additionally, Olivia then acknowledged: 'I fear for women who are like 'I'm my husband's second sexual partner'.
'At some point he's gonna crack.'

Like most contestants who have featured on the show, she's no stranger to modelling.
Before Love Island she competed in pageants, including a "Tropic Beauty" contest, representing London, and was also once a Motorsport Grid Girl for energy drinks brand, Monster.
Olivia is originally from Surrey and has since starred in multiple TV shows after finding fame.
She fronted her own reality show Olivia Meets Her Match, which documented her engagement and marriage to her footballer husband, Bradley Dack.
She also competed in ITV's The Games in 2022, and presented the show Getting Filthy Rich.
Her most recent gig is presenting ITV's Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection.
No stranger to surgery and cosmetic treatments herself, Olivia delves into the world of facial cosmetic procedures to find out who makes big bucks from them.
But this isn't the first time the reality star, who first met Bradley at a nightclub in 2015, has been candid on her and Bradley's turbulent relationship.
Speaking on the Newlyweds podcast with Sophie and Jamie Laing, Olivia revealed how she really found out her hubby was a cheat.
Two days after being offered a spot on Love Island, Olivia was in Germany while Bradley was on a golfing holiday when she received an anonymous phone call.
I actually think if I had stayed, we wouldn't be together now

Olivia recalled: "I never used to answer private numbers, but sometimes you get this feeling that the universe is like 'pick it up'.
"I picked it up and it was a girl and she's like 'hello' and I was like 'hello who is this' and she was like 'well I'm Brad's girlfriend' and I was like 'that's so weird because I'm Brad's girlfriend.'"
Olivia explained that she tried to call Bradley, who was on holiday with the boys, but couldn't get through as his phone had died.

She reflected: "As much as I liked him I was like 'this is done' because there is no way I can trust him again or come back from this."
"I didn't actually want to go and I didn't want to end it but my intelligent brain was like you have to because what are you staying for?
"I actually think if I had stayed, we wouldn't be together now."

Dani Dyer's stunning wedding dress cost 'eye-watering sum' amid low-key wedding
Former Love Island star Dani Dyer wowed her wedding guests when walking down the aisle as she opted for a beautiful gown that is believed to cost an impressive amount Dani Dyer's love life over the years hasn't been smooth sailing to say the least. But now, the mum of three can finally breath a sigh of relief as she's found her fairy-tale ending by marrying West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen. And this may explain why no expense was spared for Danny Dyer's eldest daughter as her wedding dress was reportedly a staggering £10,000. Dani, 28, who is a mum of three, celebrated her hen party in the Spanish party island of Ibiza as a nod to the moment Jarrod popped the question, just a week before the wedding. In the days leading up to the big day, many were left speculating over what Dani would be wearing to walk down the aisle - and she certainly did not fail to disappoint. The former reality TV star, who once appeared on Love Island back in 2018, chose renowned designer Suzanne Neville who has designed wedding dresses for Christine Lampard, Anthony McPartlin's wife Anne-Marie Corbett and opera singer Katherine Jenkins. Dani cut a stunning appearance as she walked down the aisle in front of close friends and family in an off the shoulder, white wedding down teamed with a matching veil. Dani also wore her hair up in a loose bun, while leaving the front section down, delicately framing her face. Keen to maintain tradition, the mum of three chose to stay with her parents before her big day. Andhttps:// which took place on the last weekend of May, it seemed as though the former reality TV star turned podcast host took inspiration from the popular drama Bridgerton. According to reports, violinists played classical music as she walked towards her beau at the end of the aisle. And while you would assume that between the pair and her actor father there would be a host of celebrity guests, it seems only 50 VIP guests were invited to their big day. But the planning of their wedding was nothing short of stressful. With Jarrod's commitment to his football career while Dani looked after their three children, it seemed things were taking its toll. A source told Heat: "Jarrod is busy with the last half of football season, and she has three kids to look after, so it's all getting on top of her. " They added: "She has got a wedding planner, but she wants to be as involved as much as she can, so she can make everything personal to her and Jarrod. She's determined not to turn into a bridezilla, but she has joked that she can see why some brides lose it."

Dani Dyer and Jarrod Bowen have said 'I do' in front of a close knit group of their nearest and dearest in a lavish wedding ceremony. The Survival Of The Fittest contestant, 28, and football star, 28, got engaged in July 2024 when Jarrod popped the question during a romantic break to Ibiza. The couple confirmed their relationship three years prior before welcoming twin daughters in 2023. Dani shared a glimpse into the big day on her Instagram page, posting a picture of herself hand-in-hand with her new husband walking down the aisle. The Love Island star stunned in a jaw-dropping £10,000 off-the-shoulder dress by Suzanne Neville, while the West Ham ace donned a sophisticated three-piece black suit for the outdoor ceremony. An onlooker told the publication: 'The marquee is the biggest I've ever seen. I've never seen anything like it – and we've had Sheikhs get married here. They spent days building it. 'It's all been very civilised so far, but we'll see if that continues as the night goes on. They've had Angelina Jolie stay and Tom Cruise landing in his helicopter. Jeff Goldblum also stayed here for months while filming a Jurassic Park film at nearby Pinewood Studios.' Mail Online reports that Dani's younger singer Sunnie, 18, gave an emotional speech on the big day, sharing a poem from the iconic Sex and The City wedding scene. It goes: 'His hello was the end of her endings. Her laugh was their first step down the aisle. His hand would be hers to hold forever. His forever was as simple as her smile. He said she was what was missing. She said instantly she knew. She was a question to be answered. And his answer was 'I do'.' They kept the ceremony and reception low-key, reportedly inviting 50 of their nearest and dearest to celebrate their big day. Dani was walked down the aisle by EastEnders star Danny, with a source claiming his wife Jo made him keep his speech PG. An insider told The Sun: 'Danny and Jo were very emotional about Dani getting married. She was their first born and she was there through all the highs and lows. 'They couldn't be more proud, and they love Jarrod like a son. Danny walked her down the aisle. Jo joked that they should both do it, but they're keeping it traditional. 'Jo made sure Danny's speech wasn't outrageous.' Ahead of the big day, Dani opened up to Heat magazine about wedding planning being the 'most stressful experience ever.' More Trending 'I have finally done my table plans now. Until you are in there writing names out, making sure you have tables of 10, it's the most stressful experience ever – that's the only thing I've not enjoyed,' she said. She also revealed she would take on a double-barrel surname, continuing: 'I am going to keep the Dyer – I am going to do Dani Dyer-Bowen just because of my work. I feel like if I am Dani Bowen, it takes that thing away from me. We are double-barrelling it.' Before saying 'I do', Dani enjoyed a boozy hen do in Ibiza with her closest pals, while Jarrod jetted off to Las Vegas for his stag do. Danny left Dani in dismay on a recent episode of their podcast, in which he joked there would be strippers on the lads break. Got a story? I don't think it's gonna be a plain sailing future. I don't. That's just me being honest. I think we're still gonna have bumps."
