Inside Lauren Sanchez's brutal exercise regime ahead of her wedding to Jeff Bezos
In just a few short months, Lauren Sanchez will walk down the aisle to marry Amazon tycoon Jeff Bezos in a lavish Italian ceremony - with a star-studded guest list that reportedly features several members of the Trump family.
While Sánchez appears to be keeping much of her wedding planning close to her chest, she is most likely getting ready to flaunt her toned physique in whichever gown she chooses.
During her and her husband's 2023 interview with Vogue, the former journalist revealed that Bezos is a 'monster' in the gym, and that they do much of their training together.
Though, they can't do everything together, as she noted that he was on a 'whole different level' than she is.
And, with their wedding just weeks away, it would only make sense that Sánchez and her man are getting shredded together for their upcoming nuptials.
In the past, the Blue Origin astronaut, now 55, has taken to her Instagram page to share various videos of her workouts, which often include weight training and a lot of abdominal work.
Previously, she shared a video of her quick, twenty-minute workout with a trainer, which included Nordic hamstring curls, step-up knee drives, thrusters ad bench step-overs.
'I only had 20 minutes to workout before taking kids to school. [Celebrity fitness trainer] Wes Okerson said it was enough time. He was right. Here it is,' Sánchez wrote in the caption at the time.

Around the same time, she showed off a similar routine, this time working on her upper body with dumbbell presses, barbell bench presses, push ups and dips on parallette bars.
And it looks like Sánchez is already ahead of schedule with her workouts, according to Nofar Hagag, owner of celebrity-loved New York and Miami Pilates studio Nofar Method.
Hagag recommends that brides begin their fitness journey at least a few months before their wedding date.
'I recommend starting your bridal fitness journey at least three to six months ahead of your wedding day,' Hagag told DailyMail.com exclusively.
'This allows time to build strength, improve posture, and develop long lean muscle tone without the stress of last-minute changes and crash diets,' she continued.
'That said, even a few weeks of consistent work can make a meaningful difference, especially in posture and core strength, which look beautifully in photos and more importantly help with the way you feel confident and carry yourself on your special day.'
The workouts that Sánchez has documented over the years on her Instagram page are definitely good ones to go by, Hagag said.
'I love that Lauren chose to focus on weight training, especially by combining it with HIIT cardio and bodyweight exercises,' the Nofar Method founder shared.
'It's such an effective way to build tone and definition while keeping the body lean, sculpted, and strong without getting bulky.'
For a weekly routine, Hagag suggests three days of weight training to 'build strength and tone,' two days of Pilates on equipment to 'refine posture' and create an 'elonaged, sculpted look,' as well as one day of light cardio, like a walk in the park, to help your mental health.
'This mix helps you feel confident, grounded, and empowered in your body not just for your wedding day, but for life,' she said.
But as you are preparing for the big day, as Sánchez is, it's important to keep in mind that there's not necessarily a 'one-size-fits-all workout,' per Hagag.
'The most important thing is to find movement that you genuinely enjoy that's the key to staying consistent. If it feels fun, you'll keep showing up,' she offered.
Sánchez and Bezos's three-day celebration that will reportedly take place between June 24 and 26.
There will be 200 people at the wedding of the year this summer, Mayor of Venice Luigi Brugnaro confirmed in a statement.

Last month, DailyMail.com shared that the couple is not getting married on a boat.
'The wedding will not take place on Jeff's yacht, that has been ruled out,' a source shared with DailyMail.com.
Bezos and Sánchez went public with their relationship in 2019 and got engaged in May 2023.
He proposed with a $2.5 million pink diamond ring so large that Sánchez admitted during an interview with Vogue that she 'kind of blacked out' when she saw it.
The loved-up couple then celebrated their engagement with a star-studded party at Diane von Furstenberg and Barry Diller's Beverly Hills mansion in November 2023, with guests including Kim Kardashian, Robert Pattinson and Oprah.

Three elderly patients killed after horror blaze broke out at German hospital - as panicked people 'cried for help from windows'
Three patients were killed and many people were injured, two of them critically, in a fire that broke out overnight at a hospital in the German city of Hamburg, authorities said on Sunday. Firefighters were alerted to the blaze at the hospital, the Marienkrankenhaus, shortly after midnight. It broke out in a room in the geriatric ward, on the ground floor of the building, and spread to the facade of the floor above. Smoke spread across the building's four floors. Firefighters reportedly found several people crying for help from windows, and managed to rescue some using ladders. The fire department said three adult patients were killed and more than 50 people injured, the German news agency dpa reported. Of those, two were in a life-threatening condition, 16 had serious injuries and 36 were slightly hurt. A section of the hospital had to be evacuated. Injured patients were treated either at the hospital itself or in nearby clinics. The fire was extinguished within about 20 minutes. It was not immediately clear what caused the fire. It comes after a plane crashed into a house in western Germany, killing two people including the pilot, according to local police. The tragedy happened after the aircraft struck the terrace of a residential building in the town of Korschenbroich on Saturday. The plane crashed at around 12.30 pm (10.30 GMT) and caused the house to catch fire, police said. Dramatic images show firefighters hosing down the smoldering building after the flames were extinguished. The mangled remains of the aircraft could be seen lying on the ground beside a huge hole in the wall. Officers reportedly told German news agency dpa that one of the two people killed was the 71-year-old pilot. The pilot was from Düsseldorf and appeared to have been sitting alone in the aircraft, they added. It is unknown whether the other person had been a passenger on the plane or had been on the ground. Firefighters responded in numbers with the local control center saying that around 50 personnel had been deployed. They managed to put out the flames quickly. The cause of the crash has yet to be established.

Liverpool push on with Florian Wirtz talks as Leverkusen mull £109m offer
Liverpool are advancing in talks to sign Florian Wirtz despite their club-record £109 million bid yet to be accepted by Bayer Leverkusen. Wirtz remains Liverpool's No 1 target this summer. They are also negotiating to sign Milos Kerkez, and have agreed an £18 million deal with Brentford for Caoimhin Kelleher. Arne Slot, the Liverpool manager, has identified Wirtz as a priority acquisition as he prepares to defend the Premier League title next season and there is an expectation that a transfer can be agreed this week. Kerkez, the Bournemouth left-back, is another target and discussions have been held over a deal potentially worth up to £40 million for the Hungary international. At this stage, Bournemouth are adopting a hardline stance on Kerkez's sale and player terms have yet to be agreed with Liverpool. Kerkez told Hungarian channel MLSZ TV: 'I think it's normal that if you play well and the team does well, then you get into the news and end up on the front page, and everyone talks about you. 'I see this as fuel that drives me forward. All this doesn't break me, but it doesn't 'boost' my ego either, but it teaches me humility and motivates me.' Jeremie Frimpong became Liverpool's first signing of what is expected to be a busy summer for the champions, joining for a fee of around £29.5million from Leverkusen. Frimpong's arrival was confirmed just hours after Liverpool announced that Trent Alexander-Arnold would be signing for Real Madrid in order to play at the Club World Cup. Liverpool are also working on potential sales and Kelleher, the Republic of Ireland international, is poised to join Brentford in his pursuit of regular first-team football. Brentford have verbally agreed a package of around £18 million and Kelleher will replace Mark Flekken as the club's new No 1 goalkeeper. Flekken has a deal agreed with Leverkusen and will leave Brentford after two seasons. Harvey Elliot is also expected to leave Anfield this summer, with a number of Premier League clubs intent on signing him. Elliot is in line to appear for Lee Carsley's England Under-21s at this summer's European Championship and could attract greater interest if he impresses in the competition. Liverpool secured the league title in Slot's first season, finishing 10 points ahead of nearest challengers Arsenal, and are determined to significantly strengthen their squad ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
